Sam's Chicken in Newham

Food was good,but there was no tissues and also the most important think was I order Pepsi max but I got Pepsi max cherry,which is I don’t like.

ordered 3 hours ahead of time for the food to be delivered at a specific time and it was still over 40mins late!! food was cold and service is awful NEVER AGAIN!

The chicken thigh burger was missing when ordered

Food was poor. Spicy burger was not spicy at all. They took too long to prepare the food. It was not the delivery drivers fault

We ordered on uber eats Spicy fillet maxi burger (devils ) - 2 out of 5 Combo box burger - 4 out of 5 BBQ wings - 0 out of 5… Other wings that we had in the meal 2 out of 5 Very greasy, good flavour but still grease was a turn off

My order never arrived because the delivery could not be bothered to take instructions and lied about calling me back ask for the last 4 numbers of my mobile and used this as the pin for the delivery code so I lost money on the delivery on Christmas Eve absolute disgrace!!!

chicken wraps were ok nothing special but the sweet potato chips turned up cold and undercooked which was disappointing.

Sam’s should just stick to chicken, these were the worse beef burgers I have ever had, firstly the bun was too small for the burgers , the sauce was just mayo and it just had cheese and lettuce, like a chicken burgers but with meat? it seemed like the burger and cheese had been put in a microwave as they were rubbery and tough and crunchy round the edges -I will never buy from Sam’s again-the wings were average quality too-waste of £25

This is the best chicken shop in London I will always go here for the end of the time I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for some cheap chicken that is very good and also the staff are very nice and hard working

Tried Chichen Wings & Chicken Pieces with chips. They were good but some were overcooked. Crisp was more than the chicken itself. They should have more sauces. For takeaway, it was packed properly.

I will share details of this establishment which is very worrying. I have ordered from this particular shop for some months, but tonight I may have aswell not existed. I entered the shop just before 11pm to order a chicken rice box, for which I have ordered before many times at similiar times. I felt ignored as many people kept walking up to the counter ands getting their meals before my simple meal. I started showing frustration at the fact they gave the meal I ordered to a guy who came in 15 mins after me, and when i raised my voice the suddenly produced a chicken rice box. A simple meal easily done over the complicated orders of couples and friends who ordered after me and still got their food first. I demanded a refund and walked out.

this place was recommended to me but after receiving my burger in this state for a takeaway I surely won't be returning here again. If you like your food then steer away as there is no quality control I this place, if they can see what they did to this burger and still put it in a bag for me to take away then I don't trust them and I won't be spe ding anymore of my money in this place. steer away if you respect your food to be in a certain and standard way at the very least.

Food was not good at all. There was a stapler pin in my portion of fries. Possibly from the packing as I noticed that they use stapler pins to pack their food delivery. Really big food safety concern. And no sauce - again!

The food was really bad. The wings were extremely dry and tough. Chips were even more dry and stale, definitely old. Burger was okay but was slathered in a cheap mayo that was really horrible. Never ordering from here again.

Don’t get amused when you see the pictures of food. Coz that what you get when order from here. They forgot add flesh to the bones and skin. Those look like half wings (compare the size of wings with my fingers lol).

Food was delivered late almost 35minute. Reason I find out as I was tracking delivery person went to somewhere else which was totally in an opposite side to my address from the shop. He went to deliver somebody else food first then came to us. well this not right, customer has too wait too long. And after long wait food was cold 😟 and after having that food I got abdomen ache🤢 such a bad experience. I was really hungry after 12hours shift. Worst experience. 👎🏻
