Good service , friendly team and nice food !

Worst meal I have had in years!!! Just ordered the Ultimate platter of a full rack of ribs. Paid extra for the sweet potato fries. The fries and the tomato were the only things cooked fresh. Think I have just been served what is left over from yesterday, as the kitchen has only just opened. Ribs are just bones that have been reheated and drizzled with a barbecue sauce. They couldn't put too much barbecue sauce on as it would have overwhelmed the bones! The sweetcorn didn't pop, as I feel it had been stewed too many times. I frequent this place quite often and have learned that they have an excuse for their inadequacies they may have in the kitchen. The person in the kitchen needs reheating lessons!!!! I hope the person doesn't categorise themselves as a chef! Very very disappointed. I Will only ever order the side dish of hot mess ever again. That is a dish they can get right. Quite ironic really.

Always having less staff takes 10mins to be served.
