Seafood Cafe in East Lindsey

I love this cafe. I always buy a fresh crab to take home.

Delicious dressed Cromer crab, this place is busy busy, even when quiet...salad fresh with no pretentions, lemon, brown bread, like it should be. . Main thing is the crab was a joy, fresh as a daisy ..also excellent service. Got a pot of cockles to set the ball rolling and a nice slab of cake after Good clean, prim proper and happy service, bit pricier now but no more than the Skeg norm

The Seafood café is dog-friendly, you can order seafood sandwiches, seafood platters, teas, coffees, cakes... They told us they open 9am-5pm, and may open late or close early if there is bad weather. There are many tables available, you can sit in the sun or in the shade as some of the tables are under parasols. Service is fast, and the food is delicious. We went a few times during the weekend and had coffees, the dressed crab, the seafood platter, a cup of prawns, and it was all delicious and the prices were good. We didn't get to try any of the cakes but they all looked really impressive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended little gem!

We go here at least twice a day coffee to die for and you wouldn't get a better prawn salad anywhere

Visited here several times, food is really good, and can get very busy, dog friendly inside and out

Will never use again allows dogs but one older lady working there definitely not a dog person said my dog could thirsty cause he wouldn't drink out of a dog bowl they had down that was warm and dirty and she wouldn't refill it (we had used the water we had with us for him so I went elsewhere and bought him a bottle of water)

Didn't have any food, just had a lovely cupof coffee. Service was amazing and staff were lovely.

OK, but at these prices I expecting a little more. Although their Facebook page informs you the crab salad costs a reasonable £9.99 when I paid, it was actually £12.99 which was a bit of a shock. It's a nice setting and the staff are friendly but a bit on the expensive side having just had the better at Cromer for a lower price. Sorry.

We had the large lobster sharing plattter. Very good value and was really delicious 😋 😋 😋

The food is amazing! Not like Brighton, there are almost no aggressive seagulls, so it's safe to eat outside. The seafood is very fresh, and the price is also good! Highly recommended the crab sandwich. Very very tasty.

Nice coffee available here. Some food available if you require it for example a burger. Choosing a decent day weather wise is advisable as you are seated outdoors.

Try the sausage rolls here they are amazing when they are warm

A secret little seafood oasis on the main street opposite the Embassy, worth a visit. Great seafood snacks, drink and lovely friendly professional uniformed staff. Will definately return.

Not a seafood fan but I tried the tuna sandwich- absolutely gorgeous, sandwich came with a side salad, coleslaw and tortillas. Coffee was lovely too, served with a Biscoff biscuit

Overcharged us by £80 on contactless. Should have been £8.65. It wasn't even worth that. Totally bland. Bad attitude when went back. Disgusting

Had the seafood platter approx£40 for 2 of us very disappointed a lot of brown meat in the dressed crab fake lobster tails and prawns tasteless and they no longer serve wine which was such a shame have been their before and very impressed but not this time 😞😞

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to a soft and sweet fresh lobster tail! This is anything but. Reconstituted lobster meat in a cold, dry block that tasted like the fridge it came from. Service was fantastic, friendly with a smile and the prawn cocktail was refreshing and tasty. Huge shame about the lobster, however :(

Me and my partner had crab and salmon dishes in this place. Crab salad is very nice. Its made of boiled crab meat minced and then chilled and dressed with salad. Salmon Sandwich is great too but kinda normal tho. Thats why i gave 4 stars Would come again if i come to Skegness again next time to enjoy different dishes.

Should have been in Cyprus today, its the wife's birthday, and she loves lobster, but due to Covid came to skegness to sample their seafood, not fish and chips but this fantastic lobster seafood platter. Booked ahead as knew what we wanted and boy were we not disappointed, fabulous place, to have either a coffee, cakes , snacks or this masterpiece. Many thanks to you for a great day we will return .

Had the pleasure of a large seafood platter on a sunny Sunday morning for breakfast. Deliciously fresh. Sue, our server was polite and told us where tge fish was sourced. Friendly and welcoming. Partner over the moon to have a normal coffee! ((Nescafe)) - although there is a choice! Will definitely be back. Well done.

Great cafe. Wonderful selection. Good value for money. Next to the tower garden to walk the food off. We had a superb meal there.

Spent five days in Skegness and used this cafe every lunch time with my wife, great place to sit and watch the World go by the seafood is 1st class and the crab or prawn sandwiches are fantastic and well presented with salad and trimmings, you can have the usual hot drinks but we went for a glass of white wine with the food making every lunch special, served by wonderful well mannered staff, my first call when we return.

Beautiful food, wonderful setting, staff amazing and friendly. Quite honestly, not been able to stay away from the place. Have visited at least once per trip since discovery.

Very friendly staff and a warm welcome, I was working over the bank holiday and was offered tea or coffee and to use their staff facilities, just a shame they have not got any contact details

This little cafe is amazing. I am on a special diet but nothing was to much trouble. It has marvellous salads using seafood. The perfect polite gentleman serving is a real gem. Couldn't do enough for us. So nice. 2 crab salads, lovely and a pot of tea for 2. The cromer crab was so fresh and caught the evening before. We liked it so much we bought 3 more to take home along with 4 x pots of welks (these didn't even make it back home. Good family.

Opposite meanie bo binis.... Lovely little place on the main street. Very polite guy who was very welcoming and a true gent. Explained alot to me about coffee an even gave me a latte for free to try. Lovely coffee, lovely tea an best of all fantastic sea food. Will definitely come again. Thanks
