Had a lovely meal at Sanzio. The restaurant was busy with a great atmosphere and the service was amazing - definitely recommend.

Excellent food . Full of flavour . Well presented Service. Waited 15mins to take our order . Waiter slow ( think he was new ) did not know menu . No one came and asked “ how is everything “ waited 10 mins for water . Had to ask for water to be topped up all the time . Very busy . Loud . Difficult to b heard Great night

A group of us went out for dinner, and we all really enjoyed our meals. I recognized the restaurant from a visit five years ago, though I didn’t enjoy it as much back then due to external factors. This time, I ordered starters and a main from the special menu, which I probably finished too quickly—just like everyone else at the table! The service was excellent, and I couldn’t find any faults. I’ll definitely be coming back.

While staying at a relative's flat in Willesden Green we didn't want to travel to far for dinner on our first night and stumbled on this delightful restaurant as we left the Tube Station earlier in the day. What a great night we had; the meals were delicious and different from what we've seen on restaurants where we live (and generously proportioned). Although the restaurant was very busy (inc takeaways) it all added to a buzzy atmosphere.

Delicious italian restaurant close to Willesden Green tube, Carbonara and Spaghetti ai frutti di Mare, have been awesome, the ambient is chilly, ultra recommended

A really wonderful, warm and welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed our evening and the cosy, relaxed surroundings. The food was delicious and the service attentive, friendly and fantastic.

Fantastic friendly and efficient staff (yes even when busy and there is a big party going in in the back room) serving food that is Always delicious and freshly made and fabulous value. The wine club list and specials cha he regularly but you can always find your favourites too. My (quite picky) 18 year old tells me it’s the best pizza, too! Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic experience for Valentine's day! They had a special valentine's set menu which was a little pricey but certainly worth the money for the portion sizes and quality of the food. They were exceptionally busy, due to the occasion, but they were extremely organised and it was clear how quickly they were trying to serve everyone, so I didn't mind a bit of a wait! Honestly made valentine's very special! I've also eaten here several times before and never reviewed but the service and food is always fantastic! Love that this is my local!

My local Italian, Sanzio, is somewhere I will often take guests when they come to stay, and each time, when we leave, they comment that it's some of the best Italian food they've ever had - which really says it all!

I have been a customer for a few years and I simply asked for the fries to be exchanged for any other side dish, rice or a salad, and they told me no. By bringing the steak with some horrible supermarket fries. Finally, after much discussion involving other employees, they brought me 3 lettuce leaves. terrible experience this time.

Another fantastic night at Sanzio's. We celebrated our neighbours 82nd birthday there last Saturday and the food and atmosphere were brilliant. A specially mention for Annie who is so warm and professional, as are all the lovely staff and owner. If I could give more them 5 stars I would!. We book the back room and garden area for all our birthday parties which accommodates 20. I would Definitely recommend this restaurant to all, as its gorgeous food and staff are also across the road from Willesden Green Station or the mini cab office so we can have a drink when we celebrate.

Excellent Italian food! I had the cod loin in cream and wine with capers and potatoes with a prawn starter to die for. Finished with dense and decadent chocolate cake. And the staff are friendly and efficient. Everything came when it was supposed to. a perfect evening.

Went for an early dinner on my own. Was quite daunting as it was my first time. But the staff were lovely. Thought had been put into where I was sitting, the food was delicious. I throughly enjoyed myself and will be going back regularly. Can't recommend it enough!

First time last Saturday night. Loved everything about it! Especially that, although restaurant was full, it was not uber-noisy and we could hear each other's conversation.

Hemos visitado en múltiples ocasiones, buena comida. Sin embargo, el servicio deja mucho que desear! Tuvimos que llamar a alguien cada vez al orden, y se sentía como si fuéramos un inconveniente. Lástima que el ambiente general es bueno, es solo el servicio que lo decepciona cada vez.

9 of us celebrated a birthday on saturday 23rd Nov. The staff were amazing and catered really well for intolerance and allergies amongst our group and made helpful suggestions. The food was amazing and the area was decorated with beautiful lights and had a warm atmosphere. We weren't hurried out even though we were the last to leave and it had been a busy evening for this popular restaurant. I cant recommend Sanzio enough. Thank you

I really enjoyed the place every time I popped in, food was always fresh and delicious. However, last time when I came here with my sister for some quick drinks, we weren’t allowed to stay unless food was ordered. They had plenty of free tables and we weren’t allowed to sit. Manager literally said we have to go if we don’t order food, no other explanation was provided :) So customer service is only as good as you’re spending money, you’re welcomed only if willing to have bigger bill. Just upsetting and rude, I live in neighbourhood and had really good impression of the place, but won’t be back anymore

Really friendly local italian with delicious food. Was absolutely buzzing early on a friday evening when we came, the service was quick and everything we ate was really tasty and flavourful. The wine list is extensive and even the house red was exceptional. Really recommended (we are vegetarians)

The best restaurant in Willesden Green, in my opinion. The food is great, and the servers are lovely and very attentive. It can get quite loud in there due to the acoustics of the building so just something to note if you go at a busy time. Great value for money too with delicious food at an affordable price.

