what i ordered i didnt get it was overly spicy and couldnt eat it. i ordered the creamy cheese donner with spring onions description of the item did not state it was spicey. unfortunately wont be ordering from them again.

Food was great just had one drink missing but thats it

Test was fantastic however suddenly a piece of stone was discovered in my teeth, luckily it didn't get crash tho!

masala fish was of very poor quality, expected more from you guys, disappointed ☹️. at least day in menu it was panga and I would not have ordered.

Why did they place the Chicken Parmesan and chips on top of each other in the same box? Why couldn’t they separate it like the other half of the order.. The chicken was tough to chew and the chips were fries and not steak chips as stated in the description.

Okay so I ordered a fish and chips, fish was small but lovely, the chips were lukewarm and then I also got a sherpur pasty which was brilliant.

The order came late was missing the chips and the fish was incorrect we had to contact Shazam’s and they sent over the missing items an hour later! Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Lamb donner was nice and tasty. The chicken sherpur which is what this restaurant is known was not nice and left majority of it. It had a weird taste and way too much ginger. Wings were okay but ordered 5 but got only 3. Person from the restaurant was rude when he called me to say driver is waiting outside and will not be able to come to my flat door to deliver my food as it is against their policy. This should be stated. I think to say this is the list time I will be ordering from here.

I’m really disappointed in my mix meat order I had eat my burger meal and eat as I had lil bit of the mix meat till I found a bone in my inside I’m really disappointed and lucky I didn’t swallow the bone as it could have been pretty bad as it wasn’t a small so I don’t no how it was missed I the staff. will never be ordering again and would definitely like to put in a formal complaint I was lucky someone else may not be so lucky. Absolutely disgusting

ordered sherpur pasty but overcooked and tasted dry with very less sherpur inside. The 2x burgers came in chips bag tasted dry and not even fresh with no flavour. Disappointed as you pay for good food to eat but there is always something wrong

Was scheduled to be delivered at 7.05pm at around 7.20pm the status changed to delivered. But no order received. Called the restaurant they said the food is waiting to be picked up then someone else on the phone said it’s out for delivery poor servic

Haven’t ordered from here in a while. The food was completely inedible and went in the bin. The food have no taste whatsoever it was the most bland food you’ve ever tried. It’s a shame as this was our go to place but we will avoid at all costs after last night very disappointing meal.

I ordered cod and chips are part of my order the fish that was delivered was not cod at all it was some poor quality white fish and when l submitted a complaint l was told l needed photographs of the food which l was not able to provide as l had disposed of the food. I am very disappointed with the quality and also how just eat handled the issue

Food was above average on this occasion, wings were old which were obvious as they were tough and tasted old not fresh as they should have been, but delivery was early.

The Naga chilli Sherpuri was fantastic. The portion size was good, and was delivered hot and early.

He delivery was prompt and a very friendly and courteous delivery man. The food was amazing. Great quality and portion size but a little too spicy for my partner to eat all of it. I would certainly recommend this to anyone but be warned of he spicy kick if you are not used to it. Will look forward to using again!

not very impressed. the food is very oily, it was leaking through the bag, making it inedible. the parm chicken was very bland, not very nice, definitely not worth the money unfortunately.

the rice had a funny smell and we were wondering if it had gone off or whether it was just the spices. The Peri Peri chicken didn't have much flavour

Food never even arrived I waited an hour says it’s been delivered and it never came. Called the restaurant so many times and they didn’t pick up

My order was late by over an hour and never delivered, so I cancelled after calling the restaurant 4 times, where they said the order was with the driver which would mean I would receive cold food. Terrible customer service. Won't be ordering again.

The mix donner was fantastic very tasty however the mix grill is very pricey specially when you get a small box for the price!!!!!!

Donner was fantastic as usual.. but the batter on the Fish in the Sherpur fish and chips, tasted like ordinary plain batter you get on Pakoras.. fish itself lacked any real flavour you would expect in cod..however, all in all the service and donner is superb!

Tasted soooo goood! Defo will recommend the loaded sherpur donner! And ribs are always goood! Alhamdulillah

Food was good but unfortunately the chips I ordered were not chips as described on the menu ? Instead sent Fries at the same price ? very misleading

i like the food here but my food came soggy and cold so was not pleased with that. it was more to do with the delivery timing then the food itself. my food didn't taste nice as it was soggy and cold by the time it came to meee.

Had no updates on just eat, called the restaurant, they answered and then cut off when we asked where the food was. Called back multiple tomes and didnt get theough. Called again where they answered and said its already on the way and it still came another 20 minutes later. Very very disappointing customer service. All of the food came cold, fries were all wet and soggy.

The sherphur Fish & Chips were really nice enjoyed the Fish more that the chips though, the chips were slightly coated in a masala which kind of overpowered the dish, I think that plain chips would go good with the fish, as the fish is coated in a marinade and has enough flavour to carry the dish. Lamb chops 10/10 always. Also had the sherphur mix Donner with naan which was tasty. Unfortunately shop forgot the naan and I had to wait 40mins to tuck in to that dish.

It seems like the portions are getting smaller and smaller and prices higher so your paying more for less. But great tasting food just disappointing with the portion sizes. And chips are horrible don’t get chips.

Delivered on time, food was pretty decent and plentiful for the price paid. Fries were slightly cold but otherwise good, would order again and would imagine eating in would be a pleasant experience so might give that a go.

Although 5 *. My food order was wrong. Didn’t receive a naan with the sherpuri naan order.

Perfectly cooked Salmon and rice; the taste was impeccable too. Highly recommended!

Food was cold the cheese burger under cooked, the fish looked and tasted like it was re heated, fries all dry and cold. We hardly ate any of it. Very disappointed as i paid a lot of money for cold undercooked re heated food.

If you want something that is not worth it and also the worst quality of food as possible then this is the place for you. (I think their chefs don’t even know how to cook and present something)

I’m really disappointed with the food. Naan is always cold and burnt and the biryani doesn’t have flavour anymore. The food used to be really good before.

Sherpuri kebab was dry and shreaded to bits. It was honestly gross. Biryani didnt smell fresh. only thing decent was the masala fish

Paid £6 for 4 drinks that never came. Opening times state they close at half 11 yet I called 7 times between 11.15 and 11.25, didn't bother picking up the calls instead letting them go to voicemail. One of the meals was lamb donner with naan and I paid for the large option. However the naan bread was abysmal in terms of size, didn't even cover a quarter of the lamb donner. Moved into a new store and became all fancy but sadly service has stayed the same
