Second time I ordered and both the hash browns in both burgers have been burnt

First time ordering, I ordered 2 Chicken Burgers, Chips and Hot Wings and unfortunately the food arrived cold. Had to reheat the food first which is really disappointing. The food arrived on time and I answered the door straight away. Not sure if a heat bag was used but it didn't feel like it.

The food was not up to standards. The chips were undercooked and so were the nuggets. And drink given was cherry cola when I ordered regular, didn’t drink it as I hate the taste of cherry. Waste of money and wait.

Peri chicken was tough, and not very hot. Looks like it has been sitting in the warmer plate for a while. Peri rice was average. Loaded chips were delicious tho and would order again. I have used Sam’s before and their burgers, wings and chips were always great but the Peri chicken and rice were unfortunately a miss this time.

chickeb strips not crunchy , no sauces with fries or chicken, fries were cold

Chicken burgers really good, packaging could be a bit better though. Beef burger was ok.

Parts missing, bbq wings spicy and just not up to standard

Ordered from here before and never had a bad meal, although this time the chips were lukewarm bordering cold

They didn’t have my correct address sat in my street for 30 mins I had to ring them food not very hot

I'm not from the area. I found this place on just eat.I thought I'll give it go. I ordered two chicken sandwich meals with drink for myself and my partner. I was quite surprised at how nice this was. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will definitely be ordering from there again.

I ordered chicken wrap,chicken burger and cheesey fries with chicken popers but I like only chicken wrap others are very salty and not recommended

Fantastic place for southern fried chicken, the wings are amazing and burgers are good too just ask them not to put too much mayo in other then that no issues food is always fresh and tasty

Big drop in quality. Soft batter. Disgustingly low quality nacho cheese on the chips. Never again.

I preordered for my food to arrive for 7.15. Food only arrived 30 mins later. Spoke to someone on the phone, wasn’t very friendly and hung up the call. Driver at the door shrugged his shoulders when I asked why it’s so late. Didn’t seem too interested. I’ve just come back from a long trip and wanted some food waiting but nope. Was let down :(

Food quality was terrible, no sauces in the bag when specifically requested. Ordered loaded fries and you can tell they were rushed. Never ordering from here again

delivered by someone in the store uniform, packaged really well and hot on arrival. unfortunately it just didn't really have much taste, it was ok hence the 3 stars, but flavour wise it didn't offer much for us.

False advertising. Order should have received 40% off as it was over £25 Friday to Sunday. However, this was not given. Only 15% was given. Just eat are refusing to refund the 25%. Will never use this place again. Terrible customer service

Quick delivery. The chicken strips were tender crispy and tasty, fairly spicy. The spicy wings were quite spicy which is good. The regular chicken was my least favourite as it was quite soggy and quite small pieces so not much chicken. The chips I didn’t eat as they are not very nice. Likely wouldn’t order again

Gave normal fries instead of the spicy. Otherwise always top quality from these guys.

They need to work out the chips

Food was mediocre, pay a few pennies more and walk 30 seconds further to Big Mouth. The chicken was not very tasty and the menu isn't very clear.

Ordered a few times now and its been nothing but satisfactory. my coworker said the blaze box burger might be the best burger he ever had. As a chicken wing enthusiast myself, i have to say these are way better than kfc and cheaper as well! keep doing what you're doing Sam!

I have not received the food yet . The app shows the food is being delivered and enjoy the food . I am starving now . It’s a very bad delivery service as you have already deducted the delivery charge .

Delivery was nearly an hour late and as a result the food suffered.

Food delivered to the wrong address. After calling the restaurant about the delivery time they told me that they had delivered it and they were adamant that they had delivered to the right address even though i was waiting out front. Rude staff. Staff and drivers are liars.

For a chicken shop you’d expect some half decent wings but no… these were inedible, one bite and spat it out. The chicken itself must have been out of date or gone off because even the dog turned his nose up at it.

It’s very nice but they keep getting the note wrong, i keep saying no drums but on the box they write no flats 😂. I like flats only 😭

Halal, the food is delicious and prices are pretty decent.

Have ordered a few times never a problem but today we ordered and had a child's portion.. £3 or rice when there was only 2 table spoons worth, £8 for half a chicken which wasn't anymore then a leg.. When we called they just said it was standard size, Won't be ordering again

Nice and clean inside, guys who work thdre ussualy smiling and nice maniers. The only thing i cant understand HOW the hell one time chicken is nice gold colour and crispy. Best in town i would say. But then you coming next week for same experience you getting brown ,oiled , greesy chicken? You need speak between staff and make sure quality of food not dropping down. Still gonna come to eat but probably will check my food before pay

Strip burgers and fries were OK. Chicken wings were under cooked. I could smell the chicken. Could not eat them. Straight in the bin.
