Sky Lounge Shisha Restaurant coventry in Coventry

I was underwhelmed by this venue on appearance because the locations is pretty much as central as you can get in Coventry. The stars I have given are purely for the good customer service provided as we were very well looked after. All this shisha bar needs is a light renovation and the sofas need replacing because they have served their time and are nakered and make the place look dreadful. It will do the job for a casual visit but not for date night.

This place is amazing very nice to go with family/friends. Me and my wife went and the food and shisha was amazing will definitely be coming back the staff was so kind especially the owner Asim he treated us so well bless him very happy with my visit.

I come all the way from Birmingham to this Shisha lounge it’s one of the best lounges I have been to and their Shishas are amazing! They have fresh delicious food with a large variety of desserts that are sweet to the taste not only that they have amazing entertainment on different days; DJ nights, belly dancer, magician and a pet parrot that can talk! Most recently, I had my hen night in this lounge and they hosted my party in a VIP private room with VIP service. We had our own music, TV and a designated hostess which provided excellent customer service. We all had an amazing night! I would highly recommend coming here with your friends, family and partner it’s worth the visit!

I would most recommend Sky Lounge for the great shisha, excellent customers services, most chilled out atmosphere with good music choices and freshest delicious food from the amazing chef! You definitely wouldn’t be disappointed the staff treat you like family! So make sure you check out Sky Lounge wouldn't want to miss out!!

The shisha is one of the cheapest that I have found in UK for premium flavour as well as cheap beverages. Place is quite decent although you have to take some stairs to reach the lounge. Lots of flavours to choose from. Would recommend the place to anyone looking for shisha in Coventry

It has a million stairs and once your up there, your greeted with not the most pleasing on the eye venue. It has a small blacked out area in the back which is very small. Outside are a couple of sofas and tables but not very comfortable. It was a decent sheesha and not the best desi chai. Overall was not a bad experience but above average in price and not the most relaxing of places to go to and chill. Next time will stick to Birmingham.

Had a great time at sky lounge. Gr8 flavours and friendly staff. Options for yummy food and deserts. Defo recommend 👍👍👍

Dust everywhere, horrible sheesha, dirty shisha pipes, tobacco swimming in the shisha base. Drive to Birmingham for a good sheesha.

I went with my friend to this place for her birthday. We absolutely loved it. Shisha was good. Service was good. Staff are very friendly. We were even allowed to be DJ for the afternoon. We will definitely be going here again on our next visit to Coventry. We recommend anyone who hasn’t tried it, to go. You won’t regret it.

Honest opinion this place is literally the best Shisha place in cov! Service is good, food is delicious and Shisha is on point ! Staff are also very friendly and easy to get along with, if there is any problems they will always sort it out until the customers are happy. This has become my go to place whenever I need to relax and enjoy time outside. I would recommend it to everybody !

I'm a regular at a lot of the Birmingham lounges and quite honestly, this was far superior in a lot of ways.

To be honest I'm not the biggest shisha smoker but I have been coming sky lounge with my friends for 3 months and I have to say the service and the staff are great. I honestly recommend this place to any individuals or groups of friends/family to come visit sky lounge.

Hi, I was just letting you know that this is my first time coming to sky lounge and personally wasn’t expecting anything like this because I’ve been to other places such as H20 and honestly the customer service is brilliant. I’m from Birmingham and I heard about sky lounge from a friend from the same city as me. She had told me this is one of the best places to go for shisha and it’s worth the travel. I completely agree with everything she was saying and want to give this place 10/10. Amazing. Keep it up. I have met the manager MANGO, he is honestly a blessed guy with an amazing personality, he made me and my friends feel comfortable and he was very friendly. Thank you for this opportunity to come here and enjoy my time here, I will be coming here more often.

Shisha’s always banging at sky! it’s my regular and the team are great. The boys never fail to put a smile on my face and not a single time where I can ever complain about anything quality flavours always made by Simon, top service from Mike, Adam and the rest. Mango always there to sort me out if i need anything so it’s good to know staff are willing to do whatever they can to make it a great experience each time I come. Musics on point as alwaysRooftop setting gives it a chilled out vibe, which takes me away from all the crazy stuff that goes on in our day to day lives. Love it here, which is why my regular rules

Wonderful experience and highly recommend to everyone! The sheesha is definitely well cared for and the 'sheesha masters' know what they're doing. Laid back and incredibly friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond in ensuring we had a great time. Shout out to the owner, his brother, all the staff members, the gentleman that made our swiss rolls and the amazing rapper! We absolutely loved it and will be back!

