A lovely first visitas a family with hubby and son, who is 7. We thought it was going to be a long wait for beef as usually is in barbecues restaurants, but if there was, we barely noticed in such lovely surroundings. Staff friendly and the beef oh so tender. We will return!

Fabulous meal. The salad bar was plentiful and the choice of meats brought to be carved at your table were delicious and hot. When you want a rest, you turn your token to red, when you're ready for more turn it to green. Staff were really friendly and the guys with the meats knowledgeable about them. Had a lovely Mother's day lunch.

We had been wanting to visit this place for a while and finally made it. It was so worth the wait. A lovely greeting on arrival along with an explanation of the process involved. Salad bar was perfect, as were the cocktails. Then along came the meat! Wow!! What an experience. A great way to sample meat and see which you like the most. Sadly for me, it was all of them!! Go with an empty stomach as there’s so much to eat! The gents serving the meat were polite and professional as were the ladies waiting on us. Everyone worked very hard as the restaurant became busier but the smiles remained. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for my birthday shot as well

We went as a family to sambos and the experience was really good.The salad bar was great and the meats were exceptional. The restaurant itself is good and the toilets are clean and tidy to. The staff were great and gave good information on what was available. The only reason I give it four and not five is because of a couple of things. We booked our table for six people and were told 17.45 was the only slot available so we took it and once we paid the deposits found out the meals are time allocated so we had two hours to eat the meal. By the time you sit down and get comfy you are looking at the clock. We all ate our full and the meal was lovely. Then the rush starts, “ would you like more drinks,do you want a desert” my son ordered another pint one of the family gets a desert and then “ excuse me we need the table for the next customers” the sweet wasn’t yet finished we all had drinks left but we have to get the bill and off we go. This was a bit of a let down to a lovely evening. Sorry one other thing we asked for two small lemonades only to be told we only do pints.( why not pour the pint into 2 glasses) is the easy answer. We loved the experience but little things could of made it 5 stars.

This is a great restaurant. The style is Brazilian barbecue so you get a host of meats coming to you on skewers over the course of your meal. You can decide how little or much you want to eat. Food was brilliant - service was exemplary. We had Hannah who knew her stuff and got the attentiveness to our table just right. We've been before. The location in Weymouth has moved but, thankfully, the quality has been retained.

If you like meat this is the place for you! The variety was excellent and the way it is served is unique. Salad bar is amazing and even vegetarians (if they are brave enough to enter) are well catered for. Very enjoyable evening with very attentive service.

Best steak/meats I've ever had! Fun experience, amazing fast service, very enjoyable evening! Probably one of the best meal outs we've had as a couple, really started our weekend away! I especially rate Hannah, our waitress for immaculate service and thanks for the cocktail recommendations!

We were walk ins for lunch. The waiting staff were friendly, seated us straight away and explained how the restaurant worked. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. We left our cards on green and the meat kept coming. It was piping hot and freshly cooked. You could eat as much as you wanted as they kept bringing it round. The restaurant was clean and warm and the music was not loud but just right. We certainly got our money’s worth, it was definitely value for money. I can’t rate this restaurant highly enough, and will definitely be going back.

Very, very disappointing. Nowhere near as good a it used to be when they were on Abbotsbury Rd. The premises were so cold, we were eating with out coats & gloves on. Two other parties left due to the cold....yes its winter 2 degrees outside, but why no heating. Plates were not heated. I have an allergy to chilli's most of the meats are cooked with chilli's in them. They do not allow bring your own, so if you have sulphite intolerance you won't find a wine you can drink....if you do want a bottle of wine they start from £33. The dinner is £38.95 per person....utterly not worth it. My significant other did eat the meats, & reported mediocre. I think this business will struggle sadly, I hope management can turn it around to how it should be.

First time at sambos food was nice, experience was nice , salad bar average ok . Staff were nice and friendly but the price is quite over priced in my opinion. Other than that would go back again at some point .

Came here on a friends recommendation last Friday the whole experience made me leave with a smile on my face, all the meats were cooked to perfection my favourite being the Brazilian one and my husband was more for the minted lamb which was also incredible, it was my first experience at a restaurant like this but the servers were friendly and helpfully explained how everything worked will definitely be coming back
