Cream Curls in Fife

I have been many times to cream curls and it is always nice especially the cookie dough. One time however in my milkshake was a blade which had broken off a blender. When I took it to the counter to inform them what happened they took the broken blade off me and then said they checked all the blenders and none of them were missing a bit…. Suspicious 🤔

had from here through the week when I think they deliver themselves it's always been great. was 45 mins late and chips were soggy and cold this time.

first time ordering from here and I was very disappointed in the delivery time and the food I ordered nachos with nacho cheese sauce and there was a tiny amount of sauce only on the top so basically was just a tin of Crisps my chips were cold the presention wasn't very good either and was late I will not be ordering from here again waste of money

They read the extra notes and there were even cute smileys on all the boxes!

Crepe was inedible, completely cold and texture was like cardboard, more like a tortilla than a crepe. The ice cream rolls were no longer rolls, more like a big ball. Very disappointing

First things first- try the hot honey chicken burger and thank me later, the quality of the chicken was fresh, the ingredients even including the bun itself was perfect. Then the fries were also crispy and salted we chose garlic dip and melted cheese dip to go with them which were nice options. We then had a crepe with white chocolate sauce, ice cream and also kinder bueno of which was a delicious way to end our meal. Very fair priced also with plenty of options. Thank you, will be back :)

Waffle and Crepe were doughy and undercooked. Typical rip-off dessert place. If you're going to charge me nearly 30 quid to have 3 things delivered, at least cook them properly...

As always and excellent little quick bite. Please do take the opportunity to ring the bell one day when you deliver though. I promise youll get a little giggle your yourself (knocking is fine but everyone deserves a little happy giggle)

Never had the right order and was very frugal with their bbq sauce and barely put any on my chicken strips after getting the order wrong this has happened twice now

Items missing from order eventually delivered. Chips a soggy solid mass. Burgers were so greasy the rolls were soaked. Doughnuts sitting in grease. Cheesecake rotten. All in bucket bar mozzarella sticks and chicken pops that were edible

I enjoy coming here i only discovered it recently it is one of those places that you keep saying to yourself "i need to go there one day" but you don't do it so I'll tell you here just GO the staff are very pleasant very kind, i like my coffee and the coffee here might be the best brew in Dunfermline the food portions are a good size and you get all the different kinds of milkshakes.

Ordered off of UberEats. They had originally missed a piece of the order. Didn’t think much about it, but after the store was closed, the owner/closing person came by our house and delivered the missing item and apologized for the mistake. Excellent customer service. Very nice, would recommend. Very good sweet treats

Cheesecake was good. 7/10 I would say. Only issue was delivery driver came to door smoking a cigarette to which a lot of smoke came into the house. He had a strong smell of alcohol coming off him aswell. The way he chucked the bag at me wasn’t appreciated either

Burger and nachos were fine. Sundae had a red sauce all through it which it shouldnt have had. im allergic to flavouring used in most red sweet things (raspberry, cherry and strawberry) gave to a friend rather than waste it.

One of the worse places I’ve ever ordered from don’t recommend. Waited 40 minutes after phoning to enquire about my order and was told it was on its way!

First time ordering from here, we got burgers, a sundae and a croffle, all the food was amazing!Will definitely order from here again.

Cookie dough was very dry. Barely any sauce or any toppings on it. Very disappointing considering the price…. Also was 10 minutes late.

I love dessert and what I like about this place more than any other is no matter what night or what time I order ,the desserts are always consistent and delicious there always on point so i dont mind waiting a little longer if there busy which these days is hard to find with takeaways so keep up the good work guys 😋

food was delicious, probably one of the best takeaways I have had this year, chips were cooked perfectly and delicious, burger was high quality for the price, chicken goujons were tender and perfectly cooked and cakes were fantastic

I asked for no chocolate or biscuit crumbs on my Lotus Croffle...came with white choc and milk choc AND biscuit crumbs so they don't pay attention to added details. milkshakes were almost completely melted. sponge cake was still frozen. absolutely rubbish

Really impressed with the hot food was delish. Brownies were amazing. Usually just get ice cream, cake and drinks. Will definitely be ordering again. Only thing there could be more melted cheese on the nachos was just a few tortilla chips and top that had some if the cheese sauce.rest were pretty dry. ☺️

Quality of the food was pretty bad, the burgers still had small bones in it and tasted a bit off. The fires were soggy and lacked any taste in it, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from there again.

