Panamia Pizza in Knowsley

I got a leaflet through the door and decided to order from this place. i got a big pepperoni pizza and oh my god. It was the most nicest pizza i’ve ever had in my life. Now whenever i consider having pizza for tea, i will order from here. i genuinely couldn’t recommend h th is place more

I ordered a pizza and received confirmation via email. After over an hour of waiting I called just to be told they are not going to make the order.

Delivery of an order of one pizza, a burger and a small chips has now taken over 2 hours to complete. Called twice to get an update first time after 1 hour was told about 15-20 min, called again after 1 hour 50 min and was told the pizza was on its way, it’s now been 15 min and no sign of the delivery yet. On the website it said allow 45 min for delivery this is a joke! This is the second time they have done this, apparently did the same to my in laws last week.

Food is so below parr an delivery is so bad pizza smells like bad chip pan oil same as chips it is cheap for materials but ypull understand why

The food is OK but the service is appalling, there delivery is always late by at least 20 minutes.

Cheesy chips are so good. Been here a few times and never let me down. Mo is so kind and a good person to talk to, give him a pay rise. Highly recommend would give 10 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered two kids pizza meals and a Xlarge fries, the fries were so good with plenty of red salt on them, the pizzas were cooked really well too. Portion sizes are great. Will defo buy there again. The kids are full and happy ! Thanks

Took 2 hours to deliver! Rang after an hour and 15 mins said 15 mins 45 mins later finally arrived cold, soggy chips and popcorn chicken and melted milkshakes terrible had to put cheese on the chips and chicken to make it edible terrible if too busy dont take the orders we would of gone elsewhere but spent £30 on my card so Had no choice but to wait 2 hours for cold Soggy food

Food is always lovely here! Exactly what ye want and need at the takeaway. Tasty pizzas, bangin sauces, hefty wraps and solid sides. Milkshakes are naughty too! Haven't got through the entire menu so far but definitely my mission as the staff are exceptional trustworthy friendly people. If you go in you can watch it everything be cooked to if that's your sorta thing. So far I would recommend the meat feast pizza with BBQ base the Donner calzone, the Donner tomato base pizza, garlic mushrooms & the Donner wrap. Don't forget the chilli sauce trust it is amazing. Thanks guys for the food can't wait to come back or get another delivery appreciate the service you provide to the people. Halal too🙏

Always great food from here. Mo and the guys are really friendly. Always smiling and chatty. Nothing is too much trouble for them

Ordered via just eat a few days ago on behalf of my parents. They've gone about it so much had to order myself tonight. Best kebab I've had for years! Pricing is reasonable, delivery time was sooner that projected. Delivery driver was super nice! I've been in store and the staff are really friendly. Can't fault the place!

ordered from here for the last time last night, i ordered some chips an a pizza at 8oclock and when it got to 9:30 i rang as an hour and a half wait is very long for what i got..a rude man picked up the phone and cut me off when i was telling him my house number and abruptly said down the phone 10 minutes, no apologies about my wait or anything of the kind, so i waited 10 minutes gone by, my food arrived at 10 past 10 2 and a half hours after i ordered it. freezing cold waste of money will never return don’t offer a delivery service if people are waiting 2 and a half hours for cold food that’s been sat there for how long? joke. i am disabled otherwise i would have walked there…disabled stuck in the house starving it’s not on !

It was my first and last order , i ordered by 18.00 and received food by 20.00, drink was missing, i called to store they said the driver will bring drink, but they are just lying, food was very untesty. Don't recommend

I ordered from a website. In website it show delivery time 45 minutes, but it takes more then 2 hours. After 2 hours I received a cold food.

Was my favourite restaurant however about two weeks ago just eat said my order had arrived but it hadn't. I tried calling panamia however they wouldn't answer. An hour later and after over 150 calls they finally answered to say they had cancelled my order as I said my food hadn't arrived. They refused to give me a refund and are now refusing to accept any orders. I still have not received my refund do NOT order fom here.

Fantastic pizza as usual, the donner pizza is the best around. Nice quality kebab meat used, staff are always polite and make sure that they provide you with the best food and service possible.

This place does the best kebabs and pizza's I've tasted. Cant say much for anything else as I've not tried it, but the quality ingredients they use I'm sure everything else is amazing. You must try the nutella calzone too, so good and very hard not to order 2. Staff are great too and very friendly.

Soggy burgers and hard chips not to mention some of the kebab missing so by the time they brought it the rest was cold. Save yourself the money and disappointment and just go to mcdonalds.

Ordered here a few times, first couple of times superb but the quality of food went downhill. Just ordered a Meatfeast pizza arrived almost cold, dry chicken, pepperoni didn't taste like anything and the spicy beef overpowered everything else. Very disappointed probably our last time.

Ordered a few times from here. Always get the King Kebab. If anything it's always a bit over cooked and dry, still tasty but if they just nailed that then it's the best by far. I will review again after next visit. Come on lads ease up on the grill ✌️. Review. 02/05/20 Ordered the same as above plus a margarita pizza. These guys still haven't learnt how to use the grill properly. Sadly. Poor. Burnt, Cold and £18. Gutted.

Tonight we ordered food through the website at 730pm. It is now nearly 10pm and we still have not recieved our food. We have been calling the takeaway for the last hour and half but the line is constantly busy!. We have paid for our food but it now seems that we are not going to get it. The restaurant has contacted me to apologise there was an issue with the website. Very plesant manager and offered a refund or a new order.

Just had red salt chips and a large tray of donner meat and it was really nice and also at a bargain price.Will definitely order this again thanks.
