Delicious crispy Nashville chicken, I loved the Nashville chicken burger and the Nashville tenders box, I got the chicken burger level 4 and it was a good spice. The server was friendly and she helped with recommendations. Would definitely recommend. A*.

Poor customer service. Called in advance to place my order over the phone as they take so long to make (waited 40 mins last time) they refused to take the order and said I would have to place it in store. Staff were incompetent confused and sniggering in the back. The manager was no help either and had a very bad attitude over the phone. Not very customer focused as they once were. The lady on the till was rude and wouldn’t answer simple questions about the sauces available and kept referring me to the board and kept ignoring me. Woman on the till could do with customer service skill training

My mate said he was off to a Nashville-style spot for fried chicken, and I thought, “Hang on, I’ve been meaning to go!” So, I jumped in my car, drove half an hour, and it was worth it. The Nash-wich hot sandwich was amazing and a perfect break from all the spicy dipped burgers I’ve been having. The place was packed, so they took my number and said it’d be an hour. Luckily, there’s a massive Sainsbury’s near by, just enough time for a grocery run. By the time you’re done, so is your food. Highly recommend. Just go. Now!

ITS NOT WORTH THE HYPE 1- Average burgers that you can get from any takeaway for half the price or even less- i ordered nashville burger meal which came up to £18 with a milkshake, absolutely shocking for what the size of portion i got 2- Undertrained staff with no communication and customer skills. Was told to order online because ordering on tills would take 25 mins? Seriously? 3- Takeaway is way too small and overcrowded cuz of the hype. Almost felt sick 4- food takes almost 45 minutes if your lucky and i was advised 20 minutes therefore not worth the wait 5- parking is really difficult so be ready for a ticket Wouldnt recommended at all

Order 2 chicken legs of fried chicken took the order home 2 different pieces all together no one bothered to inform us told my son to take it back after checking it at home and my son was told can’t change because it’s gone out of the shop shocking service advise beforehand if what customer is asked not available

Came here with friends wasn’t that busy, loaded fries were stone cold. Nashville chicken wasn’t bad but overall I didn’t rate my experience. Looked like there was 2 people running the shop only. 3 of us ordered my mate with the smash burger got his food quick and me and my other mate had to wait like 10-15 cold foo.

Fantastic food, really well made. Had the Nashville lunchbox and the peppercorn cheeseburger. Definitely recommend, but order ahead online and although there's seating, I would recommend taking it away.

Didn't really enjoy my experience place was empty and dirty tables to eat in. Food was very powdery and salty which gave me a funny stomach. The best seller munch box should be £10 tops. Yeah this place is certi, they got good nashville fried chicken but their selection is unmatched, they got burgers tenders and wings (most NFC places only have burgers and tenders). Flavours are mad as well, only thing i aint rocking with is the wait time...

We ordered for the first time this evening, two main items were missing, the food we did receive was stone cold, just awful. Will not order again.

Great chicken burgers just the right amount of dip to maintain the crisp of the coating without it going soggy, perfectly cooked fries, always well salted, tried the pizza today, delicious and generous toppings and cheese, my go to now for a chicken burger, friendly lady serving, nice attitude and good price for the amount of food you get

Food was nice. I had LA smash chips and tenders. The food was nice, pretty standard nothing special though. Wait time was ridiculous- I waited over 30 minutes but was told 15 minutes. One of the chefs was stood eating chips straight from the tray it has been cooked from (bare hands), on his phone, standing around not doing much. Everyone else however was working. I think if they were more realistic about the wait times I wouldn’t have minded but waiting double what I was told for a small order was what let down the experience. I probably wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered the nashville sandwich for the first time today and I loved it. IT was delicious and full of flavour. I would recommend it to everyone and buy it again.

Been going there for a while as a regular customer the least they could do is give one tiny tub of sauce on the house it’s not even about the money you just look after someone that comes 2-3 times a week but instead they want to start crying over 50p and if you tell them to cut the burger in half so it’s more manageable to eat for some reason they have a absolute heart attack.

Hardly do reviews but these brothers deserve a shoutout Allahuma barik, food was immaculate, customer service was top notch and was reasonably priced aswell. Defo a must try.