Orderd milk shake and never got one

Just had loaded chilli fries waited 30 mins for them to be cooked got them and there wasn't even a spoonful of chilli on them just a load of jalapeños not nice at all

Ordered from here a few times now and each time there is an item missing or something wrong with the order. This time, no ice cream or sauce on the crepe.

Used to love the doughnuts here, the doughnuts I just received were not said doughnuts :( please go back to the old ones, they were unbelievable :D

Milkshake amazing, cheesecake so good. Ice cream lots in tub good value kids loved them. Churros looked like they were dropped just a mess in the box still tasty tho

I ordered from here about a year ago and it wasn’t great thought we’d give it another go tonight as it was the only place open that did desserts and it was worse than the the last time, nachos and crepes were absolutely freezing & the milkshake had the wrong sauce in it the delivery time was fine but clearly not as the food was so cold. Will definitely never order again I don’t know how this place is still open.

Order was a little cold but that's because we are in North Queensferry! Heated it up and it was awesome!

Very friendly staff. Good ice-rolls, a lot of tastings for the topping. When we are back in dunfermline, we come again.

Absolutely banging burgers 🍔 for the price and the chips are the best chips I've had for a while will definitely be ordering again and going to the shop soon 😀

Took a chance on here for the first time, was a little put off trying here before cus of the cost but ended up being really tasty thankfully! Wish deliver was faster and food wrapped in foil to keep it hot though, even if just the chips alone.

Food quality was fantastic. The burger was cheap which usually puts me off but was really high quality meat and very tasty. No expense spared with ingredients used either. Desserts were great! So tasty and the free ice cream is always a bonus. Deliver driver polite and chatty. Overall first class and reasonably priced.

Defo worth a visit. lots of choice, good portions and not over priced.

Food was reasonable. One of the beef burger patty was overcooked but apart from that it was tasty. For delivery there was a one hour wait which is ridiculous because when I went to collect it, it was quiet.

Great experience during our visit today. The staff were really friendly and watching the cream curls being made kept our young kids entertained. Decent portion size on the desserts, really tasty and price was reasonable. Will be back soon.

For £4, two Kinder cubes and 150ml of cream for ice cream is expensive ice cream without the flavors of a given additive. Portions ok but more toppings and it will taste better because that's how it feels Only cream for ice cream

First time here and it was well worth it

Pizza waffles are disgusting. The cheese fries were absolutely lovely The cheese cake was lovely however it was delivered upside down and underneath the hot pizza so it was melted and smashed

Normally we have nothing but great things to say about this place however this time I ordered a burger and fries. The burger came plain which I didn't ask for and the fries were soggy and half cooked. I love their chocolate fudge cake normally but today it was like they gave someone else the other half of my cake. It was tiny and bland and the custard was freezing. Really disappointed

We had veggie burgers and the waffle pizza. Everyone enjoyed what they got. Food arrived on time and was warm (except for the milkshakes, obviously). Would definitely order again.

Ordered around 7:30 still hasn’t came and it’s now 9:03! Not happy at all. all we ordered was a waffle, ice cream and chips . Surely doesn’t take that long. We phoned up and don’t get me wrong the girl was nice, didn’t sound professional though you would maybe consider money back or something added! But nothing but and apology, not good enough.

Over 2hrs for delivery for 2 icecream Sundays and 2 cakes.

Ordered chilli con carne cheesy fries, took one chip and spat it out.. chip tasted frozen and ll I could taste was really strong chilli sauce and jalapeños.. smelt awful. Tasted awful. Cookie dough was over cooked and tasted burnt. I will never order from here again.

Ordered Donuts and they came and were brick solid, wouldn’t order again

My first and last time i will go there. When waiting in the queue a lady in front of me was asking questions about food allergies and they weren't able to answer her. So poor on that front straight away. Then when I got to the front of the queue I got asked are you waiting to order I replied yes. Then he turned his back on me for a couple of minutes doing something. He could of said something like just give me a minute and I'll get your order. No he turned his back on me. After putting my order in for 2 ice creams, 2 fruitshoots, cheesecake and a latte. It took over 20minutes to be served. I'm not saying I should of jump the queue in the serving line but come on, for an order of mine to be made up maybe 3-4mins to make so in my opinion it should be served in about 5-10mins.

Delivery took over 1.5 hours. Donuts where not fresh and crepe was like chewing a tyre.

First time ordering , cookie dough is amazing , unfortunately only downfall is the bubblegum ice cream is grainy
