One star is too good. Had a chicken burger and golden chips. The burger was as tuff as old boots obviously microwaved as the edge's were solid. The crispy salad was soggy with no tomatoe as discribed. The chips were certainly not golden. Never again..

I ordered the tofu hotpot and the beef bulgogi, both were quite good. Just the sauce in the bulgogi was a tiny bit sweet but that's just my own preference.

Hour late, stone cold, soggy mess. The "popcorn" cauliflower was drowned in sauce, cold and soggy, the chips were room temperature and about the only thing edible once I had put them in the oven for a bit, but by then they were dried out and not so fab. May has well have flushed my money down the toilet.

We orderer a couple of Bibimbap rice bowls on Saturday evening. This was the second time we ordered from Seoul Street Shack and remembered that the first it was beautifully presented as well as delicious. When our order arrived, we were disappointed to see a plastic tray with 2 compartments. One filled with rice and the other one with a few bits of meat. Nothing else apart from the sauce which had leaked in the bag. We called the restaurant to express our disappointment. The person I spoke to was rude, patronising and sarcastic, asking me to bring the food back if I was not happy. I said no and even explained that we can’t go out because we have a baby. His reply was “ Bring the baby or find a nanny” . I explained that what we ordered was supposed to be Salt and Pepper chicken and should have veg, pickles, kimchi. They were all missing and the chicken was not salt and pepper. His answer was “The price of meat has gone up”. I asked for a refund and was offered to come and eat at the restaurant for 50% off. Once again I explained that going out with a baby was difficult for us. The person on the phone passed over the manager who offered 50% refund. I declined and wanted a full refund which he agreed. 5 minutes later, a driver was at my door to collect the food.

Worst place ever!! Delivery is a joke! 2 and half hours on a sunday night and still not arrived rang several times was lied to each time. Then was told it had been delivered but then they spoke with the driver who said it would be 10 minutes more so now nearly 3 hours! DO NOT RELY ON THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

Food finally arrived after ringing restaurant after a hour. Was Luke warm. Donner and chicken shawarma resembled chopped up cat food( donner but into smsller than chicken pieces 🤷♀️) . Dry stale shop bought bread and dry as the poor cats toy he that had tried to eat it! Jalapeño poppers were the worst thing I have ever had the misfortune to try… thick breadcrumbs and inside watery peppers with a cottage cheese like consistency. Best thing can of Pepsi. Would never eat from here again

This is to thank the staff at Stanley Green Costa Coffee for going above and beyond following our little mishap. As my Wife was approaching our table with a tray containing 3 large coffees she appeared to lose control of the tray with the result that they all spilt on both of us sat at the table and the table and floor area. The staff reacted immediately confirming we were all ok and provided cloths for us to wipe ourselves down. They could not have been more helpful and the icing on the cake was that they then delivered a further three replacement coffees on the house.
