Rubish food & customer service fkg bad Never recommend it to anyone , They don’t use good quality……………………………………………. ..

We were there last night which was our new year’s night, I wasn’t happy with the service at all, I’ve had a good experience first time two months ago that’s why we went back. They didn’t seemed to be bothered much, not very welcoming, chicken was a bit dry and worse of all they rushed to get rid of us as they were closing 11pm surprisingly on our new year’s night. I’m not very keen to go back again

I was hugely disappointed with my experience with this restaurant. I collected a large takeaway order with 5 mains, and to my shock the food was completely burnt to a crisp and was completely black. We reached out to the restaurant and got no response. I’m so appalled by the lack of respect, communication and customer support alongside the horrible quality of food. Such a shame!

Went to this place with friends and it wasn't great. The lady at the front didn't make us feel welcome. She was far from welcoming. They have regular tables and cool Iranian beds to sit on, but that's about the only cool thing. Service was so-so. The starters were good - fresh and tasty, setting a high bar that the rest of our meal sadly couldn't meet. So the main dishes? Meh. Some tasted like they just zapped them in the microwave. Definitely skip the Loobia Polo and Kabab Barg. Seems like we're not the only ones who noticed the staff could be friendlier and professional. They try to act nice until you complain - then they look at you like you did something terrible. Feels like the people running the place don't really care or don't bother to check the reviews.

Poor customer services, low quality food and over priced. The staff stand in the middle and stare at you to make sure you behave well.🤣🤣🤣

The stuff are so depressing and not happy to talk. Customer service is terrible but the food was nice. If children make a noise they complain or if you laugh too loud they complain. They are not fun to have a party and I feel most of the staff are grumpy and depressed.

Too pricey for such a poor service and law quality food , I had a joojeh kabob there , despite I didn’t like the food and they hadn’t used fresh ingredients , they didn’t check on me even once if I liked the food or needed anything! Fake manners.

I was overcharged at a restaurant and they refused to refund me, I have talked to the owner and he was so rude to me, no respect to the customers, day light robbery, please avoid this place.

Tasty authentic persian food. Amazing portions. Affordable Prices. Welcoming and helpful staff. The decor is so traditional and beautiful. Truly Underrated!

Four stars for the food. Despite the printed menu (always a warning that not all the ingredients are fresh) the traditional Persian dishes were well cooked and - frankly - delicious. I specially enjoyed the hot aubergine entree, Kashk Bademjan. Businesslike management, tolerable decor. Shipshape lounge. Low Persian tables optional.

The minced lamb kabab quality was not good. Starter" Kashk Bademjan" - not sufficient Kashk and fried peppermint o top. Momtaz 1 portion was good. Dizi's quality was very poor and not recommended. Mostly, tomato paste and some beans. It's way far from a dizi food.

Shah Abbas makes amazing vegetarian dishes. I have tried most of the stews and the special olives are amazing. Thank you for our delicious lumch!

We had mixed kebab, Fesenjon and Ghorme sabzi and enjoyed thrully. delicious food and excellent service. Thank you

The food was very well cooked and very delicious. The lady who served us was very polite. the environment was very clean and well presented Iranian culture.

I have to say their fresh bread is dry as the Sahara desert a bit more flower and water to make it softer would go down well

Customer service was very bad , didn’t feel welcomed into the restaurant and staff very very rude to us as we had children and made us feel uncomfortable by their behaviour. They have a little sitting space downstairs for smoking Shisha and they allow children down there which is obviously not legal. Food is pretty average. When we told them about the rude staff they said don’t come back then . So NO we don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Had dined in there but didn’t really liked it , every stews get microwaved so that really tells you all about it, maybe a handful of Persian restaurants produce fresh foods.

I've been before and they must have kept my details because they sent me a message on my 'phone to let me know that they had a great deal going on. I went there and the food had the same extremely generous portion sizes as ever! It was completely delicious and very healthy. They had a great deal of choice for vegetarians. The price was even more reasonable than normal as they had that special discount going! I love the Iranian interior décor - beautufully done! The members of staff I spoke to were so polite and helpful. Te woman who handed me my lovely food waited while I got my stuff together to say "goodbye" to me as I left - so polite! I am now feeling rather full... I'd recommend that place to anyone. Motshakeram - tnankyou! :)

Kabab koubideh was very dry and unpleasant. Kabab koubideh is a very traditional kabab and you expect from a Persian restaurant to know the recipe and use good ingredients to make it. today's koubideh was very low-quality comparing its price to other persian restaurants.

Came here for a family birthday meal and it was great. There's an array of seating- tables and chairs and casual family style seating on cushions. There is also a shisha lounge in the back. The pricing is really decent. The food was really nice....

A reasonably priced, beautifully decorated Persian restaurant. The food is good and portions are huge. I have been a few times now and my only complaint is that twice, one of only two vegetarian options on the menu was unavailable.
