First time dining at Signatures. Excellent place to dine. Friendly, efficient, professional and the food was amazing.. delicious, tasty, presentation was fabulous. Alround an excellent dining experience.

Food is amazing and its not even super expensive

Arranged to have my husbands 60th birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary celebration here along with 10 close friends. We could not have been happier, it was an amazing evening and Jimmy's food was outstanding and the staff were so obliging and made our night feel very special. Would highly recommend a visit. We will be back very soon.

My partner took me for an early surprise birthday meal, I had never heard of the place before, lovely place, beautiful food, plenty of choice, attentive staff, great place to go for a special meal.

Went for lunch at Signatures. Whilst the service was OK. I think it is overpriced for substandard quality meals. We ordered 2x Fish and Chips, and the batter around some parts of the fish was chewy and hard. The fish inside clearly wasn't from a loin, as the consistency wasn't there. We ordered a kids main, and a kids starter and this came to around £50 without drinks. One of the waiters accidentally dropped a few chips from the plate on to my jeans as it slipped out of the plate. He was apologetic. Overall, wouldn't recommend based on overall quality of the meals.

We had a marvellous meal at Signatures yesterday. We love going there the staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the food on offer. Jimmys gravy was the best ever and as a gravy lover it was a real compliment to the meal. Well done Jimmy. Are we going back. DEFINITELY. Thanks to everyone.

We booked on the trust of reviews . Absolutely beautiful ambience, relaxed, warm welcome and our host aled was attentive ,professional and friendly. The menu itself is a masterpiece in its completion, the infusion of ingredients, flavours and the variety on show . My better half was bowled over by the gravy itself ,it was marvellous, as was the Sunday lunch on all levels . Quality and professional service at a very reasonable price . Highly recommend to anyone , These people have their "signature " all over it We will most definitely be back Wonderful

What an absolutely wonderful experience. Our first time there to treat my two cousins whose birthdays are two days appart. The food was to 'die' for and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Definitely on the list for other special occasions and we have enough of them !!!

Amazing food and customer service. There's a really nice walk on the nearby Conwy mountain too - and the beach is nice as well. Well worth a visit.

We came here for my birthday dinner during a holiday in North Wales and it was lovely. The location in a caravan park wasn't quite what I expected but inside it's very tastefully done and all the staff were really friendly (including giving advice on favourite options). The food was all great and the main course menu was one of those rare occasions where I'd happily have ordered any of them. We had the sea bass and the steak, which were both delicious. We were also impressed that they had a good number of wines by the glass as sometimes it's only one or two. You can see into the open kitchen and the team all seemed to be working well together. Very enjoyable.

I came to signatures on Sunday with friends as one of the friends eats here often and highly recommends it. I had never been before so wasn't really sure what to expect and being a pescatarian that doesn't like cheese, I sometimes struggle finding anything on the menu. However, I found an amazing starter of Seabass that was absolutely stunning, for my main I had asked if I could have a roast dinner minus the meat and I would of been happy with that, but when my meal came they had gone out of their way to make it with a nut roast which was delicious and totally unexpected. There was plenty of extra vegetables brought to the table too. There was nothing to fault at all, the staff were all extremely professional and courteous and nothing was to much trouble for them I would highly recommend Signatures, and look forward to visiting again. Special mention to Aled to plays a great role within the team.

It’s very difficult to think of new and better things to say about what is arguably the finest restaurant anywhere in Wales and quite possibly the UK. Superlatives not withstanding, I confess to coming here regularly with both family and friends and the place has never, ever disappointed. We’ve been to three star Michelin restaurants in Paris, Berlin, London and New York, so we tend to have a fairly balanced view of what makes for a good eating experience. At its simplest, it’s taste. But behind that taste is passion. intelligence, experience and talent. Signatures has it all. Long standing staff, fresh, local produce and creative nous underpin a superb eating experience. And it goes all the way. Simple chips taste truly mesmerising, sauces exude a torrent of flavour and the staff are superb. Generally, almost impossible to fault. The loan of a machine gun to deal with sometimes rowdy tables would be appreciated, perhaps, but I jest. Add to its obvious delights the fact that parking is free, plentiful and surrounds the restaurant completes the picture. If you’ve never tried the place do so. You won’t regret it.

