Staff have been cut in half through redundancies and those that are left are working two jobs each and have given up. Everything at the store is either broken or in dire need of refurbishment. There is no investment in this store and we have just found out Sainsbury's are selling the land to property developers. Staff here should transfer away or go and work for another supermarket chain before they find themselves at the job centre. Store management and head office need to be castrated.

Disgusting attitude from management and staff. They don’t even know what time they’re supposed to be open and act like you owe them something for being there. Not the customers problem if you don’t want to be there. Get better training and grasp what customer service actually looks like.

The hot meat section has been changed now to pre packed. Can’t see what your buying until you get out the store. Quality and quantity has changed dramatically for the worst. Before you had staff that served and bagged up food for you with interaction. You could ask about the food. Now our company goes els where for lunch. And forget about the cafe there only good if you have a 2 hour lunch break.

No more service tills. Stress of a trolley shop piled up on basket size shelf, goods falling off etc. Poor lady trying to help everyone with problems. Close the store for new houses asap.

I’m currently round a friends house and I am 20 and I was waiting for the online shopping to be delivered when arrived I was told I can’t take it because I am not over 25 when I told the man I was 20 and he can have my ID he said no he doesn’t want to see my ID he just can’t give it to me if your 25 and under if there is alcohol and then proceeded to ask for an adult. This was humiliating !!!! I am an adult I am 20 years old and will be 21 in 2 weeks I had a driving licences on me of proof of age but the driver did not even want to check. This is crazy as I could go into your store buy a bottle of wine show u my ID an be allowed to buy it. You need to educate your drivers on the meaning of think 25 as it is by law that you must be over 18 to buy alcohol not 25 and that think 25 is to just cover their backs to make sure u are correctly ID, what a terrible experience would never order from sainsburys again.

Cancelled my food delivery 1 hour before the scheduled time! This is ridiculous, as I am self-isolation and cannot go to the physical store. The next available delivery slots are few days away. What am I suppose to eat until then? On top of that, I used my 2 GBP coupon for the order, which I did not get back after the delivery cancelation! They did not even offered a new slot, instead they told me to reorder each item again because they cannot see my order details. Easily, 1 star review.

Just had some just milk (semi skimmed) from this place and its amazing! The shop overall is great, but the just milk they have is delicious!

Nice market with a good selection of prepared foods. Very easy to get in and out of, plus decent selection of regular food items. Excellent selection of ciders and beers. This was a very handy shop to have near us during our recent visit to London, would definitely shop here again.

It was a hot day and we were out of water and my daughter was just going nuts walking. We needed to hydrate. Fortunately, I found a Sainsbury. People go there to eat and grab a lunch, but for me it was the market that attracted me. There was a good sale going on as well on candies and fruit. Now, remember I was just going to buy water. That didn't happened. I bought around 30 pounds worth of things, including water. It was too good to let it go. If you go in to this market, I highly recommend to just go around and look for good prices. I know I found good things. Enjoy exploring the aisles.

This Sainsbury’s is my local one, have eaten here probably once before and I don’t remember it being as bad as yesterday (Sunday) decided to take my elderly mother for a little lunch. On the board it advertising it’s Sunday Roast either Roast Beef or Sliced chicken,my mother asked for the Chicken, when I went to order the cashier say “sorry no chicken”. So I ordered the Roast Beef, as I am a vegetarian I asked for a vegetarian option cashier says “no we don’t” So I ordered the Vegetarian Lasagna. When the food came we couldn’t see the Beef (hahahahaha) I said the the waitress where’s the Beef, she replied “underneath” the Beef was awful looked like it was out of a packet... My Lasagna was just warm. There were no napkins in the napkins boxes and only one Fork. When I asked for napkins and Forks the girls say to me “we’re too busy” Too busy to put out napkins and cutlery. A number of tables were dirty with trays and the floor where we sat was filthy. Unbelievable, am disappointed I didn’t take any foto’s.

I never write reviews but in here "security" is insane. It was a big queue but no one was going to self check out. I was in the queue for couple of minutes so I saw no one is going then I go. Straight away a guy jumped in front of me saying get back to queue. I said no one is going there so why? Well he's answer is no need to rush? Honestly why is he there? What for? Then he started forcing me back to the queue even it was no one at the self check out. Please sainsbury's why are you employing people like them? Luckily Tesco just opposite of the road. Never go again to get abused saying I'm jumping the queue.

We went to Sainsbury with my girlfriend, we bought planty of staff and have lunch in the coffee shop. A couple of days later we got a letter from the shop for a 100 pounds parking overstay. You suppouse to have read the signs. No body told us anything when we arrive, niether when we left. Sad! Awful company!

Sainsbury stores management is quite appreciative. One suggestion, there must be separate section for Indian food lovers specially for the Vegetarian who don't eat egg and Fish but like to eat dairy items like butter,cheese,paneer and yoghurt

Spent twelve days in London and frequented a few of the Sainsbury’s locations. Really convenient place to grab a quick lunch (sandwich, chips, drink) or a snack. Prices are very reasonable.

So much choice in this big supermarket, we had a hard time not spending too much time here, because we love to see what supermarkets stock in different countries.

This is a hyper market and you can get almost anything here. There is plenty of parking and buses that go to most areas in London stop just outside the supermarket.
