Robbers said it was open but wasnt accepted the order went to it after hour and half and another customer was there with same problem accepted order and just took our money and you could see threw the window all the orders they had accepted and the name of it has changed to everyone needs to avoid this place even if change name again cause they will just rob you

Don't normally leave reviews like this but the fact there has been so many complaints and then a cheeky name change to salt and pepper needs brought to the publics attention. You should not be in the food industry, end of.

budget food you get what you pay for

Placed order around 11am, its now nearly 2pm and still no sign of food. EDIT : food arrived at 2:30. Items missing on the order, no gravy for any of the dinners. Food overall very disappointing wish I saved my money and not bothered!

Worst place I have ever ordered from spent £13 on £2 worth of food, turned up half and hour late then the driver sat in the car on the phone for 5 minutes before delivering our food, don’t waste your time.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I opened the box to nearly a full can of beans, 1 soggy sausage, a harsh brown that had seen better days and bacon that looked like it was still oinking on the pig, the scrambled egg was like 1 teaspoon. It was honestly the worst breakfast ive ever seen a 5 year old could make better. Salt & pepper need to stop blanking the phone and refund people, or better yet get closed down cos its horrendous. Id give it -1000 if i could. Avoid here its vile.

Customer service and staff are friendly, shame about the breakfast, hash browns soggy and taste as if they've been sat in a hot cupboard for hours, sausages were disgusting, paid extra for toast (50p) didn't even come buttered, will not be eating here again even if it is the only place open on a sunday

Worst place I have been for breakfast order wasn’t done when it was meant to be then was offered a cuppa to wait as she running behind didn’t receive that and then ontop of that going on about having no cutlery ect so what did you use then and swearing on that there ain’t this and that pretty bad customer service tbh food was chucked in box Soggy hash browns with half cooked sausages

Ordered at 12:55 said food would be here at 2:00pm. 2:12 said they were just making the order at 2:44 just told them to cancel our delivery. If you cannot keep your times atleast update the customer appropriately don't have them chase you via phone.

Don’t even wanna give this place one star it’s absolutely vile. I ordered mince and dumplings looks like something a dog spewed up there’s no mince the dumplings was burnt at the top; undercooked and doughy at the bottom. Very overpriced for what you get.
