Excellent service. In store design of the shop looks outstanding and to top it off the Food I ordered was absolutely delicious. Prices are amazing I will definitely be back for more!!

Absolute rubbish. Pakora was burnt. Tikka masala tasted nothing like masala. Bhuna was bland bland bland and we ordered a garlic naan but don’t know what we got definitely wasn’t a garlic naan. Don’t waste your money getting food from here.we Definitely won’t be

Omg! Just NO. A 45 minute wait for this??? Shahi paneer - paneer was definitely not fresh, sauce had absolutely no flavour at all. Bland, bland, bland. Chicken Tikka Vindaloo was disgusting - really greasy, not remotely spicy and had the strangest sauce ever. Rice was edible but only just. Hugely disappointing. Would not recommend and there’s no way I’d ever order from them again!

Got a lamb tikka main meal, with tikka masala sauce, the lamb was cooked to perfection and the masala sauce was amazing. Meal was spot on

Phoned an order and was told 30 minutes, went down and had to wait another 30 minutes in the shop. Food order was average with the butter masala very bland, plenty pakora to start, 3 poppadoms which is good but the main, wrong rice also given, was a bit watery and tasteless. Friendly helpful lass behind the counter who seemed to be doing loads of work so maybe understaffed. Average at best. Just my opinion.

100% the BEST place in alloa, Food is great! I had the Donner hoagie really delicious! Chicken pakora is amazing and the Pizza’s are great 😋 Staff is always friendly 10/10 experience!! We will definitely be back x

Had a special kebab and it was. A pizza box crammed with all the delicious meats, served on a Naan. First visit but will be back. Bhuna sauce on the side which was so tasty.

Really disappointed which is a shame as was looking forward to enjoying a nice meal. I ordered from set meal deal and can't fault the portion sizes however the pakora sauces tasted really watery. Was hard to differentiate between the Chasni and Masala. Prices are good value but was looking for a bit more flavour which was lacking unfortunately 😕.

First time I've used Shaans, will definitely be going back, well prepared and very tasty food, I had a chicken Balti, absolutely delicious. And the staff are amazing.

I really enjoyed the vegetable pakora but the only disappointment was that the pakora was only luke warm I could understand it if I had to go a distance with it but I'm only 2 streets away from it so couldn't understand why it wasn't still piping hot the service was fantastic and quick the young woman on the counter was really pleasant and friendly

Ordered a Desi pizza last night and must say this is the third time I've received a burnt pizza. Picked up the first slice and couldn't enjoy it as it was burnt. I don't understand how they serve the customers even after they know it's been over done. This is ridiculous.

Pizza was OK, Chicken curry tastes disgusting, chicken was full of water, Curry sauce was gritty and had no flavour or spice. Called up and got a fresh curry and rice, didn't come for about an hour and a half and wasn't much better than the first one but had gave up trying to give this place its dues.

I ordered from here tonight and 2 kebabs were sent which was wrong. I called and they sent the 2 I was wanting but instead of garlic sauce on them like was asked they was covered in hot spicy sauce. Which for us makes it un-eatable I am not calling back again to wait another hour. I even called back the first time as my orders price seemed to low for what I asked for and was assured it was correct. We was told on phone we ordered wrong, we didn't a shish kebab turkish is lamb. Don't think we will be back.

Consistently good food, freshly made with excellent ingredients. Chef obviously knows how to cook with each dish having it’s own distinctive taste. Saag paneer, gujarati chicken tikka, lamb methi gosht and desi lamb last night, fabulous

Poor quality of food, this is the third time in several months that we have had a disappointment , shame really because this place used to be so good, i think they are taking too many orders and struggle to keep up and the quality drops.

Well, just ordered and received our first meal from Shaan's! Food was absolutely delicious, proper traditional curries, been difficult to find anything to match this in quality and flavour in the area! Will definitely be buying again, well worth the money for a tasty dinner!

Just had our first order from Shann's and I have to say, some of the tastiest food I've had in a very long time. Ordered for collection and it was ready on time. Very well priced, friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely be ordering again soon!