If you’re a fan of bold flavors and perfectly executed spicy dishes, JIMS is the place to be. I’ve tried Dave’s Hot Chicken in the past, and while it was good, JIMS absolutely blows it out of the water. The spice levels here are no joke – they hit hard but are so well-balanced that the flavor shines through beautifully. I ordered the Nashwich sandwich, crispy smash burger, spicy fries, tenders, and wings, and every single item was seasoned to perfection. The smash burger deserves a special shoutout – hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was juicy, crispy on the edges, and packed with flavor. The Nashwich sandwich was a spicy masterpiece, and the wings and tenders had just the right amount of heat and crispiness. Even the fries were next-level, seasoned so well that I couldn’t stop eating them. On top of the incredible food, the service was amazing. Ameer went above and beyond, checking in frequently to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell the team here cares about their customers and takes pride in what they serve. Very enjoyable meal, for a takeaway maybe the best quality chicken/sauces. Ordered 2 meals, one was Nashville and around £10, another was dipped with wings and a tender and was around £10-11 also I enjoyed the Nashville but it was quite hot, also had a spicy dipped burger with dipped wings - would recommend. I enjoyed the BBQ ranch sauce and the honey mustard - the man said these are all made in house and were top notch Tried the bbq fries also. Preferred them to seasoned fries but both excellent Overall would recommend, good to have this kind of quality in the area

The worst food I've EVER eaten that also took 45 minutes to prepare in a empty shop.I came here with no expectations and left feeling feeling robbed and my day ruined, the lack of service and professionalism by the staff is atrocious, the till worker was eating fries when my order was meant to be made. I ordered almost £70 worth off food, including burgers, tenders a 6 piece bucket and a shake. The shop was completely dead when I entered not a single customer or online order, whilst I was deciding on what to get another customer came in and I let him go before me as I was still undecided after browsing for a while. The customer only got a bucket and left the shop. Upon ordering they told me that it would be a 15-20 minute wait time as they had just served all their chicken to that single customer that had bought a 6 piece bucket and I had to wait for them to prepare more. Even though the shop was completely empty when I had entered and they had 3 members of staff all working that I could see. Why they wouldnt of already started frying more chicken when they knew they only had a little left I won't know, what's the point of the massive hot holding oven in the middle? After 15 minutes I asked how much longer it would be but they didn't say much, I then asked them to make my chocolate coffee shake early as I was waiting a while. The shake was absolutely horrible, that chosen chocolate paired with the extremely bitter cheap coffee was disgusting, how they feel okay serving that to customers I have no clue, I asked them if I could change the milkshake for another flavour, or 2 soft drinks instead as that was un drinkable. After waiting almost 20 minutes and spending a large amount, the manager couldn't care less and told the till worker that he refused to change it and they could either add more ice cream to the milkshake or I just had to deal with it. I got more ice cream hoping that would at least mask the horrible taste but it did absolutely nothing. Whilst I was waiting for my order they were laughing and having a chat and not caring at all even though it had been over 30 minutes now and one worker was even eating fries whilst I was still waiting. After 45 minutes I finally got my order that was only orginally only meant to take around 15 minutes! which even that would of been a bit long in a dead shop. I didn't say anything more and as i was collecting my food the server had the cheek to hand me a single 50p dip like that makes up for 45 minutes wasted and the rude manager, I refused, left the milkshake on the counter and left with the food. Going onto the food, that was some of the worst most disgusting fatty food I've tried In while. The amount of oil that was coming off of the chicken was disgusting, all you could taste was the cheap avr60 that clearly hadn't been changed in ages, the chicken was unbelievably dry, it was like biting into rubber and the small amount of seasoning that you had to try hard to make out to taste was horrible. I will never come back here again, at least try and put some care into your service and food. Now I know why the shop was dead, Horrible.

Best burgers and in house sauces I’ve tried. There’s something for everyone’s taste in our family, whether it’s a smash burger, chicken spicy dipped burger or Nashville, they’re all delicious. Would also highly recommend the bbq spice fries.

Last night had a delivery from here. The chicken was cooked perfectly, was juicy in the middle and crispy outside. The burger was huge, poking out all sides of the bun and I am still full the following morning after it. Can highly recommend both the deep fried pickles which are delicious and the jalapeño ranch dip to go with them, do yourself a favour and order both. I will definitely be ordering from here again next time I crave a chicken burger. Dipping the burger in spicy sauce is genius, these guys are amazing. 10/10

Fantastic chicken shop, everything cooked fresh. They do a bit of everything but what sets this place apart from the rest is their Nashville menu. I'd never heard of it before I went, it's a top place! Staff are very friendly too and they have seating inside.

My favourite chicken shop. The Nashville chicken is the best I've had, so spicy and addictive. The combo sandwiches, both nashville chicken and the beef patty melt, are the highlights of the menu.

I had a really positive experience at the takeaway. The guy with long hair at the till was very nice and had a great attitude. Plus, the food was really nice too! It made my visit enjoyable! Will definitely go againnn

Ordered 2 pizzas , they burnt it then asked if we wanted a fresh one. They took 45 minutes to make our pizzas. Wouldn’t be going again.

