Silk House Chinese Takeaway in Falkirk

Chicken kungpo wasn’t nice very tough chicken and special fried rice tasted very stale

Canton Chinese is our go takeaway. Always good quality and fast, 17 mins from order to delivery and we are in Laurieston, phenomenal service!

Placed a order to be delivered to falkirk car park was delivered within 30 minutes and was lovely thanks

Unfortunately, this restaurant went out of business and has been permanently closed for all of 2025. I'm adding a photo of what it looks like now, taken on a Friday afternoon. I did enjoy it back when it was open, and miss eating there.

1/4/25 late afternoon. 1st time in & no one about, but the friendly smiling Mandy appears & she spoke very well & I guessed she was Chinese. My meal was well wrapped up & it was in a long container & I was very surprised 😯 when I took the lid off to see that it was well loaded with chicken 🐥 green peppers, onion 🧅 AND pineapple 🍍 I spooned it all on to my own pkt. of rice 🍚 & as you can see from the photos - it's all gone 😱 AND for me there were NO DRY TOUGH bits of 🐥 in it. 10/10
