The food was simply delicious! Came hot, almost as if if was made 2 minutes earlier.

Food quality was terrible, no sauces in the bag when specifically requested. Ordered loaded fries and you can tell they were rushed. Never ordering from here again

Great food , just a shame one part was opened and ruined the opened chips

delivered by someone in the store uniform, packaged really well and hot on arrival. unfortunately it just didn't really have much taste, it was ok hence the 3 stars, but flavour wise it didn't offer much for us.

False advertising. Order should have received 40% off as it was over £25 Friday to Sunday. However, this was not given. Only 15% was given. Just eat are refusing to refund the 25%. Will never use this place again. Terrible customer service

Quick delivery. The chicken strips were tender crispy and tasty, fairly spicy. The spicy wings were quite spicy which is good. The regular chicken was my least favourite as it was quite soggy and quite small pieces so not much chicken. The chips I didn’t eat as they are not very nice. Likely wouldn’t order again

Gave normal fries instead of the spicy. Otherwise always top quality from these guys.

They need to work out the chips

Food was mediocre, pay a few pennies more and walk 30 seconds further to Big Mouth. The chicken was not very tasty and the menu isn't very clear.

Ordered a few times now and its been nothing but satisfactory. my coworker said the blaze box burger might be the best burger he ever had. As a chicken wing enthusiast myself, i have to say these are way better than kfc and cheaper as well! keep doing what you're doing Sam!

Chicken rice!!! A fabulous delicious fried succulent chicken with a mildly spiced rice. Brilliant stuff. Good value for the money spent. Definitely will return. Only 5.50

Delivery was nearly an hour late and as a result the food suffered.

I have not received the food yet . The app shows the food is being delivered and enjoy the food . I am starving now . It’s a very bad delivery service as you have already deducted the delivery charge .

Food delivered to the wrong address. After calling the restaurant about the delivery time they told me that they had delivered it and they were adamant that they had delivered to the right address even though i was waiting out front. Rude staff. Staff and drivers are liars.

For a chicken shop you’d expect some half decent wings but no… these were inedible, one bite and spat it out. The chicken itself must have been out of date or gone off because even the dog turned his nose up at it.

It’s very nice but they keep getting the note wrong, i keep saying no drums but on the box they write no flats 😂. I like flats only 😭

Halal, the food is delicious and prices are pretty decent.

Have ordered a few times never a problem but today we ordered and had a child's portion.. £3 or rice when there was only 2 table spoons worth, £8 for half a chicken which wasn't anymore then a leg.. When we called they just said it was standard size, Won't be ordering again

Nice and clean inside, guys who work thdre ussualy smiling and nice maniers. The only thing i cant understand HOW the hell one time chicken is nice gold colour and crispy. Best in town i would say. But then you coming next week for same experience you getting brown ,oiled , greesy chicken? You need speak between staff and make sure quality of food not dropping down. Still gonna come to eat but probably will check my food before pay

Cold burger cold chips very bad food

Strip burgers and fries were OK. Chicken wings were under cooked. I could smell the chicken. Could not eat them. Straight in the bin.

Felt ripped off yes it was late,but a chicken shop out of chicken. £5.00 for a very small bit of chicken 3 of the smallest wings ever must have been from a sparrow and a can of drink and chips. Dry and tasteless will never go again.

If you work at KFC I feel bad for you son…. I’ve got 99 problems but Sam’s chicken ain’t 1!! Takes me back to being a child when KFC was good in the 90s! Do not hesitate to order from here it’s absolutely delicious high quality chicken!

Food was delicious but I'm knocking one off one star because of the desert. I ordered a tub of Ben and Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream but the driver forgot to give me. I had to phone the restaurant and get them to send the driver back. It wasn't until I was putting the tub in the freezer that I realised that they had sent me cookie dough ice cream not choc fudge brownie. I like that flavour too so it wasn't that bad but it was not what I ordered. On a plus note, when I phoned the restaurant it was a bad line. They offered to phone me back and they did so immediately. That was appreciated and all in all I had a good experience with Sam's. I will definitely use them again.

Wow better then KFC!! I was a bit worried this wouldn’t be as nice as KFC but it is soooooo much better can’t even explain how it just hit the spot! The chicken was tender and piping hot, the chips were delicious and the burger was insane packed with flavour! I will definitely be ordering from here again thank you so much!

Ordered for the 1st time chicken box x 4, only 1 thing men said was more fries would be good or offer large fries. Chicken was better than KFC & fries was 100% better than most places, tasted yummy & for me female was plenty. Would order again & recommend Thanks

Extra chicken fillet in meal, nice enough bit of spice but tried charging me for chicken rice when I asked for plain and they dont do gravy

Absolutely superb food. Chicken is great, whether it's wings or tenders or the burgers. The chips are crispy and tasty. You'll never go to KFC over Sam's once you've tried them!

So the foods not anything you’ve never tasted before buts it’s always freshly cooked and very good, the place is spotless and the staff are all over it. Best chicken shop out there
