This must have changed hands. Raw dripping in oil that had no taste at all.I used this place for years.I got a bad one a month ago and thought it was a one off....Horrible!

Being a boro lass it's so hard to get a decent Parmo over here, I've tried a few and been so disappointed 😞 but these Parmo's are the best this side of the tees 😆.Everything we order is absolutely spot on 😁👌x

Ordered a pizza off menu, with adjustments, and even asked for no cheese in the notes. Delivered hot and there was no scrimping on the toppings. Lovely taste. So for someone as fussy as me to be extremely pleased, it says something.

Cold pizza. Complained, sent another one slightly hotter and swore and accused us of being liars. Delivery drivers attitude was disgusting and language disgraceful, swearing in front of a 3 year old and a 5 year old!!

Be careful when you hand over a 20 pound note for food to the value of £6.50 as you will be given £3.50 change. When you ring up to complain you will be told correct change was given and the lost money must have been dropped on your way home from the shop. What makes this even more disgraceful is, I sent my adult son who has learning difficulties to collect the food and they've clearly took advantage of him.

Best in ferryhill by far. Orded and delivered piping hot within the hour. The chicken wings are the best I've ever tasted. Kids loved the pizzas and burgers. During lockdown delivery driver kept distance used disposable gloves and was very friendly and polite. Highly recommended

Best chicken parmesan in the area! Never disappoints. Really like their pizzas and chicken tikka kebab too. Highly recommend

Spent £21 pound and according to the menu we qualified for a free medium pizza or bottle of coke. Neither arrived and when I phoned to enquire why the reply was " I should have asked for the free stuff when I ordered" . Totally unprofessional will never order from here again!!!!! 1 star is far too generous

I ordered a donner pizza with extras but it was just a pizza with a portion of donner meat chucked on top, all the food arrived kinda warm but not hot, it tasted like it had been sat around for a while. The food was not nice to eat at all, I won't be ordering ever again.

I have previously described your siclianos as being notorious for having the best chicken parmesans on this side of the Transporter however after tonights performace I regret ever having said this. After counting down the hours til the time it was acceptable to order a takeaway I rushed to your Ferryhill located shop and fantasised about the moment I arrived home and could dig into my much awaited parmo however within 5 minutes of my meal I began to see black bits of chicken and this was highly off putting. Despite the offputting piece of chicken I was hungry so I continued to eat the parmo however this was done in such a way that it has made me never want to return to siclianos again as I felt like I was in a year 9 biology lesson disecting chicken whenever I cut off a piece, examining it for any other further possible 'black stuff'. All in all my experience with Siclianos has been disappointing and I really am saddened by tonights events
