Good place to sleep for one night. We stayed in bedroom 1, with 3 single beds, it was comfy and clean. The WiFi is good, and the shared bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) was very clean. The TV in the bar downstairs was on until 11:15pm then was promptly shut off, very very quiet after that and had a good night's sleep. We were aware the room was above a pub so knew ahead of time it would be a little bit loud before bed, and brought earplugs. The lady we met was really lovely, and they have a great set up on the landing with bread, cereal, porridge, tea, coffee, milk, kettle and toaster - spot on! I parked on the road, then after we came back from a beach visit we parked in the car park. Overall, decent for a sleepover!!

Lovely staff but basic accommodation and noisy in the bedrooms. Food was good value

Ordered the Easter Sunday Dinner 17/04/2022 I cannot recommend this pub enough you can tell all the food is homemade! We were also offered a vegetarian option so this places caters for all. Lovely friendly staff, well worth the money!

A small community pub with a larger outdoor seating/eating area. We were here with quite a large kids football party and the staff here were excellent and catered to the party with ease. Great service, nice little pub. A great stop for a pint or a bite if you're travelling down the coast.

Just had their Sunday roast and it was the best home cooked meal I have had well deserved 5 stars

Menu in our holiday cottage sadly out of date but not disappointed with the steak baguette. Lovely thick home made chips. Bonus that our dog was welcome as we say on a warm evening in the beer garden.

What a great pub,lovely food a reasonable prices apple pie and custard spot on,really freindly staff,deffinetly be visiting again they even brought out a bowl of water for our dog without asking top service.

Loveeeee this place! Went for the sunday menu and as a family of 5 we had starters and mains. The starters of garlic mushrooms with garlic bread were absolutely heavenly! The pate with bread and onion chutney just as nice! We had 2 roast dinners (one veggie) one meat and ale pie, one chicken curry and one meat baguette with fries.. absolutely beautiful all of them! Only down side, I found a hair in my baguette.. but food was scrumptious and i would highly recommend!!!! Lovely and friendly people working there, lovely atmosphere, swings at the back for the kids to play on and a decent price.. we got all ours plus 3 soft drinks and 1 bottle of wine for £61.. amazing! Will be coming again as we have already been so many times

Absolutely outstanding level of service and food. Live music live sports on tv. Pub games and much more. Amazing Sunday dinner if you can book a table as it's always full. Get in there if you can.

Food was good, at least what they had left. Beware if you go after a busy period your options may be limited. Also the carpark is tiny so if going with friends then consider Car pooling.

Only had a drink, food looked and smelt great. Staff polite and friendly, going out of there way to give a introduction and a welcome. Happy days

Friendly staff good food, my 3 grandsons are hard to.please but they were happy with the food. Boys had the waffles for pudding and rated it highly. Wife and I had the burgers which were excellent and the thick cut chips were bang on. Would definitely return.

Great economical family friendly pub. Just had 3 all day breakfasts and chips, big enough to share with my toddler, slight mix up with special request but solved and didn't ruin the enjoyment of the meal. Nice touches of children's play area and baby change and ample parking.

Although we couldn't get Jody in her wheelchair into the pub,in this weather it didn't matter we sat in the garden,great food,great service will be back
