Ordered grilled chicken wing meal no salad £9.90 And medium Donner kebab £7.50. total price including delivery was £19-40, kebab was good, but if I ordered grilled chicken wings and pitta bread separately it would have been £2-80 cheaper, how does that work?

Today I went for lunch with family and given order for chicken shish and kids burger 🍔 but I thought it good but it's fantastic

I have not had a issue with shish grill before last night, me and my girlfriend got the platter for 2 with rice and meat the meat was lovely but I knew the rice was cold as soon as I ate it and about an hour after there I was over the toilet from 10pm till 5am next morning I then called the restaurant and he accused me of having alcohol and there kebabs wouldn’t have done that I laughed and hang up just making people aware

Chose here rather than our usual kebab shop and was not disappointed. Really enjoyed the food. Good quantity. Good price. Tasted lovely too. Been here more than once now.

I've been here a few time and the food is great. Today it took a while because it was so busy. Almost missed my train so I told one of the guys there and he had the meal ready straight away so I made my train. Such good service.

This place has become my go-to Kebab place. Lamb shish is amazing, fantastic Cacik goes so well with their flat bread and my daughters had a pretty decent pizza from here. All that and not overly expensive, spent just over £50 between 6 people. Highly recommend.

I ordered today in the restaurant...and I took the food away...when I got home there was no salad in the lamb shish kebab and also I mentioned for the burgers to have no onion....but the burgers had onion inside....in the receipt was everything that I asked for ...but the order was a real mess...Very disappointing and i feel sorry to say but is waste of my money as It wasn't what I expected....The food would have been delicious if they didn't ruin my order this time...😒 PS: maybe they need to pay more attention to what customers asks for (in detail)...as this is important for business growth.

I haven’t been in the shop, but i ordered through just eat. I ordered the mixed kebab £21.99. Worth it for 2 people and comes with free litre bottle or can. The lamb was my favourite, large amount of doner meat. I actually sent the order to my work address, called them up told them I was supposed to order it to my home address and they were more than accommodating, lady on the phone was very helpful and driver was polite too. 10/10 service. I’d definitely recommend and order again. Thank you!

1 star is too much to give this kebab shop we had ordered our dinner from here last night which was a lamb doner , lamb shish wrap , chicken shish and quarter pounder burger the food was cold when it arrived but as we were so hungry we tucked in to eat it only to realise half way through that the food was actually under cooked so now two adults and two children have fallen ill with food poisoning! Will not be ordering from here again

3 times now the girl on the phone has forgotten bits. Tonight the salad and sauces . Meal was good but no salad etc is not the same

The BEST kebab place in this area without a doubt. I always get the large chicken kebab with chips + baklava and it never disappoints. The service is also phenomenal, I always ask for extra garlic mayo and they give me an extra one or two on the house so thank you a lot for that! 10/10 spot.

If I could give it a zero I would, no idea what happened to the quality but the burger Pattie’s were dry over cooked and rubbery.

Ordered a chicken doner and asked for separate chilli sauce and salad.When I got home the whole of kebab was covered in sauce and salad added too. This place used to be great but this is the second time this has happened. Ruined dinner for me as don’t want that much chilli 😤

At last a kebab shop that's London good. All other kebab places in Letchworth are well below London standard. The cuts of lamb shish are good quality none of the stringy chewy bits in the meat. We got the charcoal mix grill all the meat was grilled to perfection even the chicken shish wasn't dry(which is hard to do) the garlic and chillie sauce were spot on. The flat bread was so fresh and soft. Very impressed with this place ***Updated**** Most of the stuff that made this place amazing is now sub par. 1:The cuts of lamb are now dry and chewy! 2:The chicken shish is now dry. 3:They don't have the nice bread anymore just plain standard pitta bread. 4: the portions are now smaller Maybe they have changed the chef's or the owner but originally I did give this place a 5* review now it's just like every other kebab place in Letchworth. Really disappointed as could get decent Turkish food without going to London! ***Updated*** Now back up to standard apart from missing the really nice bread they used to do

This is an excellent Turkish restaurant,the kebabs are cooked on real charcoal to perfection,we’ve tried the lamb kofte ,lamb shish kebabs ,lamb Doner kebab and they all taste traditionally made and authentic,the salads are always fresh and the service is always quick and friendly,I’d highly recommend to try the food ! Erkan .

We came here on Friday night, service was excellent were served by Billy and Charlie . They were extremely friendly and went along with our friends jokes and even gave us hats before we left. We will definitely come back!!

Went there for the first time and ordered a lamb shiah and a chicken shish to take away. Got my order and only got one box, I questioned this as I ordered 2 kebabs and only one box, one salad, one sauce. The server said its a combination with the 2 kebabs together. When I got home I saw it was literally one kebab. Well maybe a little bogger than one kebab. Unfortunately I ordered 2 separate kebabs for 2 people so we ended up having a very light dinner. Good job we had some leftovers from night before to fill us up a little more! Anyway no apology or nothing when I phine to tell them what I ordered. On the plus side it was very tasty.

The chicken doner is wonderful and lamb ribs taste amazing, comes with extra salad and sauce. The service is really good and the staff are cooperative and has lots of patience Would recommend people who likes grilled food on charcoal.

Ordered the Chicken Wings Meal as a take away from here and ordered it in the shop. Its states its a meal it came with 8 pieces of wings and they were tiny they were chucked into a poly box and gave a bit of salad and a piece of pita and no drink or rice don't know how you eat chicken wings with a piece of cold pitta bresd chicken wings meals for £9.00 something is not on. If I saw what was given in the shop would have defo asked for a refund and gone to the chicken shop next door but literally grabbed the food and drove off and the place was nowhere near home. Please treat your customers fairly would make a difference and we may just return.

I’m giving this a 1 star because I can’t give it 0 stars. We bought 4 chicken kebabs which was very expensive (£61.60 for 4 people) and was not worth the money at all. As soon as we open the kebabs the “chicken” had a very strong smell of ammonia and none of us even touched the food, we had to throw it all away. No-one buy from this place. We are never buying anything from this place ever again.

Its a very mixed place. The Lamb Shish Kebabs are great. The staff seem to resent customers, never particularly friendly. The Chip are poor, don't bother. The Burgers are way overpriced for poor quality meat. They only accept cash....in this day & age!! (joke) Will only go if its the last resort.

Worst pizza I have honestly ever had. The guy that works there keeps calling all the women that come in 'darling' but in a really creepy way.
