Experiencia de entrega horrible. Pedido de la versión 'vegana' en línea de Deliveroo de esta tienda y se le envió un batido lácteo. Dos sorbos y ahora vomita debido a una alergia a los lácteos. Toda la noche está arruinada y todo porque no pueden manejar pedidos veganos de su tienda 'vegana'. Necesita ser corregido lo antes posible, ya que afortunadamente solo vomito y me pica la boca, no puedo imaginar a alguien que tenga una reacción alérgica mortal.

Los 3 miembros del personal estaban de mal humor con una actitud. . ni una sola sonrisa. una intentó pasar de recoger basura del suelo con la mano enguantada. Para luego servirme mi comida, con los mismos guantes. Obligarme a ser ese tipo para quejarse y hacer que la comida se cocine fresca. Inaceptable. Otro estaba prestando más atención a su teléfono que a los clientes. Esta tampoco fue la primera vez. La alta dirección necesita encontrar personal mejor para representar su marca. De ahora en adelante subiré por la carretera de Chicago Grill. Mucho mejor en todos los aspectos Calidad de elección de valor y mejor personal.

Pedimos 2 hamburguesas (1 pollo, 1 carne) y tenía alas de búfalo y patatas fritas regulares como acompañamiento. Las hamburguesas estaban por debajo del promedio para un lugar de hamburguesas de rango medio y los lados ni siquiera eran comestibles. Es demasiado caro para lo que obtienes. Además, lo que más no me gustó y esto es algo con lo que soy muy quisquilloso es que cuando el restaurante no te ofrece salsas para la mesa, simplemente se ve muy tacaño y muy pobre en el lado del servicio. Como viajero gastronómico, me decepcionó mucho toda la experiencia.

El personal era diabólico! ¡El cocinero estuvo charlando con sus auriculares todo el tiempo desde el momento en que entré en el lugar y seguí charlando mientras freía mi hamburguesa de quinua en un crujiente aceitoso! Sabía a quemado y no una pizca de especias como se anuncia. Le pregunté a la señora que servía si había un trato de comida. E. hamburguesa, papas fritas y bebida y ella acaba de decir NO. Señalé el trato en un tablero de anuncios y ella se encogió de hombros después de que yo ya pagara 7. 49 por la peor hamburguesa que he probado en mi vida. No lo terminé. Bastante pobre y mal servicio al cliente. Proporcionar capacitación básica y personal servicial. Horrible experiencia. Nunca volveré a comer aquí de nuevo!

I didn't get food what I ordered from menu. I ordered Hawaii 50 chicken. I suppose to have crumbled coconut but instead was just grilled chicken with plenty of chopped coriander with was overpowering. When I asked member of staff I was told it was just coconut marinade and I felt like I was told lies coz meat didn't have any coconut flavour. Will not return

I always go here to get a few shakes and snacks for our business meetings. My clients always love it!

Came in here with my partner and normally I really struggle to order from a normal restaurant but in this place it really wasn’t difficult at all!

Service was great. the staff was more than accomodating, even putting out a heater for us..although it was set to cold until we set it to hot ourselves. The food was ok, the chicken was decent but the beef, Steak burger, was ok..not worth another trip.

I would have thought that a restaurant quality "gourmet" burger that was a tad pricey could offer more than what I had experienced. The burger that I ordered was pretty small and lacked the originality I hoped for. But hey a burger's a burger.

Honestly one of the best cheeseburgers I've had. The chilli cheese chips are worth a try too! You can tell its fresh and they use quality ingredients. Will definitely be back!

Das Lokal ist nicht speziell gemütlich, aber das Essen hat es in sich. Ich hatte einen Haloumi Burger, der fantastisch geschmeckt hat. Viel Gemüse, ein knuspriges Brötchen und ein sehr feiner Käse haben mich begeistert.

3 stars because while the food probably deserves 4 stars, the prices are so expensive for just burgers that there's a star loss there. Let's just say you're paying 4 star hotel prices for a burger in an upmarket fast food take away. I don't believe there is value in the pricing. Burgers were fine, totally edible but could I say they were better than any other upmarket burger take away? No and the other competitive upmarket take aways charge way less for their equally good burgers. The chips were rubbish, I wish I hadn't ordered them - dry, bland, like eating cardboard. The shakes - wow, like oh my god sweet sugar rush. These are also expensive but about the same price as other competitive upmarket burger take aways. Didn't expect to pay £32 for 2 burgers, 2 shakes and 1 portion of fries - this is where it gets ridiculous and I think they need to look into this. However the lady serving here late at night was fantastic, very attentive, concerned with good customer service and making sure her customers were happy. The guy cooking late at night is trying to get everyone out early and discourages customers from placing orders about 1 hour before closing. I feel for the lady server as she is trying really hard to counteract the bad behaviour of the cook.

I went to,this place for dinner with a friend. Although no one was queuing I was left there waiting before a member of staff finally decided to take my order. The burger I wanted (halloumi) was not available so I had a vegetarian burger instead. I have to say the chips were very tasty, and the burger was packed with flavour. My friend really enjoyed her cheeseburger. I might try another branch next time as service is crucial to me.

I was staying in the Shepherds Bush area with a friend so decided to visit here due to the proximity to our hotel, and halal food on offer. I went for a regular Cheese Burger, along with a pistachio milkshake, with a shared portion of chips topped with cheese and mint meat between us. The Chips were different and quite nice, but the burger was definitely very average for a gourmet burger. Not too much else to say really. Similarly, the milkshake was also lacking in flavour, and was also quite thick. Maybe I was expecting more given the high price of both.

We just arrived in London and went for a stroll to find a quick lunch. Popped into this quaint little place and left having the best burger we ever had. And The pistachio milkshake was to die for! Amazing start to our vacation!

Went here on a Tuesday night as part of the Groupon offer and were really happy with our meals and milkshake! We ordered the chilli chicken burger and halloumi burger with the rocher and honeycomb milkshakes. The burgers were fully packed with fresh ingredients and really tasty, staff were friendly and easy going.

I think they serve one of the best burgers in the area. I have been there a few times, always ordering the same think BBQ burger and chips. Excellent tasty food and big portion sizes. Great value for money. Nice chatty staff, never seems to...

The place is nice, the staff are friendly, the food is perfect and they offer many options for the toppings. Every burger lover should try this one.

The taste of the burger is great. But need to use less grease in the cooking. To greasy and the meat is falling apart.