This is definitely the best Italian restaurant My wife and I have ever been to for a meal .The whole experience was excellent.The Staff were brilliant ,the food was absolutely gorgeous. It was our first time here and it certainly won't be our last .We only live 5 minutes up the road and didn't realise what a gem we had on our doorstep.So I would highly recommend this restaurant for a great time whether your a couple or a family.It definitely gets a ten from Len 👍😁

Service was very good. My husband's pork was on the tough side and my chicken, although cooked was only lukewarm. The skin on the chicken was not at all crispy but rather limp. We did tell the waiting staff who were very good about it, but the kitchen staff apparently thought it was fine. My dessert was very nice. I had dined here a few years before, and the standard of food this time just wasn't as good unfortunately, but of course we may have just been unlucky.

This place is a “bit special”. The food and the ambience is always first class. There’s a great selection of wines and the service is usually spot on.

Head and shoulders above anything in the area. Food and service is always spot on, it costs little more but it is good value considering the level they are at.

Just back from a beautiful birthday lunch for my Husband Graham We have had a few meals here and every one was excellent ,the staff are attentive and so helpful would definitely recommend 100%.

We had an evening meal, went for the ala carte menu. We had a surf and turf starter, my husband loved it, I had one called little piggy, pork, black pudding etc, the tastes were superb. I then had tge local Sea bass on linguine with prawns, very nice, my husband had pork done 2 ways, both dishes wwre excellent.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for 10 years. The quality has never been anything but fantastic. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They are top rate at their jobs. The kitchen is open and it’s fascinating to watch the chefs at work, producing fabulous dishes with passion and skill. Great wine list. A special place.

Signatures Restaurant delivers a great Sunday roast experience. We popped in without reservation because we were nearby, the restaurant was full packed we almost didn’t get in. However, there were nice family that shared their table with two of us. So make sure to booked in advance. We started with the Mixed Seafood Risotto and Confit Bacon starters. The Mixed Seafood Risotto was perfectly cooked. The Confit Bacon was also really good, it offered a perfect balance of savoriness and sweetness, the meat also very tender. For the main course, we indulged in the Rump Cap of Beef and Slow Braised Welsh Lamb Shoulder. Both were really good, cooked to perfection with a succulent texture and bursting with robust flavors. Paired with a rich jus and accompanied by a medley of seasonal vegetables. Throughout our dining experience, the service was impeccable, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs and provided knowledgeable recommendations. The ambiance was cozy, a bit crowded but nothing to complain.

If I could have given 10 ⭐️ I would have! As always, amazing service (with smiles and conversation), fantastic food (delicious, beautifully presented and plentiful) and a terrific atmosphere. Well worth a visit. Worth every penny. Can't wait until my next birthday (treat from my daughter)..keep up the good work 🙌

Very surprising location, on the outskirts of Conwy by the bay. However, once I side it is very smart and welcoming and great team serving you. The menu for lunch had a good choice and it was very difficult to choose what to have. Such lovely, delicious-sounding dishes. And the food was really delicious. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and we all are everything on our plates. You feel like you have been somewhere special and very well looked after. Will definitely return 🤩

We had an amazing meal here today and would definitely recommend eating here if you are looking to eat food that feels like the person that made it cared about whether you enjoyed it or not. We were sat close to the kitchen so we were able to watch all of the food being plated which was fun. The quality of the food isn’t something you see often in North Wales and you should definitely give it a try.

The food was suitable portions, well laid out, tasty, looked marvellous and was well received. The table and decorations were well thought out too. Not too loud (I like to talk) and comfortable. Well worth trying....we are going back!

