Paradise Pizza in Coventry

Looking very yummy pizza but the base is rotten. Taste is bitter. We ordered bbq pizza , when we call n complaint they just said ok sorry brother next time not going to happen it means they knew the pizza base is rotten. I will not go to order again from here

Delivery driver unresponsive to the request for Diet Coke not original coke when I'm diabetic.

Tbh diddnt even receive my food over an hour couldn't get in touch worst place, do not order from here you'll be left hungry and money taken from your pocket 💯

Food didn't arrive. Waited outside in the cold. Watched it get updated as preparing, delivering then delivered on my screen, but nobody ever came. Doubt people care much tbh but thought I'd mention it.

food almost cold the delivery drivers bag must if been open as ehen he pulled up on his pushbike the lid was open. I asked for no bbq sauce on the kebab and they put it on why have a comment section then not read them

Chicken in the kebab tasted awful. Naan was burnt. Disgusting.

I was charged and never revived my order. The delivery person called me to say that the restaurant didn’t cook my order. I was told I can request refund which I did but never got it back. £25 lost

I really enjoyed my experience at paradise pizza. The service was of high standard. The food was very good. If you are looking for a place where you don’t want to spend a lot of money but still want high quality food I recommend this place.

I ordered 3 Chicken Biryani in Uber eats with special meseege note asking for extra masala. But they did not added it. When it comes to taste wise it is good but chicken piece is very small for that amount.

I won't recommend anyone trying Paradise Biriyani. I had worst experience today, I brought a family pack biriyani and it was horrendous! It was a plain rice with yellow colour and no masala at all. I didn't even receive egg as well.I can't accept that is biriyani. Whoever going to try their food, all the best, your money would be going waste

Donner meat taste weird like old

My chicken burger was pink My kebab looked like no kebab I’ve ever seen before and was almost sour tasting terrible food

Had 15" BBQ £9.99 price worthy good in taste. Whole stoney Stan road I saw this is the cheap in price and good in taste

Arrived almost Cold and missing items, but will get refund. Drivers should have the food in the thermal bags not just in a normal bag as when driving 10-15 mins all the food is cold.

This is my first time ordering from here and sadly I won't be returning. Firstly the food delivery was rather early which explains the quality of the food. It seems that we recieved old food that in my opinion had been reheated. The doner meat was very dry, overcooked and burnt, the salad was brown and the naan was so dry, hard and crusty. Alongside this we ordered a pizza which was fairly tasty, the chicken tikka wrap was awful, again the salad was brown and old and the chicken was questionable. Overall the cans of diet Pepsi were very nice and cold so although we didn't enjoy our dinner and are still funny, we have been able to quench our thirst from the very dry meals.

Very friendly and polite staff. Plenty of food options or make up your own. I brought a pizza, peri chicken and chicken tikka wrapped in nan bread with delicious home made sauce and tasted absolutely brilliant. I would recommend anyone to come here and see for yourself as i can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Curly fries seemed to be fried with everything on there menu, garlic pizza bread was smothered in garlic, pizza was disgusting, donner kebab was a weird red colour not like normal donner kebab, WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! Waste of £25!

I ordered a 2 kebab meals, asked for no salad, only mayo, got a tonne of salad, and chilli and mayo, got the wrong drinks, also ordered a garlic pizza bread and got send a margarita pizza.

Great pizza and great value! The only feedback I can really give is that I wish there were more vegetarian topping options!

Food was lovely but the pizza was lacking pepperoni which is a shame as we paid extra for it think we got 2 pieces

Just finished my meal from here have to say it's astonishing what new management can do. New staff are extremely friendly also. Food came in just under 30 minutes beating the 45 minutes prediction. I ordered the paradise special pizza, the chicken fillet burger meal and the wings meal. The pizza was hot and fresh when it came. It even came with extra garlic mayo even though I only asked for one. The chicken fillet in the burger was well cooked, very large and the coating delicious and the lettuce in the burger was fresh and crunchy. I was also impressed with the wings, having eaten from here under the last management I can only say what a relief it was to have good size pieces of chicken!!! Highly recommended and will be ordering from here a lot more. I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT HAVE TO SAY THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF HAVE REALLY TURNED THIS PLACE AROUND!

Since going under new management this is now my new favourite takeaway in Coventry. I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves one. I've ordered from here many times and the food has consistently been impeccable! I fully recommend the pizzas as they actually customise the pizza with a generous amount of toppings. The wings are also delicious, with a flavourful coating and cooked to perfection. The fries always arrive nice and crispy how I like them. The best pizza has to be the Paradise Special which the person on the phone recommended and is now a family favourite. Most importantly the food arrived piping hot every time so I will be ordering again! Really friendly staff and delivery drivers too. 100% recommend.

Pizza superb everytime but don't order the cream cheese jalapeño poppers whoever is in charge of cooking that needs to keep an eye open, turned up an over fried mess. Shame

Absolutely ripped off 1.99 for a box of wings and chips, asked why , because it was a "Medium sized wing" ...looked at it it was the same as you would get in Victoria Street in AFC...wouldn't go again , chips are bland, old tasting and a huge rip off

Chicken steak burger and can of tango £4 seriously it wasnt even a meal ,I came from London was visiting friends . I saw this place ,and big mistake I made,will never go here again what a rip off ,my kid didnt even like the burger ,after wating 20 mins just for a burger and get charged double .u having a laugh mmate.Poor service and the guy looked so miserable on his job.

This place is a no go. Been here a few times before under different owners and the food was decent but it has dropped off massively. My chicken fillet burger was a cheap frozen mess and the wings were ridiculously tiny with no taste. The staff looked uninterested and clearly did't put any effort into making the food. I'd say go anywhere else but here

Food is good but customer service is not the best!

Unfortunately the pizza's I had were not great, how old were the toppings? the chicken? and the fries seemed as if they were cooked earlier and then thrown into the oil again. Most of the family members had a bad stomach. Won't be ordering here again anytime soon. Update--- unfortunately I made a big mistake and ordered again last night thinking they may have improved after my last incident. Very average food and delivery was awful. Took over 1hr 20 mins for my food to arrive. Stay away from this place, I know I will!!!

A joke! Extremely rude staff with no notions of customer care. I called because they delivered a wrong pizza and the manager admitted the mistake but said nothing could be done as the restaurant was closed already. I called the next day and got yelled by staff, that kept asking for the previous day pizza back, to deliver a new one "You give me back my pizza, I give you a new one". I lost the money, but got a good laugh. The pizza was bellow average at the very best!!!

Don’t order from here. I ordered a takeaway and it said it would arrive in 3 minutes but an hour later still not arrived, not worth it. Really bad. Order from a well known chain for a good delivery time. Cba.

Horrible customer service. I ordered and had to wait an hour and 20 minutes. When I called them to ask where my order was they said 8 minutes. 30 minutes passed and still nothing. Rang them again and they said 3 mins and they hung up on me while I was asking a question. When the delivery guy rang me I told him I don't want the order anymore as it took way too long for a pizza to be delivered. He got hostile and told me to never ring him again (which I never did, he called me) or he will call the police.

I ate here when I was a student at Coventry university. The food is cheap and fresh, the staff friendly. Only place where I could get 4chicken wings at £1 and kebab at £2.

absolutely disgusting! gave us a pizza that was moulded! never got a refund! avoid this place at all costs
