The most awful restaurant I have ever been! I saw its hight reviews and taught it would be a good experience. The restaurant itself wasn't clean at all and they hadn't even wiped the tables. There were obvious signs of mould and spiders all over the place. The food was stinky and tasted like anything but Persian food. Not satisfying AT ALL 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Stopped by after walking around for a while looking for some good snap after a hard days work not being a local I wandered in and ordered a beer (cold and refreshing as it should be) the lovely girl behind the bar suggested I had my tea there, best decision I’ve made in a while the steak I had was beautifully cooked and the salad was amazing the staff were polite and the atmosphere was great I’m not local but if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely come back!!

Real shame. A great fan of Persian food with a background making it myself. First time to be able to try this place having a few in my network recommending it. Food was very nice but really let down by the atmosphere and unprofessional behaviour of staff. The member of staff sat right next to our table having a very loud, heated discussion about their personal drama with what seemed to be a friend that came in to sit and chat. Ruined the whole experience and wanted to finish the food and get out quick. Wasn’t worth paying. Feel cheated. Totally disappointed and won’t be recommending this place from here. Real disappointment.

Doesn't look like a restaurant looks more like a pub. The food wasn't good especially the starters. And there was people smoking inside

The food was fantastic but when we walked in I had to double check we were in the right place. This feels more like a pub than a dining establishment. Overall we enjoyed the experience and the staff were really lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Had the most amazing meal, lamb chops were amazing as was the mixed kebabs. A real hidden gem. And also the cocktails were out of this world. The service was great as well

We've been twice now first time was last week and we couldn't wait to come again the food is so tasty and the atmosphere is so good and relaxed I recommend you taste the sharing platter as you get abit of everything and it's so delicious though I am looking forward to trying other foods they do here as they all look so tasty, the waitress charlena is so lovely and friendly always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming this is my go to place now

Just realised we got overcharged otherwise I wouldn’t write this but I’m almost certain it was intentional so here’s the truth: Decor and food: over-lit signage advertising Redbull-based cocktails, and giant plasma screens piping stock footage of ratty-looking coastal resorts to hypnotise you into a false sense of luxury cast their sickly glare onto our meal of veiny meat floating in dirty brine beside a plate of sandwich paste. The music is a confused menagerie of modern country & western the likes of which one only hears in charity shops, and modern blues that sounds somehow fake. The waiter is nice, but the vibes are off: other customers all seem weirdly malevolent, transgressing social boundaries with the nihilistic murderous joy of conscripted sailors on shore leave for a voyage from which they do not expect to return. That being said, the name may be a reference to the film Se7en which is really good. That might be the nicest thing I can say about a restaurant whose prices also seem to reference the budget of a Hollywood film

Me and my boyfriend came here Saturday day time, the waitress recommended the food as it was our first time trying Persian food, it was all delicious! Super friendly service, can’t wait to come back to try all the cocktail options.

I love the food here, especially the way they do chicken. The dips and starters are also a real highlight. It's great to get some real Persian food!

The food is most definitely better than all other Persian places in Manchester. The chicken is probably my favourite. It’s cooked to perfection and juicy. Everything tastes fresh. Been here with my family a few times and have always had a perfect meal.

The interior of the restaurant is perfectly done, once you enter you disconnect from UK and it just takes you away to Persia… THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS and portions are big it. During our first visit to this restaurant with friends, the staff saw that we were a group of six and kindly helped us move to a larger table. Howeverg, I didn’t want to sit next to the toilet,, so I asked if we could move to another table. The staff was very accommodating and patiently helped solve this issue, even though I felt bad for asking to move tables twice. For appetizers, we ordered slow-cooked lamb tongue, prawn and avocado salad, sweet potato friesg, and chicken wings. We were all amazed, especially by how beautifully the prawns were presentedj and how delicious they tasted. For the main course, we had two servings of lamb rack rice, one serving of lamb shank, and an order of skewers. The flavors were light and healthy, which was a delightful surprise.

Came in with 2 friends to eat but stood there for a while waiting to be spoken to by staff but was totally ignored as only other male in the premises was chatting the bar girl up. So left their loss

We been there for the yalda night, that was the great party and best management and amazing food.

That was the worst experience I’ve had. Not only were there no napkins or plates for bones, but when I requested them, I was served with something entirely different. The cutlery was haphazardly arranged, contributing to the overall messy presentation. On top of that, the music was deafening, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. To add insult to injury, the food arrived cold, further diminishing any hope for a positive dining experience.

We had a meal on a Monday evening therefore it was lovely and quiet. The meal was very tasty. Nicely seasoned and presented really nice. The only quibble was the plate was cold so the food was cooling before it came to us. This would not stop me going back.

The door men went above and beyond to help me, the two men Alexander and santos were amazing. Couldn’t fault the staff there and there needs more people like them. Excellent food and service. It was four of us for evening meal. Two of us vegan and the other two carnivores. They easily accommodated for both diets. In our group we had two Persians, one Irish and one English and we all enjoyed the food. Great choice of drinks and desserts too.

We ate on a Groupon deal, staff are great and obviously passionate about the food they cook. Smoked aubergine with egg and tomato is absolutely beautiful and the prawn starter is a must. I had the fesenjan stew and it was one of the best meals I've had but the other dish gheimeh we ordered but got ghormeh sabzi and that was nice but the lamb was just portions of fat and only managed to find 2 cubes of lamb..... we'll definitely go again but we won't be having a lamb stew dish.

We went to Se7en not knowing what to expect as we hadn’t been out in the area before. We were very pleasantly surprised by what we found. The staff were friendly and we were served quickly. The menu has a good selection of dishes, all at a reasonable price. The food was delicious. I had skewers whilst my friends had a steak and the whole grilled fish and we had no complaints about any of the food. Would definitely go again

Worst experience ever at this place . The doorman was very rude,disrespectful and looking for any reason not to let me in for a Diet Coke with me beeing a doorman and showing him my badge aswell. We visited this restaurant after purchasing a Groupon deal. What a lovely experience and what a find. The food was wonderful. We both had prawns for starter with gorgeous flat bread (enough for four!!!) and chicken scewers as a main. Portion sizes are not skimped and all was very very tasty. The chicken so moist it melted in our mouth. Couldn't write a review without mentioning the lovely waitress who served us. She was extremely helpful in explaining the menu to us and very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly I could have taken her home with me. We had so much to talk about and my other half and myself were mesmerized with how friendly she was. We don't live close to Stockport but we'll definitely make the effort to return!!! Thank you to all at Bar Se7en.
