Ordered as a take out sorry to post one of the worst curry’s we have had starters a soggy cold mess , lamb dopiaza for me raw onions went straight in bin waste of thirty quid 😩

We ate in at the Halifax road restaurant, we was fighting flies off my meal the whole time… food was great tho. Would get delivered next time

I'm Bradford born and bred and I know my curries. Been tonight and i can honestly say was the most amazing starter and curry, probably up there with the best I've had. BYOB too. Very reasonably priced too. Less than £40 for poppadoms, stater, curry and sides for 2. Can't wait to go back.

Ordered food half container is empty chappatis were 10 hours old looking very different to freshly made very tiet giving mint sauce or salad 😡

ordered first time last night for delivery, eventually when we got it, oil had spilled out off the currys into the bag,food was slighly warm and tasted awfull, i normally order from my local in low moor where i live, never ever order again from this place, £8 for a curry but had to pay 75p each for a chappatti!! AVOID THIS PLACE

We ordered a delivery. Paneer and mixed kebab starters. Only 1 mint sauce. I phoned because we always got a small salad and lemon. To be told the boss no longer does salad and lemon. Added our own garlic mayo. The mains were really nice, garlic chilli chicken and chicken keema. Chapatis quite hard, garlic nan crispy on the outside. I'm a little disappointed as we usually have a fab meal. For £26. It Was ok ish. Shame we wont order again.

Went as a group of friends, we go to different places for curry every month. Shezzans was someones pick this time and it was beautiful food, greatly priced. Its also byo drinks if you do fancy any alcohol.. will be 100% going back here in the future

Ordered over the phone at 17:50 , was told that it would be 2 hours for delivery but if we collected it would be an hour. Arrived at 7pm to collect our order. 30 minutes later I am still waiting. I asked the man on the front of house how long it would be and shrugged his shoulders he said 5 more minutes, 10 minutes later my order is finally ready. Upon opening our order at home the rice was half full, and my partners curry’s was wrong. I rang the restaurant to be told by the man on the front of house that it was not his problem and there was nothing wrong with our order because the kitchen said so. We have ordered from here numerous times and will not be ordering again. The food has always been good, but tonight’s customer service was disgusting.

Great food at reasonable prices

I was skeptical when I ordered because its always hit and miss with Indian restaurants but everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic! All the right flavours - think we found our new spot!

Meh, it's cheap, I've had better takeaways to be honest. Booked weeks in advance for a party of 11. Very cramped table, I was sat on the end touching a scolding hot radiator all night. We'd payed a £50 deposit which wasn't knocked off the bill so we had to challenge them on it, it was knocked off the bill after talking to them but still... None of our 11 people really enjoyed the food as I said I've had far better takeaways. The only good thing was how cheap it is. Suppose you get what you pay for.

Got a keema curry on Wednesday mince was rancid could not eat a mouthful waste of money reported to health could have given us food poisoning so glad didn't eat it

Chapatti felt/looked and tasted like they were cooked using a hair dryer. The service was poor, didn't ask if we wanted more drinks/refills. Sometimes just ignoring us. Curry was watery, having in general no taste. Tables are to small and overall too crowded, tables are packed in so you are shoulder to shoulder with people you don't even know. Upset my grandma. Not very happy.

Stopped on the way home for food. Wow this was amazing. The starters and main were delicious. Will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you.

Food was fantastic. Quite possibly the best curry I have ever had. And the staff were very polite and fast with there service.

Food was delivered pretty cold but I apreciate this can happen when being delivered. My order was- Paneer Tikka which is burnt, curry sauce to go with the biryanni- (basically plain rice) was watered down so much that it was tasteless and not a sauce. Photos to show. This place used to be amazing!

Eat in all the time great food but when you want a takeaway they don’t like answering it or they answer it and just leave the phone so you can hear the restaurant and back ground noise

Arrived at 6pm, party of 17 for a Birthday. No mains to be seen by 8:25pm. So unhappy :(

What a load of con artists. Got there before 6 and they gave us the main menu. Asked to see the early bird menu which states starter, main side and dessert for £13.95. The service was shocking the lady serving our table had no customer service skills. When we asked for an early bird menu she kept saying “you want poppadoms“ a number of times when we just wanted to look at the menu. It’s like she didn’t want to bring us that menu unless we were aware of it. Then she pretended she couldn’t understand us but then was really clear on how many poppadoms we ordered. We had to ask someone else who then brought over the menu. They never asked if we wanted any drinks. We felt really forced into ordering a pickle tray. She just came across so rude. Never smiled. Once finishing our main meal she took our main meals after we finished and brought the bill over. Not even showing the dessert menu but as we were full we never mentioned it. We put cash down and she took it away and never brought it back. After waiting over 15 mins we went to the bar area at the front and asked one of the male staff. He asked what table we were and then stated. “ she told us that we could keep the change” the change was over £7. When I challenged and said I never said that the male staff stated well I don’t know why she would say that? The curry was tasteless also. Not sure if they have been taken over by someone else but the food isn’t what it use to be!

