yet again food missing. despite calling it took over an hour before someone brought the missing item and still food was missed from the order. complete shambles

the curry sauce had leaked in the bag over the rest of the cartons. the chicken was dry

First time ordering, delicious. Wont be the last

I was very disappointed with the Royal Delight. There was very little chicken and hardly any spice. The garlic naan was nice but some bits were a bit hard. For the price disappointing.

Gave my farther really bad shellfish poisoning.

Ordered as a take out sorry to post one of the worst curry’s we have had starters a soggy cold mess , lamb dopiaza for me raw onions went straight in bin waste of thirty quid 😩

Missed half our order and dint include any salad or mint suace ! So Boring and plane and mo effort put in what so ever ! Used you for years and you have seieosuly gone down hill! Won'torder again along with other fmaily and freinds ! Can't even ansaw phone when qe have rang over and over !

I'm Bradford born and bred and I know my curries. Been tonight and i can honestly say was the most amazing starter and curry, probably up there with the best I've had. BYOB too. Very reasonably priced too. Less than £40 for poppadoms, stater, curry and sides for 2. Can't wait to go back.

Delivery was excellent and in good time, food was excellent as always

the butter lamb was so spicy. I have had this meal plenty of times and understand it can't be exactly the same every time but a butter lamb shouldn't be spicy and this one blew my head off and couldn't eat it 👎🏻 it's usually really nice

We normally enjoy your food it’s always perfect. First one out of 9 orders disappointing. But on this occasion we both didn’t eat our meal. We will order again because we know this was a mistake on your behalf.

Ordered food half container is empty chappatis were 10 hours old looking very different to freshly made very tiet giving mint sauce or salad 😡

We love the curry’s here, but unfortunately we were sent the wrong curry. I ordered a chicken tikka masala off the chefs specialties menu and I was sent a standard masala from the old favourites menu, we were really disappointed 😢

Disappointing, never got to try the food as it was all spilled out inside the bag. Assuming it had been dropped in transit and not actually sent out with the containers on their side.

We order frequently from Shezzaans but for some reason this time around the food was really poor. Popadoms were soggy, Chicken Pakora was cold, chips were cold. Hopefully a one off

ordered first time last night for delivery, eventually when we got it, oil had spilled out off the currys into the bag,food was slighly warm and tasted awfull, i normally order from my local in low moor where i live, never ever order again from this place, £8 for a curry but had to pay 75p each for a chappatti!! AVOID THIS PLACE

Absolutely gorgeous mixed starter lamb chops melted in my mouth. Lamb korma freshly cooked with coconut beautiful. And lamb bhuba wow real nice authentic curry's highly recommend 10/10 !!!!

30 mins after end time of delivery slot the start of which was nearly an hour after ordering. Felt like I ordered Saturday dinner but got Sunday breakfast. Saving grace was food, that was very nice, at least salvaged something.

Really disappointed with the quality of the food. Numerous Items missing and the food that we did receive was extremely overcooked (burnt) and cold.

The food was absolutely delicious. We got three different types of curry dishes each one had its own delicious herbs and spices. Was hot well presented. Definitely worth paying that but extra for a restaurant made dish a really nice end of week treat for my family.

We ordered a delivery. Paneer and mixed kebab starters. Only 1 mint sauce. I phoned because we always got a small salad and lemon. To be told the boss no longer does salad and lemon. Added our own garlic mayo. The mains were really nice, garlic chilli chicken and chicken keema. Chapatis quite hard, garlic nan crispy on the outside. I'm a little disappointed as we usually have a fab meal. For £26. It Was ok ish. Shame we wont order again.

Half of our order was missing. Called in and they delivered it so fair enough, however the food that was missing that was delivered late was cold.

Went as a group of friends, we go to different places for curry every month. Shezzans was someones pick this time and it was beautiful food, greatly priced. Its also byo drinks if you do fancy any alcohol.. will be 100% going back here in the future

Food was ok it was edible but not much flavour in the curry, quite watery too, kids had keema korma which they enjoyed n it looked decent compared to curry

Ordered over the phone at 17:50 , was told that it would be 2 hours for delivery but if we collected it would be an hour. Arrived at 7pm to collect our order. 30 minutes later I am still waiting. I asked the man on the front of house how long it would be and shrugged his shoulders he said 5 more minutes, 10 minutes later my order is finally ready. Upon opening our order at home the rice was half full, and my partners curry’s was wrong. I rang the restaurant to be told by the man on the front of house that it was not his problem and there was nothing wrong with our order because the kitchen said so. We have ordered from here numerous times and will not be ordering again. The food has always been good, but tonight’s customer service was disgusting.

Lovley tasty curries exactly what described on the menu. We each had completely different dishes and they were restaurant quality. We have also had a big family meal in the Halifax road place at it was of the same good standard. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it’s restaurant curries so well worth it. A real treat

Curry was really lovely and food delivered hot. Oil for popadoms needs changing tasted a bit deep fried chip oil.

Absolute abysmal tonight! Onion bhaji absolute cremated, so much they were inedible. Lamb amd spinach curry was full of bone and the chapati was moreblike a wholemeal chapati and also not edible!

Meh, it's cheap, I've had better takeaways to be honest. Booked weeks in advance for a party of 11. Very cramped table, I was sat on the end touching a scolding hot radiator all night. We'd payed a £50 deposit which wasn't knocked off the bill so we had to challenge them on it, it was knocked off the bill after talking to them but still... None of our 11 people really enjoyed the food as I said I've had far better takeaways. The only good thing was how cheap it is. Suppose you get what you pay for.

Chapatti felt/looked and tasted like they were cooked using a hair dryer. The service was poor, didn't ask if we wanted more drinks/refills. Sometimes just ignoring us. Curry was watery, having in general no taste. Tables are to small and overall too crowded, tables are packed in so you are shoulder to shoulder with people you don't even know. Upset my grandma. Not very happy.

Got a keema curry on Wednesday mince was rancid could not eat a mouthful waste of money reported to health could have given us food poisoning so glad didn't eat it

Food was delivered pretty cold but I apreciate this can happen when being delivered. My order was- Paneer Tikka which is burnt, curry sauce to go with the biryanni- (basically plain rice) was watered down so much that it was tasteless and not a sauce. Photos to show. This place used to be amazing!

I’m lost as to what the fascination with this place is. Every curry is exactly the same. I’ve now ordered a Bhuna, Karahi and a rogan Josh form here and they have all been literally the same. Not to mention the size of the portion was barely enough for one person, when most takeaways do a curry to feed 2. This along with when I called to book a table, the young had a stinking attitude on the phone like I was inconveniencing him by wanting to spend some money on there. Oh.. and they are cash only

We had onion bahjis which were crisped to perfection and 2 Buna's, - chicken, the other lamb. I had the lamb and my compliments to the chef, it was outstanding!

Curry was hot and tasty, but seems like they have changed the portion size, came in a smaller than usual container 🤷🏼‍♂️ smaller amount for the same money??. But was nice and tasty.