Sanzio is one of my favourite restaurants. It is the perfect local Italian Restaurant, charming staff, delicious, authentic Italian food. With reasonable prices things can't get much better!!

Amazing food and service! The food tastes so good! My partner and I are vegetarian/Vegan and they have many options. Very good with allergies as well just let them know before hand. We have gone here three times. The hospitality is beyond five stars. We did our wedding reception here and everything was exceptional and professional. The food, the staff and the venue is top tier! I've been living in north west and didn't know they had this restaurant opposite Willesden green station. Please go there and visit you won't regret it! We went again on the 19th of October 2024 for my sister's birthday dinner. The food was amazing as usual. The place is very good at allergies. Please let them know before you order. Any peanut allergy avoid any food that contain mustard. The food is always amazing and busy.

This beautiful diamond is hidden on a corner adjacent to Willesden Green Station. It is warm friendly and the food is so beautiful it makes you gasp with pleasure. Sanzio has quickly become one of my favourite Italian restaurants in London, and is definitely one of the best pizza restaurants! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, the food and wine is excellent, and the restaurant even has a nice little outdoor area for the warmer months.

Sanzio is always friendly and the food is delicious. The difficulty with most restaurants these days is music. This was a bit loud when we arrived but they turned the volume down when we found it a problem and we had a really enjoyable evening.

My wife and I came for dinner last night. We had such a pleasant evening, food was delicious and waiter ( guy with beard, sorry we still don’t know his name) was absolutely great! He came to our table to make sure everything was okay with our meal. Such a nice evening! Sanzio is still our little gem. Highly recommended!!

As always, an excellent meal, service and atmosphere. It is the only restaurant I have been to that does a lovely Alcohol Free wine. Well done.

The food here is very nice especially the truffle pasta and for dessert we had tiramisu, it was very flavourful and the staff even gifted us another tiramisu. Even though they closed at 9pm today, they were still serving us with excellent service.

Sanzio is a local traditional Italian and always delivers with great food, friendly and helpful staff, and a good atmosphere. Locals have been eating here for years. The outside dining area is great all year round, with heaters when it's cooler.

I was disappointed by my experience which is a shame as when I first went to this restaurant some years ago it was excellent Service is lacking .stood for ages until someone acknowledged me and pointed out table ( despite booking ) food took ages to arrive Food was good though our pizzas were warm rather than hot and expensive for what it was . I arrived early and whilst waiting for my friend to arrive was told I couldn't order a starter ,had to order all together !

We had a party for approximately 20 people in the back room at Sanzio and it was fantastic. The food was great as always, and the service could not be faulted. Their private area is lovely and cosy, with some outside space too. Would recommend.

We love the cozy atmosphere at Sanzio as well as the delicious menu. We had a super waitress who was very attentive and helped us with what we needed to celebrate a birthday in our group.

We had a lovely dinner on Tuesday night... food was great, atmosphere great and the service was good...It;s not cheap in there and the last 2 times i've been the portions have got smaller - of risotto was small and a few weeks ago - same with my pasta. Also the desert which was £7 had one small scoop of vanilla ice cream i very mean. Unfortunately It's getting too expensive and mean to go too very often. Shame as really like it there.

We had a guy who I’ve not been served by before. He was very poor we had booked a table it was our anniversary. He said just sit where you like so the booking system is pointless. Then he took our order and got it wrong we had to ask few times for him to give us dessert menu. It is a shame as we go often and love this place.

Dear Sanzio, I live locally and have been to your restaurant on several occasions. Sadly our latest visit was disappointing. Whilst the food remains excellent, the level of service left a lot to be desired. We were delivered the wrong starter, the correct starter then arrived late, and there were no napkins or cutlery for the other person at the table. More importantly - and I’ve noticed this before at previous meals - we were asked to keep the same cutlery for both the starter and main, which was also placed on the table top between courses. This is frankly quite unhygienic - perhaps you should just buy more cutlery ? We also noticed there were only forks and steak knives on the table but no spoons or standard knives, which is strange given I don’t think you serve steak…to an extent I understand the serrated knife can be used for cutting pizza. But for a standard pasta dish a spoon is clearly needed. Overall I still like the restaurant and the food is great, but please try and improve your service. And the general lack of cutlery seems a bit odd. Thank you
