Sams in Manchester

I have tried shish kebab, which was ok but a bit small portions compared to other kebab places.

Best chippy I ever been to iml 10 stars If I could friendliest staff aswell

The kebabs are great, the pizzas are alright, the chips are awful

Naan bread on my kebab could not even chew it, was so hard was ridiculous, must be days old and im going to report you a disgrace

One of the highest rated places in the area. Ordered a special kebab and a chicken kebab. Got a free garlic bread with cheese. The large chicken contained 2 large skewers of chicken lightly marinated and grilled to perfection, it was soft and tender. The special kebab was served all separate and contained lamb, chicken, kofte, Donner, chips and 2 nans. Portions sizes are certainly above average and tasted great. The sauces I tried were their homemade chilli and yoghurt, chilli has a bit of a kick and tasted very refreshing, the yoghurt was minty. Although everything tasted good I think I will skip on the Donner and kofte next time. The best thing is definitely the chicken. Prices are very reasonable and they do good meal offers. The free garlic bread with cheese was ok but for me they were too generous with the cheese, some ppl may love it 9/1

The donner meat is lovely, as are the beef burgers, however the chips need help, the chilli sauce also, and the chicken burgers- we bought 2 in our group of 6 and no one ate them. Garlic bread was nice and would order again knowing what to avoid.

I drive 30mins to come here. Simply the best. 🙂

After being let down and waiting 2 hours for a takeaway we cancelled and ordered from sams it took 15 mins and was absolutely gorgeous and hot and fresh. Thank you x

I always enjoy their kebabs, the meat is nice, salad is fresh. Not overly bothered by the bread, I'd sooner have a wrap than a naan or pitta. The garlic pizza bread is lovely too!

The service was polite, friendly and quick. I had the Chicken and Shish kebab which was very tasty. The meat was lean and well cooked and the salad was fresh and varied … and there was plenty of it. Sauces were also nice and the bread was just right - not too thick or thin. Overall spot on - looking forward to returning.

1st time I've used them 2nite....my complaint is I can get 2 koftas 4 £3 round mine..there's was £6 and it just looked like not even 2 koftas broken up so not happy with that 4 the price..but did taste nice

Loved our trip to Sam's (probably our new takeaway of choice!). Friendly staff, good value food and cracking taste. We shared a large Donner kebab, chips and a cheesy garlic bread - couldn't finish it but the food was cracking. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

Just had a donner and a chicken kebab from here it was very tasty and the delivery was fast and the food was hot would recommend it to anyone.

I tried Sam's because I'd heard good reviews on a Wythenshawe community page on Facebook. I ordered a mixed kebab,Donner and Chicken. I have eaten from many Kebab houses and the chicken was spot on for flavour and not dry/overcooked.but the Donner meat was a let down because, although nice in texture/taste, it's sadly one of those that has too much of minute bone shavings that grind on your teeth whilst eating it,which as we know is irritating and off putting,same comparison as eggshell in an egg mayonnaise sandwich ! With the price in mind, the Donner meat needs to be better quality,hence my 3* rating.but apart from that I would gladly eat from there again just never Donner meat again.

I've been going to Sams for years,absolutely outstanding food. If you want quality food at a decent price then for me it's a no brainer it's Sams every time. Staff are great as is Sam,they are a part of the Northern Moor community need i say more.

The telephone staff unprofessional unsure of what there menus are!! plus the staff in the shop too, there hygiene is very poor all handling the food with there hands with no gloves The food is over priced. Lacking flavour. Poor experience Will not eat there again.

Best kebabs and home made chilli sauce in Manchester, Sam's is a traditional Turkish kebab shop,the chicken kebabs are delicious, char grilled chicken ,sam makes his own chilli sauce it's in a vain Marie its beautiful not just hot but very flavoursome, free garlic bread with cheese on orders over £13

Agree with lots of the reviews on here (they don't take card but a cash machine right next door} Recently tried this for pizza in lockdown ,The food was fresh and very tasty,, plenty of fresh filling. Puts Domino's and pizza hut to shame. Really Excellent value for money ,staff seem nice but always busy cooking or serving. Definitely worth a try if in or near area.

My friend recommended Sams to me so after a night out decided to try it..went in and ordered two doner kebabs. The staff were really friendly and polite. The food was made quickly and was amazing! Really tasty and a large portion, best doner kebab i have ever had! I'll be back! Deserves the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is seriously top notch. . had 4 take aways from here and every one has been spot on. The kebab meal for two for £13 is the best value for money you will get could easily eat feed 3 to 4 and is so freh and tasty every time. This place is not to be missed.
