Seven Spices Abergele in Conwy

This was the first time we tried this takeaway. Sadly it was a disappointment. We thought we would give it a try as we try to support local businesses. The meal was ready on time which was positive. The meal itself was more like a soup rather than a curry, infact it was like an uncle Ben's. Not the Indian food we are used too, perhaps it the chef is from a different region. Sorry but I can not recommend.

I had food from Seven Spices few times, the portion size is always more than reasonable, with proper authentic Indian taste at reasonable price. We support this venture.

Had a take away while camping, very poor, but very costly, best description would be soup not curry

Sadly very disappointing on First visit potatoes undercooked and chicken dry. Very under seasoned rice and dishes overall. Containers not sealed properly and fell through bag when I got home will not be returning.

As others have said this is truly authentic top quality Indian cuisine. Not your average takeaway. We were asked to try a potential beef cutlet starter dish which may eventually go on menu. Truly excellent flavours and texture and a quite unique choice in my experience. Hope to see some more prawn and /or salmon choices eventually added to menu as long as top quality can still be maintained. Thanks for coming to North Wales!

Not open long and looking to host diners in the coming weeks so only takeaway at present.The meal I ordered was excellent and more complex than the usual curry house fare on offer so made a pleasant change.There are very few Indian food outlets in the area and most are very mediocre this place may prompt them to up their game.Enjoy.

Where do we start. We could smell the food cooking as we approached Seven Spices we were unsure what to have? The owner/chef came out and asked us what we usually ordered elsewhere and said he would cook our dish to our liking. It was absolutely amazing never tasted indian food like that before. The spices and heat were perfect in the chicken madras and ginger chicken. Proper authentic Indian food at its best. The rice was fragrant and lots of it. Portion size was really good. A little gem in abergele well worth a visit. Staff very friendly too We'll done Ashok!!!

Authentic Indian food. Chef Ashok's passion comes through his food. Been waiting a long time for an Indian chef to make proper Indian dishes.Hand made chapattis were amazing. Staff were wonderful. After 15 years, in central North Wales, we were treated to a truly authentic North and South INDIAN food, cooked by a passionate Indian chef. This is true Indian food. The real deal. Highly recommended. Not the junk made and sold somewhere else. Wishing the team at Seven Spices, the very best.

Had a chicken 65 special from here last weekend would definitely recommend this place. Portion sizing is generous and prices are not to bad either, staff friendly aswell

The family and I recently tried several dishes from Seven Spices and have thoroughly enjoyed our meals every time. If you're looking for meals that is full of flavour, has excellent portion and is well-priced, Seven Spices is the place to go. We grabbed the opportunity to try the authentic biryani and we were welcomed with the enticing aroma of the spices that came with the amazing taste. Also pleased with the portion size as it offered the perfect proportion of chicken and rice (chicken in every mouthful and every last bit was savored!) Along with the excellent quality of food and excellent price, are the staff members that welcomes you with excellent service.

After settling in U.K., this is the first time that I felt like I had an authentic Indian meal. This is a take away recently opened in Abergele and the food is not only delicious but also of a very good portion size that I could make two meals out if it. The name is “Seven Spices”. Anyone can cook food but cooking tasty food without losing its authenticity is an art rarely found… I recommend Seven Spices to all who love Indian food.

One of the best Indian takeaway I have tried. Large portions, freshly prepared and cooked, friendly staff. Will be going again for sure!

Having eaten curry all over the UK and this was definitely way above average, on par with what you would expect from a high end restaurant.. The menu is small which is what I feel allows them to make the dishes to such a high standard.