40 minutes for a pizza. She took my money said it’ll be 15 mins. And then said after like 5 mins acc it’ll be 30 Bcz the dough has finsihed. It’s currently been 45 mins, and I’ve still not received my food. This is why Alaska is the best fried chicken place in Healdgreen/Gatley Update - got food, after being told it’ll be a few minutes for the last 15. And it’s mediocre at best. I been going to this place when it was desi khana. Acc lost a good customer! SHOCKINGGG

The box meals were very banging and I would highly recommend. Chicken cooked perfectly, so juicy and crispy whilst balanced with the incredible flavour profiles from the rubs. I tried the Nashville chicken which was incredible and also their spicy rub which was good too. Friendly staff and decent seating too. Would recommend!

Their chicken burgers are the best, Nashville jumbo tenders are nice too, a bit on the salty side but still delicious.

Went today, got the Nashville burger which was 10 10 absolutely loved it, better than a spicy dip burger imo. I got a milkshake as well however, it had a weird off smell to it, I use to make milkshakes before using Ice cream, it usually happens when the ice cream machine has not been cleaned properly the day before. It gives an off milk taste to the milkshake. That was the only downside however, I would defo recommend this place and will be coming back for the burger.

Chicken was great but yeah agree with the sauce overload making the bun soggy and a bit messy. Maybe less sauce as the burger was ladened with flavour and spice, and a toasted bun.

Consider I've eaten all over manchester, massive on street food. This is hands down the best chicken burger I've had in ages, possibly ever. Now I have only been once so cant comment on consistency, but was exceptional. I had the spicy burger, then dipped, which was firstly spicy and I love spice, secondly retained structure and crisp despite the dip, the bun was fresh (finally not a stale bun). The jalapeño ranch is awesome, the tenderness of the meat was the best I've had. I'll hands down say this is better than miami crispy, without even a question. Look forward to exploring more. I rang them to compliment the food. Don't forget to be a human, everything is online. If you appreciate your small businesses then let them know 👏👏👏

Unreal. Best nashville chicken I've had.

Good portion size and value for money with reasonable taste. However it does feel sometimes that there's an over burden of sauces masking real taste of beef/chicken in their patty melt/burgers. Service is quite inefficient. In about 5 or 6 times i have ordered, not one order was made on time and they only start on the order once i am there, despite ordering way in advance and going in late to collect. Conclusion: amazing potential with some aspects to work on

So tried this place twice Beef burgers are sloppy And the chicken burgers are a teeth breaker and packed with salt. Coleslaw is supposed to be sweet this one was so salty. I don't understand why everything is so salty there's no balance. Tried it twice and sorry won't be returning.bad salty food for that price I expected something really good

My friend told me about this place and told me to try. I have tried and it was very nice and delicious.

Wish I could give it a better rating because I was really looking forward to it but the experience I had was not great! the customer service was shocking, I paid nearly £50 for three meals and you want to charge me for sauce? On top you’re charging me 50p per meal for some red salt “seasoning” very shocking customer service that they wanted extra for sauces bearing in mind how much I spent! Whoever the person is at the front wether it’s the owner, manager or worker sort your attitude out.

I had really high hopes and was looking forward to trying slims. However, the food was lacklustre and was covered in a powdered spice that was not nice at all. The chips were cold and drowned in “seasoning” which they had the audacity to charge 50p extra for. Also, the customer service is disgusting. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers and the fact that you are paying £20 a meal per person and not even getting sauces and when you ask for a sauce they will not provide and will have an argument over 10p worth of sauce. Had I had known of this prior I would never have given them my business.

My first time eating here as I'm from outside of the area but it'll definitely not be my last. The chicken is the best I've had from a takeaway so juicy and the crispy coating was so tasty too. Service was great with very friendly, happy and polite staff. Don't change anything it's so good as it is, thank you. I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!! I can highly recommend the garlic dip too.

I would give it 7/10. They have three small tables to eat in. The food was cooked well and chicken is juicy inside and crispy outside. But it is quite spicy to be aware. I ordered the Nashville box and I felt the chicken was quite “dry” because it’s covered in a lot of seasoning but that’s Nashville taste for you, if you’re a very big fan of Nashville then I would recommend it otherwise maybe try the “spicy” version which I believe would be dipped spicy burger style chicken. Would also recommend barbecue seasoning fries. Service wasn’t rude but wasn’t very friendly either

Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had. I went for the Nashville burger which was lovely. It was cooked to perfection, it has the perfect balance of heat, and flavour. The portion size is great and the breading is immaculate. The main thing for me is consistency when it comes to food which is what Slims provides. The wings were also cooked to perfection. The milkshakes are also lovely. This place beats your usual go to spots hands down Pay a visit. You won’t be disappointed🍔
