Meatballs were greasy. Grease was on all packaging. Waited for over a hour, only Roy d the corner as well . Cheese burger was delicious tho.

Honestly 1 star is to much, food wasn’t even good enough to give to the rats I wouldn’t mind if I paid £2 a meal but that is a joke of a takeaway

Everything wrong with the order, called an idiot by the manager and 0 help no collection of the food for a refund or anything. Horrible people with their verbal abuse and lack of braincells can’t even read an order right… atleast the owner is nice and helpful

They were late with order. Very late. My partner phoned to find out the delay. They replied they were short of drivers but they would add a free drink in the order. The food came late with no drink. My partner phone once more to ask where the free drink was. They replied. NEXT ORDER!!!. And put phone down. We will not be using them again.

Ordered a takeaway and took 2 hours to deliver. Rang after a hour got told ours was next and they would send me something free. Finally turned up after 2 hours but nothing free with it. Had a couple of times items missing from our order. Delivery guy is lovely but service is shocking at times but food is lovely

Was great years ago gone downhill lately. Our milkshakes were full of ice and the last couple of times we have ordered we have waited over an hour. We live five minutes away.

Absolutely shocking just bit into a chicken burger and there was a small peice of planting inside my chicken burger and had damaged my tooth I went to complain to them and all he said was he can’t understand me and ended the phone and blocked my number

Pizza was ok. Nothing special, couldn't tell a taste of it. Ingredients was so thin and pizza was greasy. I wouldn't order again.

Never again. Went in the other day with a friend, tried to overcharge us, and say there was a £10 minimum spend. When confronted they gave in and said we had to pay a charge of 50p to pay by card. Also, asked for a portion of chips and was told I had to pay a further 50p because they ‘forgot’ to add it to the order. Food ordered was cold, and covered in grease. Felt extremely ill afterwards. Really wouldn’t recommend.

Just ordered food and had to check why it was more than I calculated it's because theres a 50p customer service charge which I didn't know about nor did it say on there website. Personally I thought you'd ask first before charging

Terrible customer service.took two hours nearly for our food order to arrive.phoned first time after an hour,was told it would be here within the next half hour.nope.phoned second time after an hour and 45 mins.its on it's way.guess what still not arrived.Dont expect to wait 2 hours for food,from a shop that is ten mins away.

Not too bad. Do a decent pizza and price is very reasonable. Will deff9 go again. Also had a cheeky donna meat wi chips for only 3.50. Bargain and better than the other kebab houses around here.

This is the best kebab place in hazel if you like pizza burger or kebabs I recommend you come to here. Customer service is second to none and food always fantastic.

Waited 1 hour and a half for my takeaway and when it came the pizza was rushed the dough was not cooked and the cheese was falling off the pizza and was not nice at all wait for a phone call off the manager for about half an hour to an hour I think this is disgusting

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The people who work there are dirty NONCES (I've seen first hand) they are horrible people who talk about customers behind there back and they cant even make proper food the last time I got a pizza from there the dough was barely even cooked. So for those reasons I cannot stress enough that you should never go here!!!

Ordered from here for the first time and will be the last time waited 2 hours for what should of been the food I ordered and was too it would be with me in 1hour but didn't get what i asked for the phone line was ingaged for around 30mins after it had passed a hour of me waiting and still no delivery when I finally did get through to the shop i was told my order had left 5mins ago and would be with me in 5 so I waited 10 more mins for it to not show up I rang back and was then told they had messed my order up and had to do it again and then the story changed to the delivery driver couldn't find where I live absolutely rubbish wen the food finally did come after over 2hours the pizzas did not have what I ordered on them and they were extreme greesey plain and not nice to eat, the food is of poor quality and I have not ended up eating it so angry with this shop i wouldn't recommend ordering food from here!!

Lovely customer service, pizza and kebab but I keep loosing leaflet from them and can't find them online. I always ending up going to the shop...Pizza waiting time is 40-60min.
