I ordered the delivery and I can't believe the meet is not enough fresh, and I paid £33 for that little bit of food?? Will never order again

This will be the last time to have hotpot in this brand. What an awful experience!!! The reason why I had hotpot owing to I expected to have better quality of the ingredients. This is the third time I had hotpot in this restaurant (twice in London ) and this is the worst hotpot ever in my life. The service is moderate, London is worse. The hotpot base had no flavour what so ever. Extra spicy is extra chilly powder (that’s horrible!!!!). No natural spices aroma. Definitely not authentic Chinese hotpot. Ruined my appetite. Self sauce section: many had out of stock, the missing fruits they couldn’t border the fill it up. You ended up pay for the same but had less. Ingredients: hotpot is all about fresh ingredients and base. Unbelievable, they had used the ingredients I would ever eat. I didn’t touch much about meat. Its colour freaked me out. Perhaps during the New year they couldn’t stock fresh one. However, I wouldn’t expect they serve that kinda stuff on the table where to low down their standards. I might’ve overrated the brand. That was a mistake. This is a way to destroy a customer’s loyalty. I am done with it.

Service was decent as was food, but unfortunately we were charged 6 quid a person on top to get "sauces" , one of whom hadn't even had any, when it was presented in a way that suggested it was complimentary. The charge wasn't shown anywhere on the menus but the slight language barrier may have made it more difficult so not sure it was malicious.

This is the least authentic hotpot I've experience in the UK, try to aviod if you have other choices.
