Sea Horse in Wirral

We order chicken with bbq sauce cheese and bacon on it . When our meal came the chicken was cold we ask for it to be reheated but they bought us a new one we thought that was a bit tough it’s our first time in there we may try ago and order something different.

Great & Quick service. Food lovely. Staff wonderful. We visited on easter sunday and it wasn't too busy. Also received free easter eggs

Quick service food was great and value for money not expensive served by exie professional and polite food arrived quickly and purchase hot drinks and get free refills.

Sunday roast was awful,5 very small shrivelled up dried so called roast potatoes?!,Yorkshire pudding and tiny stuffing ball that could bounce off the wall( not joking)veg was very minimal,has not only put us off returning on a Sunday but returning to this pub ever again !!!

Pleasant surroundings, friendly and efficiecient staff. Very accomodating (we were there with 3 genenerations of family, including very young children). Plenty of choice on the menu, excellent food and great value.

Really bad service. Waited ages for my son's food even after asking for it to be bagged up.. don't want to go back :( Staff not helpful and argumentative - wouldn't provide refund after waiting 20 mins for son's food. Friend had bread and butter, bread was stale. Table 4.

Lovely pub / restaurant, staff are very kind and welcoming. I ordered the bangin katsu banquet, the chicken wings were of good quality. The chips personally are a bit too thick and under seasoned. The chicken nuggets and rice were fine. Coming here again as I feel welcome every time.

Booked the restaurant after we had been to Bubbles play. Glad I did because being a Friday tea time it was mega busy. Andrew served me and advised me that the food I was ordering which was 2 adult classics and 2 kids meals would only cost £15 if he added the drinks as extras. The whole bill came to £23.88 for us 4. Food was lovely. Fish was super tasty. We all had clean plates. Andrew brought the girls 2 litter tigger toys and they were made up. Definitely go again if we're in the area. All staff we met were lovely.

Ordered all day breakfast took ages to come and it wasn't very good dried up sausage ,egg ,Luke warm .Yesterday my brother and I could not get off toilet didn't know which end to put over bowl.Most of the night up as could not go to sleep with cramp in stomach .Not worth complaining as nothing gets done ,terrible plate of food didn't realise we were eating something that would make us so ill..I think it had been in warmers all day as sausage was as hard as anything left most of it ,egg was hard too .Disgusting something needs to be done here as this is not the first time been served a load of rubbish .very upset and not worth complaining to members of staff they are not interested and see you as a nuisance and totally a pest .

The service was lovely especially from Kacey-Jae who took our order, she was professional & polite, very friendly & explained about the offers they were offering, The fish chips & Garden peas was lovely , fish was so fresh & lightly battered, would highly recommend this place for value for money, very busy place & professional staff.

Visited for lunch. Food was delicious and staff friendly. Our server Siobian was lovely and even helped my Husband decide on what to have and he is fussy...perfect choice, he loved it! Atmosphere was very relaxed even though it was busy. Can't wait to visit again.

Always great coming here, the food and atmosphere is fantastic and everyone is being safe and following guidelines, could do with more staff though on shift as they seemed very rushed off their feet

Always come here for food and have never had a bad meal yet. The staff all work hard, even during crappy covid and all the restrictions they have to deal with. Iv seen some proper horrid customers and the way your staff have dealt with them was very professional. 10/10 for staying calm while numpty people spoke like trash. Your manager on shift was amazing and after they left, she come and apologised for the disruption. She went above and beyond to make us feel safe amd well looked after. She needs a pay rise! Great service all round. Will defo come back again

Was greeted by a lovely lady, Dagmara (I asked another waitress for her name) and seated at a nice clean table with no fuss. It was busy but the que wasnt too bad at the bar and both stacey and connor were polite and friendly serving us. Food came out nice and hot. Steph sorted out our deserts and a cuppa to finish off the meal. Well done seahorse! Will be back again soon

Never fails to please! Helpful and friendly staff, as always. Hunters chicken fries off the starter menu are amazing. And thanks to Stacey for putting us onto the new koppaberg gin mmmmmmm. Will defo be back. Keep up the good work

As always, excellent food and wonderful service. Nothing is too much bother for the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The new ice cream parlor display is amazing. I had to ask if it was real or fake! Will definitely be coming here again
