Never got what we ordered orderd a wrap and got a Donner kebab

Food was disappointing this time, everything very salty! Wrong kids meal delivered and no drinks with them?!

fast delivery and the wraps were hot and tasted great. really enjoy their garlic mayo as it nice and thick

Second time ordering, first time we ordered the food came swimming in grease. Thought we'd try one more time tonight.....never again, it's literally round the corner from ours and food came freezing. Not using again, would NOT recommend. Fckn no chance! Not to mention no curry sauce was sent or garlic mushrooms.

Being generous on the delivery time, it was halfway through the 20 minute slot when it arrived. It’s only 2 minutes drive away, should’ve gone and picked it up early. All food was cold when it arrived, ordered chilli sauce with kebab but none arrived. Got 2 lots of garlic mayo with the extras though which didn’t say they arrived with any sauces. Wouldn’t recommend this place as it’s an absolute joke. Can’t get an order right and can’t even deliver it hot when it’s only got to travel half a mile!

Received order on time apart from checking contents after receiving had not received the kids drink that comes with the kids meal and also the topping to add extra on the pizza was not in the pizza (cucumber) other than that everything else was fine.

I’ve enjoyed both the pizza’s and chicken kebabs I’ve tried from here so far best around the area

We ordered a pizza deal and some chips and I can honestly say it was the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, fresh dough and very tasty. The garlic was 10/10. Will 100% be ordering from here every time we want pizza as I couldn’t fault it.

I’ve just had a chicken kebab from here. It was the worst kebab I’ve ever had in my life. They forgot my garlic sauce which is paramount 🤬🤬🤬 The marinated chicken tasted awful and was definitely not fresh chicken. You could tell it had previously been frozen. The salad was limp and you could hardly call the cabbage pickled The bread was soggy because they had placed the 5 chunks of chicken straight on top of it. I was absolutely devastated . The chips tasted like cheap oven chips. There is normally enough to feed 2 people these days when ordering a kebab but this portion was under sized. I immediately ordered another kebab from pizza top which is amazing service and food litterally next door.

the food was greasy cheese chips hardly any cheese and the burger really hard probably know someone out if you shot if at them and don't get me started on the chilli sauce it was like tomato puree and mixed herbs only good thing was the garlic sauce won't be ordering again

Unhygienic place! Don’t ever order from this place

Well, I've never ordered from here so thought I'd give it a go... And, well, not the best... I ordered a half pounder cheese burger, received a quarter pounder cheese burger, it was okay though, but, come on... half... quarter, there is a difference. The chips it came with were under cooked, and the separate onion rings I ordered were the same, tough as tyres... And I never ate them. Can of Pepsi Max though... Spot on, at least the drink was right!!! So, all in all, my meal, which was £15, consisted of, well, a none spectacular quarter pounder with cheese! :/ With that, I doubt I'll order from here again.

food was not very nice the bolenese looked and tasted like kebab meet and not mince. the kebab was 0.5 out of 10 chicken was over cooked and marinated in something horrible.

Once again another outstanding meal, I decided to get the bigger Mixed Shawarma (chicken and kebab) my eyes were definitely bigger then my stomach, came with a lovely salad. It was so good. My husband is loving the Chicken Shish. He’s had it 3 times so far and each time it is perfect. Garlic bread and chips went down very well with my toddler. Garlic bread was tasty and not greasy. 10/10. Flames is my new weekly takeout

driver wasn't sure if address but suppose it's easy mistake , food was tasty enough but a little on the expensive side. would buy again as a treat

I chose my own 4 toppings on my pizza and there was no chicken. I ordered a quindici which arrived with doner meat on it???? it was 40 minutes late, never again

Second time ordering in less then a week and once again another stunning meal. Arrived early, was hot, well cooked and prepared. Could not fault it, chicken is so tasty. So far a great take away ! Keep up the good work

Food arrived early but warm not hot even though only a half mile from the shop. Food very tasty good grill flavours- good that the salad is served in a separate box. Only real thing to change is the bread, below the meat so very wet and greasy better on top and also better if proper flat bread rather than ordinary pitta. Solid 7/10

ordered in advance for 6pm deliver arrived at 6.35. Food only just warm and was mediocre nothing exceptional.

Very happy with the new takeaway, very convenient that is it on JustEat as others in the village aren't. The food was very nice, good portion sizes and super fast! We got two burgers, one chicken and one beef, both very nice, and chips and onion rings perfectly crispy. Arrived early, which we were happy with as we were very hungry!! Thanks

Highly recommend the chicken shawarma it was so tasty, really enjoyed the chips and was nice to have a salad that wasn’t just lettuce. Portion size was excellent, it arrived hot and on time. Also reasonably priced. Will order again.

Ordered a flames grill special kebab and I can’t fault it Arrived early and nice and hot, Both chicken and kebab meat cooked to perfection and very tasty. Also garlic and chilli sauces very good, will be back again 👍

I found a rat tail in my burger

Placed pre order online, took my money ready for a 1620 pick up time and didn't open no way to cancel now waiting to see if the money comes back to me or if I need to file a disputed payment with my bank. Wanted to support a local business rather than going somewhere further out or a franchise chain but I know I will never use this shop ever again. If your opening hours have changed update your info on both Google maps and your own website that I ordered through!!!

All people do is whinge because they're food portions was small or whatever. What do you expect? It's one guy running a whole business. Trying his best. And let's be real, everything thing he has cooked has entered my mouth and blessed every taste bud. Will eat here again and again and again.

Order cancelled by Santinos as we only ordered one pizza. Apparently spending £15 isn’t enough for them.

The food tasted lovely although the pizza was thin Instead of deep pan. The wrap hardly had any filling and the chilli sauce was missing. The delivery driver also did not shut my gate properly by using the latch that was visibly locked when he arrived. This is concerning considering I have 2 dogs that escaped this morning because the gate was not locked from his visit! One of my dogs is a guard dog and I need my gate shut properly at all times. I have a visible sign on the gate saying 'beware of the dog'! Please make sure your staff close peoples gates properly .....

Ordered on just eat as had no cash on me, had been drinking and only place near that was on just eat/Uber eats so gave them an opportunity, usually use pizza top next door. Delivery was quick, but be quality and portion size very poor. Won't use again unless very desperate.

Poor portions for the price. Chips are terrible, not much meat in the chicken kebab. Ordered 3 meals. All were poor.

Really nice across the board. Delivery was quick and on time. I've tried different things such as kebab, garlic chips and Pizzas. Stuffed crust pizza was a little undercooked in the crust but taste was brilliant. Chips are pretty good, not the best but pretty good and kebab definitely up there as one of the best around.

Tonight our main man from santinos stopped on his way home to give myself, my husband and my eldest a lift home 😃. I can’t recommend this pizza shop highly enough, food is always fab and service is above and beyond 👍🌟

Basically.I had an order off 2 donner wraps garlic bread order came in about ten minuites donner wraps where absolutely unreal garlic bread must have been made by god and the Pepsi’s tasted like heaven in a 330ml can
