Silver Grill Cafe in Harrow

The Silver Grill Café gets a well deserved 5 stars from me. It is a really cosy little eatery and very clean and welcoming. The staff are wonderfully friendly and were extremely helpful with my wife's food allergies. Her vegetable lasagne was tasty and my omelette and chips went down very well. Even the coffee was good. One of the best cafes in the area. Will be visiting again soon.

I visit family in pinner a couple of times a year and this is my go to place every morning. The service is really good and fast, the food is tasty and well priced. The coffee is better than the big name chains. Avoid the coffee shops and give this place a go, you'll be glad you did.

Back from overseas visiting family. Same owners, same great service! Good value hearty breakfast had one morning and past through recently and had again good prices. Food always fresh and cooked well.

This cafe is on the pathway from Pinner Station to the High Street. I had walked past it for years without going in until a friend of mine suggested going there for lunch. The people who work there are friendly and the service is exceptionally good. It's superb value and I have been there several times since then. Highly recommended!

Lovely fresh brekkie and lots of choice of food. Nice service, clean and tidy. Great spot for Sunday morning breakfast before a Sainsbury’s shop :))

The people who run the Silver Grill are very friendly. They were very good with some specific menu requests. They serve basic café food that is done very well.

Went in on a cold day for something warming had tea and a panini both hot and freshly made very good. Although the menu has all the usual cafe fair of all day breakfast etc all food served with refinement. Also liked the majority of seating was in tables of 2 making single patrons feel at ease . The staff were very friendly and attentive

We have been in the Silver Grill countless times, spent hundred of pounds over the years, they know us well, we have been very generous with tips as a result, but this evening, my little girl dropped her ice cream on the floor, and the waitress scooped it up in tissue and wanted to give it back to her! I asked nicely for a new one please which the waitress provided, but when I came to pay, the waitress tried to charge me for two ice creams. I find that very bad and this has stopped loyal customers like us ever returning. Very surprising and stupid to do this, the man is always so nice and I am sure would never have done that.

We visit here a lot for a breakfast. Friendly to our little boy who asks for toast as soon as he sits down Generous portions and great prices. Would recommend

Enjoyed brunch which was cooked to exactly what we wanted Service with a smile. The owner was welcoming and accommodated our dietary requirements Wanted a healthy breakfast without chips. The staff accommodated and changed it to salad of our choice Recommend this place

Was quite disappointed with the lasagne which was served up sitting in a pool of oil and barely lukewarm. It lacked any flavour with very little filling and no herbs added. The owner who served this was obviously quite aware of the oil spill as avoided removing the plate with half finished lasagne and didn't bother to ask if everything was 'satisfactory' which is clearly wasn't! Definitely not good value for money and best avoided! There are several other alternative restaurants and cafes in the Pinner area which offer better quality food!

Ordered the traditional breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed everything on the plate. Service was fast and prices were very reasonable.

This cafe is perfect - good basic meals served quickly and with helpful service. Reasonably priced and spotlessly clean. Like the local history photos on the walls too. Recommended.

A wide menu here - simple fare, from all day breakfasts and burgers through to toasted sandwiches and omelettes, plus homemade main meal specials. We've been many times for lunch and it's never disappointed - a welcome smile, great food with generous portions and very clean and presentable all round.

I took my husband here and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts. Everyone in there was pleased with what they ordered and it was sooo clean. Will definitely be back! Thanks and see you soon x

Excellent cafe....splendid all day breakfast with a cup of tea! Good value & hits the spot every time. I don't visit as often as I would like but when I do, I thoroughly enjoy it - sometimes a cooked breakfast is just what's needed (whatever the time of day).

This is the 5th time visiting this place and I’m in love! Good food and came within a few minutes of ordering, lovely staff and overall very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, will be returning regularly!

I stopped here for a Saturday breakfast on my way by train to Amersham, as Trip Advisor showed there was nowhere good for breakfast near Amersham station. The silver Grill Cafe is less than 5 minutes walk from Pinner station so handy if you are going to the breakfast desert that is Amersham.

Not fancy but a nice cafe that does all day breakfasts plus usual " builders cafe" type food with mugs of tea. We ordered

It has been a family tradition for my last few visits from Australia, to share in a breakfast at Silver Grill.

Chicken too,dry and tough to eat. No teapots when you order tea, just a mug with a teabag. Not worth the price. Will not return.

With all the formulaic chains (Cafe Rouge, Carluccio's etc) around, it is nice to be able to report on a good traditional cafe that serves wholesome and hearty food. Generous portions, pleasant staff and reasonable prices. Definitely worth a stroll off the High Street to this cafe next to Sainsbury's

Ordered chicken & chips. Got 2 legs (thigh & drumstick in each) & a decent portion of chips & peas. Often, cafes/ restaurants cook chicken too dry, but this was good. It's clean and service is quick. Try it yourself

My boyfriend & I visit now & again at the weekends for breakfast. Great selection of English breakfasts, always served super quickly & very reasonably priced. Staff are nice & cafe always clean. It's nothing fancy, but we really like it! Great location right next to Sainsbury's & a charity shop so you can do some Sunday browsing afterwards! :)

Everything from salads to roasts..cakes..pies..a variety of teas and coffees.If you can't find something to eat you are not trying.Two people can easily have a full meal with a drink for under £15.

staff are always helpful . food is lovely cafe food and decent portions. the omelettes are yummy and the vegi breakfasts. it is always busy and they will change bits to your dish happily.

This little gem really is a great find just near Sainsbury's. The full English breakfast is great quality and real value for money at on £4.50. The decor is neat if a little dated in design but the place is spotless and the staff are friendly and polite. My old mum loves the place and eats her lunch there. If you want good quality simple fare then these people and this cafe is a must.
