Popped in for coffee last week and had light lunch . Partner been back several times since and we took family this evening for dinner it was absolutely outstanding in every way food drink service atmosphere will be back very soon !

Very Good food, service and drinks for a reasonable price

I’ve been looking for Italian restaurant for long time and finally find one place where I feel like I’m in back country. First of all the setting is very clean and welcoming,the staff is very kind and helpful in everything from the waiter to the chef. Everyone of them make the service perfect and pleasent. I been there many times to try their choices they have in the menù and everything was been served perfectly and very delicious dishes. Since the first time I been there,this is for sure the best Italian restaurant and I will go there everytime. I suggest to everyone to go and try because they have more varieties and as far as prices are concerned, it is accessible to everyone.

A hidden gem! Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere but more importantly great food and more importantly than that;the service. We were treated so beautifully by every member of staff, some of the best service I’ve had in a while. Food was delicious, authentic, fresh ingredients but keeping the Italian simplicity. We recently dined at this lovely restaurant with a friend . On the night we had some delicious authentic pizzas and amazing Chianti wine. The service was superb and the decor of the restaurant was lovely. We highly recommend it to everyone.

I’ve visited this restaurant twice with my boyfriend and my brother, and overall, the food has been great. The staff is generally very nice, with one exception. There was one staff member, who seemed to be working mainly in the kitchen, who appeared a bit grumpy on both visits. During our first visit, he had an argument with one of our servers and started swearing at him in Italian (or what sounded like Italian). While everyone has disagreements occasionally, I felt bad for our server, who was welcoming and friendly throughout our meal. He handled the situation gracefully, avoiding a scene in front of customers, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn’t see him during our second visit. Despite this incident, the food was consistently tasty and enjoyable.

We were served by Andrea today. The restaurant and atmosphere was very good along with the service,. Andrea was very patient and served us very nicely. The diavola pizza was 10/10

I went here on a high pressure night to celebrate a great accomplishment in my family. I cannot stress how much this place saved me. Food was beautiful and perfectly made, and the waiter was fantastic. It completed an important night with such a great finish and I would highly recommend this restaurant to ANYONE passing through and hungering for Italian. 10/10

An absolute gem of an Italian restaurant! I held a celebratory dinner for my engagement here and staff were so accommodating for a large group of people. The food was amazing and the tiramisu was fantastic! I highly recommend.

Amazing Restaurant... At the first visit we felt like being home. We had a great time there, with great service and great food. We have been there today for the second time and it was brillant again. If your in London and want to eat great fantastic italian food with fair prices - visit them!

VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICES!!! We been there 4 people to have lunch. At first the guy who took the order told us that we ordered too much food,then 30 min later food came just for two of us and said in 5 min will bring the rest. Another 30 min later and the food hasn't came ,we had to pay for what we eat (only 2 people),leave the restaurant and been down the road to Epic lounge to get food for other 2 people. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

A group of 45 of us attended the restaurant yesterday, Diana and her team were absolutely amazing, they were accommodating and the food was delicious. We will definitely be eating there again

this evening we ate a delicious pizza at Di Loro pizzeria. for a moment we felt like we were in Italy again. all the ingredients were fresh and genuine just like the heavens we ate in Italy. compliments to the pizza chef Francesco and the staff, everything was perfect... the burrata was spectacular.

Very welcoming place, I went a few days ago for a birthday and the setting was beautiful, the restaurant itself was very pleasant, the staff were welcoming and very nice! The quality of the food was excellent, you could feel the freshness of the ingredients used and I was really satisfied. The pizzas were spectacular, true Italian quality! The prices were very reasonable, prices ranged from £10 to £20, I would say excellent for this incredible quality of service and cuisine. I really recommend it, first of all I can't wait to return to enjoy casual dining and I will certainly choose DI LORO to celebrate occasions as I was pleasantly surprised this first time I visited it!