Visited for lunch on a rainy day. Front of house staff are excellent; friendly, immaculately presented and highly trained. We enjoyed pre-dinner cocktails at the bar which were well-made and presented. Also the restaurant has an extensive wine list. The food itself was well-presented and overall good with a few niggles: Two of our party ordered the pulled pork starters which we agreed were incredibly tasty but repeated on us for the remainder of the day. For main course I ordered the cod which was well presented and came with numerous tasty accompaniments. Sadly I found the cod itself to be overcooked, dry and rather bland. I expect it may have sat under the heat lamp for too long during plating. Chocolate brownie dessert was tasty but unremarkable. Certainly no wow factor but I did manage to eat it all. The worst part of the day was the noise in the restaurant. There was a large party with two young children. One of them was screaming and crying for hours, much to the annoyance of other diners. I understand there is not much the staff can do about this but the restaurant itself is very echoey like a canteen and this certainly didn't help. If I returned I would go in the evening when children would hopefully be tucked up in bed!

Lovely, really tasty foo. Served in a great environment. Service needs attention, though. Was greeted upon arrival and shown a seat to wait in the bar/reception area. Wasn't asked if we wanted drinks, so I went to the bar. However, it took a while as they were getting table orders ready. Had to ask for water on the table, and again, not asked if I wanted more drinks, so we had to ask instead. Bit of a wait between a starter and a main course. However. Value for money, and I'd go again

First time visiting Signatures, with my partner and two friends visiting from France. Had heard good things about the place, so thought the four of us were in for a great evening of fine dining - sadly not the case. We were initially seated on a big round table right next to the front door. We all felt a bit cold, so after ordering a few drinks, we asked to be moved to another vacant table. This request was met with a strange look by a senior member of staff - think his name was Aled or Alyn - who after a brief befuddled pause, agreed we could move tables. We took our own drinks over to the new table, which was a lot cosier and better placed with views of the kitchen. Unfortunately, none of the staff took away the glasses that were already on our new table, so I moved them all to the edge of the table. After about 15 minutes, still nobody though to remove these excess glasses. Eventually I asked the waitress to remove them. Three of us ordered from the specials menu and the other from the vegetarian menu. None of us were impressed with the food. My friend egg that was sat on top of my confit bacon was fully cooked, so no runny yolk. And my partner has the confit cod with fricassee mushrooms, this was very bland. When we'd finished we asked for the bill, which arrived on the table and only then did someone pick up our long empty bottle of wine, and had the audacity to ask if we'd like another, If only he'd asked us 30 minutes earlier. Overall the service was really not good at all. The best member of staff on the floor was a young girl with ponytail and glasses - thank you, great job! The food was not memorable in the slightest. For a restaurant that has had a few previous Michelin recommendations, albeit not in the last two years. They definitely need to pick up their socks, and make some major changes. We will definitely not be going back again.

Nous avons très bien mangé et très bien servi ! Les serveurs/serveuses étaient très souriants(es) et gentils(les)! Ambiance agréable, chaleureux et paisible (un peu trop bruyant). Le dessert italien était parfait ! On pourrait même l'améliorer en mettant un coulis fruit rouge ou passion sur la panacota ! Et il n'y a pas assez le goût du café sur le tiramisu (à mon goût). Sinon bravo, service impeccable et cuisine parfaite.

Meat Perfect Presentation of everything perfect Rissotto was not what you would expect from rissotto so I would suggest change name to avoid expectations Fish prefect presentation but boiled like no crunchiness and dull taste without salt. I guess is good for health. Desserts perfect.

So as it was our anniversary meal, I didn’t want to ruin the occasion by complaining plus my wife begged me not to start but on any other day I would rip your whole kitchen to shreds - Gordon Ramsay style!, but seriously this is an expensive lesson learnt in life for me! I don’t recommend this place at all unless you have so much money that it burns a hole in your pocket or you don’t really know your food or you fall for the predrinks scam, get tipsy and don’t care! Let’s start with the positives. Good location, nice decor and design, food presented well too, free bread and butter. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends. Firstly, when entering we were told to wait at bar area whilst our table is getting ready. However, the whole time the table we were seated to eventually was ready that whole time. We saw it right in front of us!!!, the purpose of making you wait in the bar area is so you spend more money buying pre-drinks before your meal. Waiter didn’t look impressed that we didn’t buy pre-drinks. Meal portions in comparison to the price is just daylight robbery. Duo of beef for £25…should be called “beef tic-tacs” as the size is just ludicrous and quite frankly made me very uncomfortable and upset. You get two 5cm pieces of picanha. Who the hell cuts that?? You got to be out of your mind to serve cut pieces of picanha. Then the beef rib was a joke, like a quarter of one rib on the plate!! What happened to the truffle in the mushrooms? I didn’t taste any! My wife’s steak was a good size to be fair and should be for £32, but not even seasoned with salt and pepper! Take it off your menu! You don’t know how to make steak - Tasted like it was just fried in oil and was soggy! I make better steak than you and over 100 people would agree a hundred times! Overall, steak was bland and tasteless! I’m not impressed and quite frankly I feel ripped off and insulted. In future I wouldn’t buy an onion from here, never mind a meal! Also gonna sleep hungry tonight on our anniversary, all thanks to you! Another place where the chef thinks he is a world class chef, and then you get served very mediocre food! I can bet I can make all that food in your restaurant to a much better level. And if you read this and feel insulted I’m glad because im just making you feel the way you made us feel!!! What a joke!

