Sbarro in Wakefield

Came to collect order 25 minutes after I had placed the order online, and they hadn't even started to cooking it despite having approved the order and given a collection time. When questioned the staff were a bit rude that I was seemingly put out that I had to wait around for 20 minutes.

I bought two slices of pizza one was twice the size of another when i asked for equal slices they said thats how they can cut the pizza so staff seems uneducated.

You can buy a full pizza from supermarket for the price of ONE slice from here. Madness!

Very poor service. The young lady serving was extremely rude and a bad attitude problem. The food wasn't much better. Overall very disappointed for the amount of money spent to have a reheated pizza and wedges put through a toaster.. that's been the 2nd time ive visited and 1st experience was just as poor. There won't be a 3rd time.

Not enough choice. And then the prices are too too much expensive. With chicken it's bbq chicken and then they don't even have chicken tikkah or chicken tandoori either. I thought the margarita looked dead but even the vegetarian choice was worse, as it had jalapeños on it.

Been coming here for the past year and a half and the food and service has always been amazing! Can't fault the staff at all! If you're passing definitely give it a try, you won't regret it! Ps. Abbie has a messy bedroom 🛏 🗑 🚮

Fabulous pizza. 2 slices and a drink £7.50 what's not to like. Tasty

Very friendly, polite and professional service. Pizza was tasty. Shame there was limited vegetarian options, a non-spicy vegetarian would have been nice.

Food was nothing to rave about, it was a decent reheated margherita. However, service was friendly and prompt.

Closed up before i could come get my pizza didn't have the common courtesy to just wait and be nice to a customer might have earned a tip.

Hi, I am extremely appalled by the behaviour of the assistant manager in the Wakefield Sbarro. Not only she told me wrong information on phone before arriving to Wakefield, she had the audacity to deny her errors, spoke in extremely rude manner, and said "there's nothing I can do, deal with it" and whilst i was asking her a question she walked away whilst muttering something offensive! Then I was walking away with my parents, she had the nerve to shout "Don't come back" in front of the public. One of Asda staff members or Petrol Station workers was there to witness this and if it wasn't for him to apologise, I would have raised hell.

Cheesy garlic bread was covered in herbs, ruined it really could barely taste any cheese or garlic. There was a queue as the sole staff member took lunch break at the lunch rush

I didn't have the option to buy fresh pizza ! If there is still one day old pizza left , apparently it's "company protocol" that you have to buy that (even though it looks dry and old and it's your hard earned money , you don't have the choice- needless to say , won't be spending money there. Very poor "company protocol"

Had a toogoodtogo bag order for collection at 8pm, at 7:43pm they cancel my order, just 17 minutes before collection time! Disgusting behaviour! Had already travelled there, waste of time and petrol

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR, I GOT MY RECIEPTS REfUSED AND THEN THROWN AT ME FOLLOWED BY, I DONT CARE!! very bad service unbelievable, no manager or supervisor on site, nobody here to even complain to. Very rude and obnoxious employee on the tills. Just spent over £50 😪

It’s good, wedges was meh could have been cooked a little longer, pizza are nice, it’s a little pricey for what it is imo

*Warning* Turned up at 9:20 to find there was no pizza left, staff told me they stopped cooking pizza at 9. Makes no sense when the pizza literally cooks in under 10 mins, staff sat around having a good chinwag, told me he needs to get off at 10 so there will be no more pizzas. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just picked up a 17 inch pizza for £10 on offer this weekend. Tried it for the first time due to offer as normal price a little high. Absolutely gorgeous pizza. Would recommend!

I came to your place today and bought some pizza with garlic sauce. After putting sauce on the pizza I noticed the sauce was out of date. I tookc it back to one of your staff and she offered to give me new sauce. But I already had the one out of date all over my pizza. I didn't eat any of the pizza due to you giving out sauces out of date They didn't give me back new pizza all money

Margherita is one of the best ones ive had. Proper american style. But you need to order it fresh and not just a display slice.

Got a chicken tikka pizza, what a big disappointment. Couldn’t find the chicken it was that small and I’ve never seen onion and peppers slices so thin and small. Think I got a few slithers on the whole 12 inch pizza. Definitely not worth the £11.95 I paid for it, won’t be going back.

Didn’t even know it existed. All the food looked very good and the prices were good too. Had the New York cheese pizza slice and it was good. Very good size too. Recommend even just to try it. They definitely need more advertising.

Halal NY style pizza, you can't go wrong it tastes far better than standard local pizza shop pizza, must try if you're craving a NY slice!!

Being a regular sbarro pizza fan,tried sbarro wakefield on numerous occassions. Quite dissapointed to say the least. Not all pizza sizes available on most occasions. Pizzas are cooked with frozen chicken which doesn't taste the same as fresh. Please sort it out guys

Good on-the-go pizza. The tomato sauce is unique. American style pizza.
