First visit to Sabden today and called at the cafe for an ice cream as the sun was out. Such super friendly staff and so helpful, lovely atmosphere and good cafe menu to choose from the place was spotless. Will definitely call back to sample some of the lovely food and cakes on offer as the cafe was just about to close. Well worth popping in.

Great welcome off all the gang. Place was busy with lunchtime diners and trades with take outs. Good hot brews, proper good value grub. Spotlessly clean. Marvellous.

Sanwitches is a lovely little place, tucked out of the way about 100 years from the main road through sabden. The cafe itself is lovely, simple decor but with lots of witchy decor - prints and posters, model, little nods to the pendle witches can be amen throughout. That’s enough of the witches stuff. The most important part, the food. The menu is simple enough, promises good food at decent prices, it delivers. Through from the breakfast to the lunchtime mains everything is locally produced, cooked to perfection, and delivered to your table with a smile, and probably a story to make you laugh too. The food is delicious, the service impeccable, the prices and the venue also stack up. Highly recommended.

Got take-out all day breakfast, regular size. Really lovely, top quality breakfast, and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend, and will certainly be back. Looking forward to trying other things from their menu. Love that everything is homemade and locally sourced.

Nice little cafe in an old mill complex. Really pleasant staff and food all homemade. I had a very tasty portion of cheese pie with mushy peas and gravy. The pie was a mixture of 2 types of cheese and really good with very nice pastry. My wife had a very large coronation chicken roll which she thoroughly enjoyed. They don't spare on the filling. Prices are not expensive and seems a proper local meeting place

It was mine and my partner’s first time visiting for takeaway and we will definitely be back. The food was delicious and the staff were so lovely and polite. All together we got a tuna jacket potato with cheese, a tuna melt panini and an apple pie cake with custard. All of the ingredients were really high quality and you could tell a lot of care had gone into making them. The staff would bring out your order as soon as you arrived and made sure you had everything you needed before they left you to serve the next customer. Would definitely recommend!

Saw the sign at the end of the road, never been to Sabden before but was on business for a couple of hours. Menu outside, phone the number and the lovely man brought my food straight to my car. So organised and really friendly. I had sausage and caramelised onion panini... it came with salad and coleslaw. Just what I needed. Wonderful service! Thank you 😊

Was booked into a nearby hotel but wanted to eat out with our woofs, what a find ! dispite all the current madness this place had everything in place, but did it with a relaxed and sensible fashion. The breakfast we had was excellent (they could charge a £1 more ! ) and very very good value for money. check out the jammie dodger cake if they have it devine. would highly recommend

Lovely chilled cafe with a fantastic menu and a quaint Harry Potter theme! Christine and Spike are welcoming, extremely helpful and made us all feel very chilled. They love dogs too,my dog was given handmade treats (10/10 from Ziggy!) The produce is local from well known establishments which I love as I am a keen supporter of local trade. They were covid ready with hand sanitiser to be used on entry and socially distanced seating. I had a brunch and a brew it was excellent and more than filled a space...It's just a shame I couldn't fit one of their home made cakes in! Next time 👌

David and Christine Moore run this wonderful Harry Potter Themed Cafe in the Old Mill which has recently undergone some refurbishments since the Antiques Centre Closed. You are greeted with a local warmth , and many of the items on their Menu of good basic fayre is locally sourced such as the Sausages from Clitheroe & this is written on the Menu. Pies are from Roy Porter in Chatburn & these sell out very fast. They have made the Harry Potter Theme very atmospheric so for anyone who follows the Books & Films will feel right at home .It's an ideal Cafe for Ramblers & Cyclists to call in at to boost their energy levels. They do Sandwiches to take away , & they also have information on the historic & local Lancashire Witch trail too, in fact when you enter the Cafe look to your right & you will be greeted by the sight of one of these witches. The Cafe must be a big Boost to other local Businesses too. We will be visiting again & will also take our granddaughter & highly recommend it to friends as well. Sadly the Cafe will be closed for the next Three Weeks while the owners & their Children take a well earned Summer Break. The Cafe is normally open Monday to Saturday 08.30 am to 14.00 pm & closed on Sundays.

Was recommened by a friend, so I was sent to scout it out for all my colleagues and report back. What a charming cafe. The owners and staff are wonderful and have created a happy, relaxed atmosphere. My little boy was kept entertained by the toys available and was not made to feel like he had to sit and be quiet. In fact at one point the owner was playing with him, putting in a good order for my son to make. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. It's definitely worth a visit!!

Always call in for a full English with family such as my mum or boyfriend when I’m back home visiting! Such tasty food & really reasonably priced! They even allowed me to swap one item of food for another hash brown so that’s a 10/10 in my eyes! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go & do recommend to anyone who asks me! I’ll be back when I’m next visiting Sabden that’s for sure!

Best place around for brunch; or even just a quick pit stop for a brew and cake. I opted for a BLT on gluten free toasted bread which was absolutely delicious and the little one had a Nutella Crepe with lashings of whipped cream. Fab as always!! :) :)
