Shogun Kebab House in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Chicken sheesh kebab was cold and chicken tough and dry. Mixed meat and chips was missing salad and peppers and no sauce when asked for chilli and mayo. Dissapointing as last time we ordered my husbands chips were missing completly. Two bad meals in space of few weeks

Good, would have had a 5 star if the meat and salad was put into the pitta bread!

Popped in for cheeseburger to takeaway. Reasonable prices. Didn't have to wait long a day fairplay it was a very tasty burger. I've been a customer of Shogun off and on for a number of years and the food is always nice.

Absolutely amazing place. I've ordered off them at least once a week for the last 6 months. They have NEVER got my order wrong, they've NEVER taken longer than 45 mins to get food to me (normally only takes 20/25), food is ALWAYS hot, and just delicious. Best place around hands down and the cheapest too. Great bunch of guys that sort you out and take care of you proper, I've had loads of free stuff off them. They know how to get and keep a loyal customer.

10/10 customer service, piping hot every time we order and any mistakes have always been sorted by the lovely staff! And 100% the best milkshakes from any takeaway around here.

Ordered large donner, large cheese and chips , onions rings, and 12 inch Indian pizza for the wife , got home which is Beddau, 15 mins away and the pizza isn't Indian but chicken with jalapeño and red onion , wife was far from happy, and tried ringing to telll the shop, but no answer, wife isn't happy at alll lads !!!!!

I have orderd from here several times over the past couple years never once complained untill today didnt receive the two cans I orderd and phoned and mentioned the pizza was cold and the crust was really hard didnt seem fresh at all and asked an offer of a fresh pizza when they would be dropping the cans of all I got back was it was made yesterday so it must be fresh and it must be hot, really seemed like today was being rushed around and seems more like because they forgot to give the drinks, mentioned I have never complained before they still said the same thing so I said a offer of a fresh pizza woukd have been nice otherwise I will not order again and please just drop the cans of it has been 2 hours now and still no drinks not even going to bother phoning for them pathetic been more than a few times the food hasn't been even nice and never said anything and the one time I thought ill see what they say thats how you get spoken to ridiculous

All shish and kofte meat marinated on the premises, and they are delicious. Salad always fresh and plentiful, you will not go hungry.

Absolutely terrible was not real chicken fillet..was told it was a real chicken fillet burger and it was definitely not!! and the American burger is just a cheap kebab shop burger hardly any lettuce and freezing cold and even the chicken wings are frozen ones..!!!! And I couldn’t even eat the chips freezing, hard and chewy!!! Would rather go hungry next time

Wow shoguns started delivering.I asked them a few times in the shop are they going to deliver again they said no they lied lol.Chicken kebab was lovely char grill taste i like my chicken kebab burnt 5 stars for that and pizza tasted freshly made dough was very nice.Shoguns plz dont stop delivering EVER AGAIN.
