Abusive to an OAP for calling to ask WHERE her food was as it was way too long (waited an HOUR) before calling.After the abuse of my 80 gran I cancelled order. I will not use again. Rude arrogant abusive man.

Excellent fresh hot food; the last 5/6 recent orders have all been faultless in the last few months. Definitely the best chippy in Methil/Leven. So consistent and if ever there’s a delay the food always comes piping hot so that’s great and testament to orders being made fresh to order. I don’t think we’ve ever received a like warm delivery from here. Well done everyone. ❤️

placed order online, took payment but it was instantly cancelled due to location, rang to find out more on cancelled order and was given a whole load of attitude .... maybe if you don't want to send a driver to deliver to lower largo, you shouldn't have done a menu drop to all the properties there, and I'm still waiting on my refund

Had our tea from here for the 1st time the other night....food was spot on....it was made fresh....staff polite too 👍😎

If I could put minus score, I would! Ordered a Munchie Box to be delivered. When I opened the box I could hardly believe my own eyes, the Donner meat was bone dry, and chips were cold. I phoned up to complain I presume the so called owner who answered the other end of the line was arguing to me and was going back and forward, refusing to give my food or my money back after giving the wrong number to phone just eat. My dog even turned his nose up on it and the Victoria Hospital would have trouble saving it. who ever cooked it should be kept away from food preparation and given floor sweeping duties instead . I’ll be going to Jacks Fish & Chips next time. rgds Ross

Waited over an hour for 2 cold piles of mushy chips and a lukewarm fish. Phoned the shop to tell them my order was cold and I get "we can send you another large chips if you want?" Like the fish wouldn't be cold by the time the new chips get here... 2nd time this has happened from here. Manager or whoever took the phone to deal with my complaint need some serious training on how to talk to customers. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Large spicy Donna with onions and sweet chilli sauce, this is the worst kebab I've ever had, the last one i had was bad but this one was even worse,was not large was less than small, not spicy (option was plain or spicy), had a waft of sweet chilli sauce that wasn't even on the food and I counted 6 pieces of onion in/on a pitta that was just about holding together. Phoned to complain and got attitude from I'm guessing the boss because I didn't get salad that's why it was smaller and he didn't make it,wanted me to speak to whoever made it , was going round in circles in conversation. Told him it was a pathetic amount for a large and I won't use again or recommend to use and I'll be leaving a bad review. This was my first time using. By looking at other reviews this seems to be a typical response with phone complaints, if I could have given it a minus score I would have.

Placed large order, forgot a portion of chips and cheese. Phoned, got attitude and said would send straight out, waited 20min to receive cold chips and cheese. Horrible service. Will not be using again.

Kids fish supper and full pizza in batter supper was really nice cooked fresh while we waited will be try something else again. 😋

The food is nice but it's the second order in a row to have stuff missing from my order but have been charged for them. If it happens again I'll need to start ordering elsewhere.

Ordered Fish supper... Omg had to hunt for fish in the over cooked soft and rubber battery honestly could have used it to slap nails in and wouldn't have faen apart. Also waited nearly a hour and a bit for food . Chips left a nasty after taste in your mouth. Chicken nuggets were that burned . Whole lot went in bin. Actually disgusting to call themselves a chippy. Worse I've ever had in my life. STAY WELL CLEAR

2 hour wait for sub par fish and chips. Told repeatedly order was on the way. Only to be left waiting. Avoid.

First time I've tried sids and safe to say I will definitely now be a regular customer the food was amazing as was the portion and it was still hot when we got it

Had a delivery and was unimpressed. Chippy box - 1/2 fish pizza sausage fritters and chips. Not great but delivery was quick

Absolute garbage waited 2 hours nearly useless re heated rubbish chips stone cold. There puddings burgers exc are re heated. To wait 2 hours and cold re heat food real poor this second time this happened.
