Gorgeous food, staff were attentive and very welcoming. It was a really relaxed atmosphere and we came away absolutely stuffed. The Borscht soup to start was delicious. Never had it before, highly recommend. My husband got the meat blini also amazing. For mains we got the chicken shashlik with pickles/hot sauce and Khachapuri with pork. We shared as neither of us could decide. It was a little pricey but would definitely return if we're back in the area. You definitely won't be disappointed. Determined to make a homemade version now.

Amazing food, Georgian wine and a lovely waiter who was so helpful with explaining the wines and the Geogian dishes. Would certainly recommend it. A family run restaurant and good value.

A superb find in Barnes. A comfortable and friendly setting with great service. Tables are perfectly spaced. The food was exceptional. A burst of colour and infusion of traditional Georgian flavours and plentiful portions. We were a table of eight and with many different dishes ordered there wasn’t one that disappointed. The meats were very tender, the salads dressed in amazing herbs and spices , not forgetting the tasty dumplings and flavoursome aubergine, beetroot and carrot starters which we ordered a selection of to share. Most of the drinks were native to Georgia. Those drinking wine in our party found them most enjoyable. This hidden gem was a great find and well worth a visit. We will be returning.

This was the best dinner we've had in a very long while. We knew that the georgian cusine is an often overlooked gem but this restaurant was an even better than expected experience. The service was an absolute delight, quick and helpful (especially acommodating allergies) and the food was to die for. We can very highly recommend! Please visit and enjoy like we did tonight.

Having never had Georgian food before, thought we would try this place which took over the location from a favourite Italian. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was amazing, portions very good, overall an excellent meal. Great value for money. Will happily visit again.

Food was great. Ambiance could be slightly better. New visitors had to go through the room to speak with waiters about availability of seats. It is small space so, for 15 minutes I had strangers standing behind me and looking to my plate.

Lovely buzz to this Georgian restaurant in Putney. Highlights: lamb shashlik, lovely red bean stew, kgachapuri with cheese, nice fries, Dolmades. Can't tell you how much it cost but the prices looked reasonable. A throwback to U Pirosmani in Moscow which used to be by the Novodevichy monastery. Well worth a visit. Excellent service, tad slow but nothing terrible.

Very good food in good portions and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can tell it’s a family run restaurant that takes real pride in what it does and creates a great atmosphere. The chicken in creamy garlic sauce and the honey cake are incredible in particular.

Friendly service, cozy, and real Georgian dishes that are very well executed. A touch on the pricier side, portions a little small for me and the wine list, while good, could do with a bit of a refresh. This said, I come back whenever I'm in Castelnau so that says it all !

the food was great and we tried things we had never heard of. had georgian wine and georgian table water. dumplings were superb. service was friendly and helpful. it was however quite expensive.