We ordered early so the food would be hot, no chappatis with the curry and the food was cold ,we will never order again from them, and the prices are expensive and the curries come in little containers. What a waste of money.

If they don’t answer the phone you can’t order! Waste of time!

Can’t believe the experience me and my friends had here! I’ve been here so many times over the last few years as well but I definitely do not plan to go back. Me and my friends had booked a table (and had this confirmed) and when we got there we were asked how quick we would be able to eat and leave because they had over booked, which is their problem not mine! They planted a table in such an awkward space for us. Then as we were eating we were asked how long we were going to be. Then when taking our plates we were asked to leave! I asked if we could finish our drinks off and let our food settle to be huffed at. Then I was offered a cup of tea by another member of staff after I complained the first time. Only then minutes later to be asked to leave AGAIN! I asked for the Manager, who approached me in such a rude way for him to raise his voice and told us to ‘get out’. We were actually the quietest people at the restaurant and find this absolutely shocking customer service. I’d have a better experience at a Karen’s diner 🤣

The service is absolutely DISGUSTING do not waste your time. They will over book the place despite having your table booked for over a week, rush you through a meal and demand you leave the second you are finished. The “manager” has ZERO customer service and talks to people in the most abhorrent manner! Food wasn’t eve worth it. Go somewhere else we will be!

We booked a group and arrived at 6.30 were offered the early bird menu for £13.95 we all decided to go for this option (starter/main with sides/ sweet or coffee/tea) the early bird menu was restricted so I ordered mushroom pakora (contained 3 mushroom cut in half and a scratty bit of salad) the main was a veg dopiaza with 3 chapati then the waiter asked if anyone wanted a hot drink I decided to wait for the ice cream option, this was never mentioned so i asked for it (as was part of the early bird menu) to be told they have run out, no apologies!!! Then came the bill the 4 of us who wanted the ice-cream were charged for it on the bill so I challenged it (still no apologies) this was duly knocked off, one thing I did find out was the early bird menu is a rip off as I could have got a mushroom pakora, prawn curry 3 chapati for £11.25 according to the menu on the website, I and the rest of the group felt short changed and won't be returning

Watery curries. I had tikka masala it was more like tomato soup. Lacked any flavour and was bizarrely watery. Starters were ok. Our order got mixed up and the vegetarian was given a chicken curry....

The actual boss is lovely and really down to earth and he wudent appreciate how his staff are speaking over the phone. as for some of the ppl on the phone they're very un professional and need to reevaluate stuff before been rude over the phone and me having to explain I'm a regular customer n give my address for them to believe to say they have no drivers on and I had to ask for an apology which I'll give the lad he did.. as clearly got wrong person hu must of been bugging the phone not impressed tbh I really like the place but I will think before trying to order again from here😔

Ordered via Just Eat. After having to explain where I live to the delivery driver for 10 minutes, my lamb rogan josh with chapattis arrived. It was luke warm and I'm not even sure what curry it was as it certainly wasn't what I ordered. In fact I've had frozen Curries from supermarkets that tasted and were spiced better. From reading the reviews they seem to be great eating in, but I'm sorry after a few mouthfuls that food ended up where it deserved. My bin. Had much better food from smaller local takeaways. A complete waste of £16.

Restaurant provide facilities to bring on your own liquor but in starters quantity and quality is not good . And person will ask sooner to order main course and try to get out from your restaurant sooner.

Masala fish and chicken tikka starter was gorgeous as always and then the chicken tikka garlic balti with garlic and coriander naan is to die for I love it service good as always can't wait to go back yet again

Took the family last night we have been going since it opened always excellent food and service unfortunately last nights food was terrible there was no flavour all we could taste was salt starters were soggy very disappointed won't be going again

Just had a takeaway from shezzaans and i have to say its the best iv ever had. Food piping hot tasty not greasy and fresh lovely. On top of that the staff were polite and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I only live on the road i cant believe i haven't eaten here more often. But i can honestly say i will ve back and probably regularly. Thankyou shezzaans.

Very friendly welcome on arrival, seated quickly and table service was excellent. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. We've had takeaway a few times from Shezzan's, nice to see the quality transfers over to eating in too.