First time at Signatures Restaurant and our meal did not disappoint. Fabulous food, excellent wine, staff knowledgeable and friendly such a lovely setting. Just a shame that the weather was a tad mixed.

Wow. Signatures Restaurant made me realise that perhaps I have been too lenient at other locations. The flavour and presentation of the food is exemplary. The Lobster Bisgue served with a Ciabatta crisp, Crab Rillette, and butter poached prawn, was heaven. The atmosphere with a huge open kitchen manages to pull off a clever combination between social yet still feels intimate with its smokey design theme. Aled and the whole service team are the last cog in the total dining experience, professional, friendly and lovely. Thank you Signatures for making my birthday meal truly special.

Sat outside for a glass of wine whilst waiting for the electric car to charge. Lovely spot, but the fast chargers were really hit and miss. Great when they work but often not working.

If you want top food you need to try signatures, you can even see the chiefs preparing the good. Overall a top place to eat and have a drink.

After being diagnosed celiac several weeks ago I was dreading this meal out for my daughters 21st birthday and having to be fussy and question everything with the chef, but my goodness they were amazing! They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and not left out, their gluten free bread was the best and they could adapt so many of their menu to suit! They made a fuss of everyone and my mum (aged 79) said it was the best meal she had had in her life! Staff were so attentive and warm, the atmosphere and food was amazing, the little personalised touches were so lovely. Thank you so so much for a fantastic evening and making my daughters birthday meal so special x

Excellent food and atmosphere to celebrate a family birthday.

We were really looking forward to this meal but sadly it was not up to our expectations. The staff were lovely very polite and helpful when we arrived, giving us time to enjoy pre dinner drinks, there was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and did not feel rushed by the staff at all. It was the food unfortunately that was the let down. Pate.. not sure if it was homemade but looked out of a pack and the scallops were very over cooked as they were crispy… not what we expected. Thinking main course would be better but again disappointing.. a friend had chicken and she had no complaints.. however the duo of beef was extremely tough that much so was not eaten .. the side veg and mushrooms/sauce however was very tasty. Presentation was really good just a shame the food didn’t mirror this. We did not stay for desserts but they looked lovely. We made no complaints as we have put it down to experience.

I'm sorry to say the service wasn't too good and neither was the food, out of nine, three meals had to be sent back, I'm surprised they are up for an award but your mileage may vary.

Lovely attentive staff. A bit overpriced. Had the prawn starter and unfortuatley suffered later on in the evening and all night. Will probably not visit again.

What can I say? An amazing place for food. It was on point. Delicious. All the staff were awesome and very friendly. I wish we lived closer but hopefully we will be back one day.

Exactly what I like about good restaurants - delicious food that I wouldn't being able to cook myself and array of tastes. I took Wild Pigeon (10/10), Monkfish (8/10), Caste of Raspberry and Chocolate (10/10). Amazing and polite service. Will be coming again.

We went for a special lunch and weren't disappointed. In a lovely setting, I was able to park outside the restaurant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The service wasn't rushed and the food was of a high standard. We have re booked it.

The food was exceptionally good. I haven't been to this restaurant for a number of years, I don't really know why. I will however be returning very soon.
