Estoy totalmente de corazón este lugar. Mi japonés favorito por mucho y tan afortunado de tenerlo cerca de mí. Los bollos de hirata son para morirse. Su yakisoba trae una lágrima a mi ojo cada vez que lo como. Su sashimi de salmón es rebanado grueso, tan fresco y simplemente increíble. Mis favoritos son los rollos de dragón. Me encanta su curry katsu también. Los dueños también son muy amables y se puede decir que cocinan su comida con amor. Porciones masivas y tan malditamente baratas por tan increíble calidad.

We have been regulars at Sakura since they started out in Alderbrook, before moving to S Woodford. Friendly service, a real focus on freshness and quality that is matched by inexpensive prices. Sakura gets v busy at weekends so order early! 10/10!

Estos chicos tenían el lugar más pequeño en Aldersbrook para Snaresbrook. Son muy amables y también dan diferentes cosas para probar. A los niños les encanta y el sushi tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, es más barato que los supermercados y es más fresco y sabroso. Incluso si no te gusta el sushi, el katsu y los bollos son deliciosos. Bien vale la pena intentarlo.

Qué gran lugar, la comida es de primera clase y muy sabrosa. Estas personas saben sus cosas. Muy recomendado por mí y por varias personas que conozco. Brillante.

I'm a frequent customer due to the high quality, fair prices and excellent service. I've turned many fussy friends into sushi fans with this place. We have been ordering from Sakura for over a year now since they were based at their old location. Having tried lots of Japanese restaurants in London I have to say this is the best out there, especially for the price. The Spicy Chicken Hirata buns are definitely our favourite and the sushi is always top quality and very well prepared. The owners are incredibly friendly and generous and really care about the quality of their food which really shows. They even give Miso soup and sometimes spicy chicken pieces when waiting for your order. Overall very highly recommended! Order early on the weekends as they tend to get busy in the evenings.

My whole family this place! Delicious food, reasonably priced with super friendly service. Their amazing menu has expanded now they have moved to Hermon Hill. I cannot recommend this place enough - excellent all round!

And the cheapest! In the middle of no where but worth the trip. Very fresh and made to order. Very friendly. Tiny and for takeaway really but you can sit outside if the sun is shining. Parking is easy. Bring the dogs and have a walk on the flats or Wanstead park.

A friend recommended this take away, so I was keen to check it out. You wouldn't necessarily be drawn in to this place but the food was really delicious and the Katsu curry is so good I will be back soon. Service outstanding and very friendly. Highly recommend it. This is a business that will do well and not disappear like many start up's.

I can't tell you how happy I am that this has opened up. The quality is great and the staff are great too - they deserve to do well.

I was visiting my son in Wanstead. He suggested having a Japanese take away. I was not too sure but I thought why not try. I have never eaten Japanese before, but my son assured me I would like it. We walked to the take away. I was introduced to the owners by my son as he is a regular. They are very friendly. The cafe/sushi bar is very small with a couple of stools to sit at whilst waiting for food to be prepared. There is seating outside that you can eat at. The cafe and the owners were very clean with everything in its right place. The menu consists of 78 different foods from appertizers, main meals and desserts. Also a good selection of hot drinks and cold drinks. They also do Sushi Lunch boxes. I tried the Chicken Katsu the owners told me I would like it as they had found out this was my first time. I wasn't disappointed the word delious comes to mind along with tasty. The owners also gave me a tray of sushi to try as a gift. This was lovely too. My son had the Salmon Teriyaki which I had a taste of which was lovely. The meals seemed to be good value although as it was my first time I don't have anything to compare with. Overall a good meal very enjoyable and I will definately go again next time I am visiting my son. One of Sakura's mottos is. "From your side, just put your trust in us. From our side. We will give you the best". All so very true. Well done Sakura