Amazing place, very friendly staff and delicious food! We were pleasantly surprised to discover this amazing place that really made us feel like we were in Italy! The staff welcomed us very well, very kind and friendly, the menu presented a nice variety of dishes, we tried both the pizzas and the pastas and were really satisfied. The pasta was very tasty and the pizzas were delicious, you could feel the quality and care put into the preparation, they used a wood-fired oven as per Italian tradition! We were also impressed by the quality-price ratio, reasonable and very honest for such incredible quality! I would definitely recommend anyone who loves Italian cuisine and is looking for a welcoming and pleasant place to try “DI LORO”, you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be back very soon, I can't wait to taste more new dishes and feel so welcome again by the DI LORO staff!

Amazing place, very friendly staff and delicious food. You could taste the excellent quality! Menu was vary, we tried both pastas and pizzas and we were really satisfied with our choices. Pizza was amazing and you could taste the difference of it from other restaurants, they were cooked in a wood oven as italian tradition and ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. Service was quick and efficient and staff cared a lot about customer satisfaction, they were really nice and welcoming. Prices were reasonable, very honest for such amazing quality. Definitely going back soon!

good morning, I'm the chef Sandro, this is an Italian restaurant and all the products from meat to fish are fresh and professionally treated and nothing is pre-cooked, our pizza (one of the best in London) has a 72 hour leavening with a high digestibility, here all the staff do their best to make their customers satisfied.

My family and I -2 children (2and 3 years old)and my wife recently visited DI LORO , drawn by its promising reviews and enticing menu. The ambiance of the restaurant was welcoming, with tasteful decor and a comfortable setting. The staff was courteous and attentive, adding to the initial positive impression. We started our meal with the main course, we opted for TAGLIATELLE AL RAGGU, COSTATA DI MANZO , GRIGLIATA MISTA each dish arriving not hot but beautifully plated. Meat was testing like reheated and had a bad taste. Unfortunately, our experience took a downturn post-lunch . All four of us experienced stomach discomfort and diarrhea shortly after eating at the restaurant. This was quite disappointing and concerning, as it suggested potential issues with food hygiene or preparation standards that need to be addressed. While the flavors and initial service at DI LORO were commendable, the aftermath of our meal was a significant deterrent. I would urge the restaurant management to investigate and ensure that all health and safety standards are being meticulously followed to prevent such incidents from recurring. In conclusion, while the restaurant offers a promising culinary experience, our visit was marred by the subsequent illness. Caution is advised until the establishment addresses these issues.

First meal back in the UK. Was looking forward to something with flavour for my birthday after travelling all day. Di Loro, did not disappoint. We had pizza, salad tricolore & cocktails. Waiter was lovely too. Salad tasted fresh and flavourful Pizza was tasty too. Nice crust too (don’t normally eat the crust)

Pizzas delivered were wrong. The employee took my phone and address to "deliver the right order himself." Manager called back and said that they would not deliver, and was horrendous on the phone.

Great place , very friendly staff, modern style of the restaurant which includes comfortable seats 💺, reasonable prices for large and freshly made food. My biggest interest was full filled as soon as I was served an excellent double espresso with combination of free time to work on my laptop 💻, so I can recommend this restaurant as great place for family time as well as for individual like me who has to study in the evenings and need that extra boost of double espresso. I can say that clients in this restaurant are very respectful to others, so they are not using their phones on loud speakers. Well done, I really enjoy relaxing here, my mind is somewhere in Venice, when I listen the Italian music here. Just keep it up. Thank you guys.

As an usual customer of the place (3-4 times per week), I recommend eating here. I have tried many restaurants in the area and I find Di Loro as one of the best. Food is really tasty and affordable, the menu offers a large variety of dishes and, most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I went on a Saturday afternoon with my 4 little ones after searching for good Italian food on Google map and left very satisfied!! We had a pizza and two pasta to share and food portion was great and enough to share. The drinks were good too, the kids had a smoothie and a Virgin mojito to share and were all very happy. Being a fellow restaurant owner I can see why they getting these great reviews with their food, service and lovely setting. Highly recommended!
