Santos Pizza in Knowsley

Pizza was hardly warm, tasteless and to much cheese, chips were cold and Dona meat was cold

Missing sauce on the Kebab and no milkshake.

Don't order from here, 1 small piece of chicken per slice of pizza, I've never seen anything like it from a takeaway shop.

Food arrived 2 hours late, had warmer ice cream.

was a nice pizza just needed more tomato base an chips were nice....but was just a little bit late but understandable due to being busy. thanks guy's.

Terrible kebab, definitely not worth £14 hardly any meat on it, asked for sauce to be put in a tub, totally ignored and it was all over the kebab, supposed to get free garlic bread with cheese for spending over £15, didn't get that either, I'd avoid !

Box kebab meal with garlic bread dissapointing, much less meat than equivalent house kebabs from elsewhere. Garlic bread undercooked and went in the bin.

Food was awful i would like to make a complaint . i stated in the comments what i wanted in capital letters . food was 25 mins late . cans was warm hasn’t been in the fridge at all . sauce all over my kebab which has no been wasted total waste of £30 plus £1 tip for the driver i have taken pictures if u need them but something needs to be done about this .

Terrible service ordered 2 kebabs waited over 2 hours phoned to cancel order only to be told can't cancel as I'd paid on card an then was rudley hung up on when I phoned back was greeted with wot u want now will never order from here again DONT no how they are still in business

Just paid £25 for 2 kebabs and a flip nan bread was like a brick obviously left on the grill to long then tried to hide the overdone nan with the meat , never again

Just ordered a doner kebab,wasn't in the pitra bread just cut open on lashed on top, fries was semi warm, and the cheesy garlic bread was cold and very doughy, Had lot of food before but never this bad .

Amazing food always warm and fresh the donor kebabs are lovely, unlike anywhere else! Cheese chips are yummy, big portion and the pizzas good really cheesy and always hot. Delivery times always been great usually pretty early too. Go-to takeaway on a treat night!

Arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately the food wasn’t that great; the pizza was a bit cold and same for the fries and the bbq chicken wraps. Of all the times I have ordered from santos they have been great but this time I am disappointed

Lamb kebab was a bit flat to be honest, garlic bread cheese was flavourless. Pizza nice, chicken combo meal ok. Probably wont be back.

Like with most small kebab/pizza places, you know what you're getting. Santos seem like really decent fellas but it is what it is..... A grubby little pizza gaff that fills a hole when you're hungry. I've eat from there many times and I'll eat from there again.

Our order was over an hour late. No reply when we asked for some money back. Very very disappointed

Haven’t been to Santos for a while, the food today was top dollar!! We only live about 10 mins away, but neither wanted to drive, delivery time was an hour but it arrived on time! The wait was definitely our fault for not wanting to drive haha Would definitely order again!

Ordered from this place twice now, really good. Food is always piping hot & fresh, delicious and good quality & quantity. Delivery is good, especially today when the restaurant called to ask if they could deliver it earlier. Would recommend the family kebab meal which includes fries, the Garlic bread pizza is delicious & my friend had a margarita pizza with mushrooms. Thanks 5*

Shocking! Waited 1h 50 minutes for the food, had to call to remind them to make the order, then it arrived in a polystyrene box which had several holes in it that looked chewed! They need checking out.

The food was delivered within the time frame, but it was disgusting the kebab was over cooked and dry and instantly went in the bin. I can't comment on the rest as that was enough to put me off. I will not be ordering from here again.

Chicken tikka wrap was spicy so that's not good, sweet potato fries were burnt, pizza and garlic bread was okay and onion rings were beyond soggy

As an ex driver (for previous owner) not happy that they will quite happily drive all over huyton but won't deliver to eccelston park when it's less than 2 miles away. Food ok. But did prefer it when Abdul owned it.

I have ordered burger and kebab. Kebab was burnd and uneatable... i have called them to ask other but the guy were look me stupid why i want another. Guy said ok they are sending new kebab.. after 2 hours i dared call them where is my kebab,guy on phone was fedup and said i am in the next... i am still waiting.. dissapointing.... never ever again from here...

Waited 2 hours for a delivery which was annoying on its own then the food tasted like it had been microwaved more than once won't be ordering from there again

Avoid. Ordered pepperoni pizza and it arrived with onions on. Rang them up and they said that it says on the website that it contains onions, so they won’t give a refund. I can’t find on the website where it says this, so they are either lying or their website is terribly designed.

ordered at 7pm, got pizza at 11pm. pizza ok, but it took 5 calls to get it.

Avoid!!! After waiting 90 minutes my pizza was under cooked the doe was raw!! The meatball pizza had 6 half cut meatballs on so really 3 meatballs.they can't cut a pizza to save there lives so as ye trying to pick it up everything is falling off it. To top it the chocolate fudge cake was frozen. I orded from just eat and I got dressed and took it back myself to be argued with and shouted at by staff because I asked for my money back. Am going to be ill from this absolute disgusting place that after I show my findings to trading standards and the local council food standards agency (fsa) along with all the other complaints from google and just eat customers it will be closed down for good.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a pizza at 7:10 last night, 4 phone calls later told was on its way. It's not 11am the morning later and I'm still waiting! Ended up Ordering from queen pizza instead & was with me within 30 mins. Rude staff, absolutely disgusted.

Disgusting wouldn't order from here if I was you I tried here for the first time I ordered my pepperonie pizza at 5/30 and didn't come until 7:45 when when my pizza got here the pizza was like dough and the chips where warm ups if i could give 0 stars I would have.

VERY DISAPPOINTING COULDN'T OF GOT MY ORDER MORE WRONG!! Ordered at 6:50 and didnt arrive until 8:30! When it did finally arrive my garlic bread was missing and my vegetarian pizza was covered in donna meat! What am i supposed to do with that? They did bring a veggie pizza 15 minutes later hence why i did give them the extra star, i never did get m garlic bread but they did give me a free piece of cheesecake and they were also very apologetic but seriously this is not acceptable. They've lost my custom im afraid.

!!! If you hungry better avoid this place !!! I ordered food over the phone about 8pm. After one hour I rang them to find out where is my food and they told me driver is only round the corner. After another 5 calls with same answer I ask to talk to someone competent ( about 11pm ) and he told me you didn't order anything today. Totally wasted time.