Guy ngl. But, this place is a must go if your into shisha. The staff are alway welcoming. And not to mention the manager, he well welcome you with open arms and make sure your getting the best quality service. Shisha is on point. The recommendation are always spot on. If your know your shisha and you very specific on how you like it, they will be more than happy to accommodate. Also, there are flavours and pipes that are very hard to come by in a shisha lounge. All you need to do is simply ask. If you know then you know. . I highly recommend this shisha for any regular smoker or first time smokers (students).

This is by far the best lounge I have ever been to, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the shisha is the best I've tasted, the flavours are great, they recommend their own flavours which are amazing. The atmosphere is very nice, they play good music and the fact that it's on a high level is great, the view is lovely. Would definitely recommend this lounge, will be coming here very often!

Went to meet a few mates and heard this place is amazing for Shisha. Got a table straight away, and ordered 2 shishas - both good quality. Staff were attentive and even had the manager come greet us to see how we getting on. Very friendly service with great Mocktails too! Pictures hopefully do some justice. ARCHITECTURALLY very cool place too!

This is the second time I have come here and I have to say this is by far the best service I’ve experience in a shisha lounge. The atmosphere was unreal as I have been to many shisha lounges and many of times it’s been uncomfortable or intimidating but this place is ideal for friends and family to visit. The view wherever you sit is exceptional, you get to experience a panoramic view of coventry while being in a comfortable yet sociable atmosphere. The flavour and smoothness of the shisha goes hand in hand with the staffs attentiveness to ones needs, ie there was never a time when the shisha was harsh as the coals were always changed promptly and the fact that they treat you like family as soon as you step foot into sky lounge, giving this shisha lounge (the BEST shisha lounge) a more intimate feel. Finally this exceptional experience is only further emphasised by the quality music that is playing, giving sky lounge the 5 star rating they deserve! Highly recommend to all!

Worst experience ever in a lounge, the lounge was very basic with above average prices for shishas, the shisha smoking area was quite small with very minimal furnishings, the shisha itself was poor the flavour was very harsh and didn't taste good, and the rules of the lounge didn't apply to everyone as the rules stated it was one between two people however there was groups of 3's with one pipe between then when confronting the owner about it he got defensive and have unacceptable justification such as "they are regulars" or "it's their first time here" was not happy overall and would not go back. Avoid at all costs!!!

This is genuinely the place to be! Sky lounge offers top quality shisha flavour with a variety to of options to choose from. The milkshakes are amazing as well the food is delicious. The hospitality and service is the best I have ever experienced. Me and my girlfriend come here everyday due to the fact that the staff make us feel at home.Thanks to Mango and the team for always treating us with upmost care and respect. 100% recommend this place to anyone that wishes to a have a great experience or shisha.

Sky Lounge has always been my favourite shisha lounge ... the staffs are very kind and respectful..they always treat everyone equally ,also serve the customers with a positive attitude. they made it feel like my second home, i will be visiting it regularly.

Came here excepting the standard service but got a services that i never expected. Firstly the recommendation of flavour was superb house special RYU in pineapple head and glass pipe was so good. The smoke was soo smooth it hasn't been compared yet. The milkshake we ordered ( ferroero rocher) was beautiful and the waffles were beyond belief. Can't wait till the food service starts, luckily got taster of the food that will be on menu in a few days, was soo good. Mango, Si and adam made sure our shisha was on point, the coal change was on time to maintain the heat in the pipe. At the end of the day went for shisha left with a experience. Thank you all all the staff at sky lounge for such a amazing time.

Like a chameleon the lounge in the afternoon is a chilled out place where one can study whilst admiring the panaroamic views. The music provides a nice ambience and if thankfully is of the a more amiable genre. The lounge in the evening transforms to a more social setting as the number of clientele increases. Unlike many other lounges that I have visited it never becomes intimidating with the untoward sort rather many of the social groups are from the university. Shisha is really excellent and the service is phenomenal. The icing on the cake is the loyalty scheme that they operate. Highly recommended.

Sky lounge is a great place to go relax and kickback back and socialise with your friends family whoever it is or whatever the occasion, the Staff are extremely helpful and very well organised. The owner Mango(yeah that's his name don't ask) is one of the friendliest people you'll have the pleasure of meeting he interacts with the customers and engages with them and regularly checks on you to ensure you're satisfied.When I came in I was greeted politely by the host at the cash desk and was asked what I would like, after which when I was seated I didn't have to wait long for the shisha to arrive which is always a plus, the selection of deserts is varied and if you want something they don't do, they will go out there way to make sure you get what you wanted. The music is also up to date and there's a mix selection for everybody so if you're into a particular genre don't worry it'll come, be patient.Overall in summary if you're looking for a place to relax and have a good time this is the place to visit.

I've been a shisha smoker for 10 years and always found negatives in many shisha lounges around UK. However in this shisha lounge the negatives are outweighed by the positives! The shisha is to a great standard which every shisha smoker expects. As I have smoked for 10 years after a while you realise the shisha quality is a standard expectation, but the atmosphere, staff and service is what makes the experience more enjoyable. The staff are the most down to earth workers I have ever met in a shisha lounge, they actually care and check up to see if everything is okay and if anything is needed. The music is not too loud which helps to have a nice conversation with your friends. Also the diversity in the crowd of different races and background makes the place unique and pleasantly different.The service is fast and on point! And even if it comes a bit late the staff and manager are always very apologetic which shows they care about their service and their customers! Most importantly you feel at home which means a lot personally for myself. I would 100% recommend this to all locals,students and travellers as the best shisha lounge in Coventry!

A great place to go and chill, the staff are friendly and the service is top notch, the shishas are well made too. A place where you can go play pool and kick back on the PS4. Saving the best for last the atmosphere is perfect, great vibe and the music is not too loud so you can actually have a conversation with other people unlike other places I know. All in all I would recommend this to anyone to go and check out if they are looking for a place to chill

Its a nice place to hang around. The staff was freindly. To make a good shisha is an art and these guys seem to be mastered that art very well by taking care of minute differences in flavours which people like.Thanks for the hospitality.

I loved the location city centre opposite my halls next year. What surprised me the most was the confidence they had in their abilities in making the best hookah. The manager asked what's my favourite flavour. As a true hookah smoker I said "grape and mint", his reply; "it will be your best grape and mint" and I kid you not it was the best smoke I had. The environment/atmosphere was mellow, music was just right for us to enjoy and converse effortlessly. The staff were welcoming and service was on point. Does need modernising but i do like the feel of the place. Furthermore I've been told they will be catering a halal menu before university starts. My next three years at uni will be well spent ;)

I have tried all sorts of flavours from here and they always get the shisha perfect. The desserts are brilliant and it also has a PS4 gaming area.They have recently refurbished this place and you can clearly tell as everything looks new.Staff are friendly and other customers are very friendly as every time I go here random people come over to talk which is quite nice to be honest, it feels like and and you are welcomed. This lounge is great as people from all sorts of race, background, religion mix together and make everyone fell welcome.Can't wait to go again, but not looking forward to the stairs. I heard they are getting the lift fixed and I hope its soon.

I'm from Bradford and love my shisha. I travel to Coventry regularly and only recently found this place. Its shisha is up there with the best of them in Bradford and Manchester. They are consistently good and I've never been disappointed. I love the atmosphere - unlike other places where there is crap music blaring out of giant subwoofers and you have to scream for your friends to hear each other. This place is relaxed and laid back. I've read the other reviews on here and think it's a bit exaggerated. It may not be the fanciest place but it is definitely clean and the heating has always worked when I've visited but it is a rooftop lounge. I will definitely be going back and I would take this place over anything else in Coventry- maybe even Bradford.

I came here with friends as I had heard good reviews from various people. I can certainly say they were not wrong. The choice of flavours were vast and the service was amazing. Having spoken to the staff it seems they have just refurbished the place head to toe also the addition of new shisha pipes. Definitely a place to visit, vibrant atmosphere with a huge amount of flavours to choose from. You can never get bored of this place.

Have to agree with the other review on here.Venue has great potential but needs a real revamp.Read loads of other reviews on other sites of how great it is but was disappointed overall.Shisha was bearable and staff were friendly but the rest is as the other reviewer said ... poor decor, ambience, seating, heating etc etc.

Very old needs refurb shisha was smelly, dont smoke it you might catch something! Cold, heaters dont work either
