Great atmosphere, food was amazing and loads of it. Staff really professional and service was on point. This is a little gem of a place and worth a visit. Since discovering this gem we have been quite few times, held birthday party meals and now our Christmas party shortly. Defo worth a visit if you love a good meal in a chilled environment.

Dined there this evening with my family, food was absolutely delicious - staff were on point very hospitable. Manager was very attentive to the guests and offered us complimentary baklava after our meal. Entertainment was thrilling had everyone engaging felt like i was abroad!

Went there for my friend’s birthday today everything was perfect , food was 10/10 service and atmosphere was brilliant and to be honest i wasnt expecting this type of vibe as a first time being here . We had an amazing time plus they offered us a baklava on the house for the whole table which was very sweet of them . Highly recommended and well managed by the management 👌🏼

Given five stars because this place is absolutely amazing I’ve been here many times for birthdays and I am a chairperson of a social group and we’re going to put it regularly on the programme. The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff are so friendly and the belly dancers are wonderful . Many thanks for your hospitality. You are amazing and we will be back a lot. We will now be back in January and maybe before thank you for such a lovely evening.

We had a drink while waiting for a takeaway. The staff were polite and well-mannered, and the decor was good. Maybe it was our mistake, but once we plated it at home, we were looking at something we could have gotten for half the price. But £48? Look at the pictures. I'm sure all would have been well if we had eaten in. I've learned my lesson thinking I can pop in, order a drink, and walk out of there with a takeaway.

Service on Saturday night was great. We come here a lot but even though it was busy, food was prompt, drinks & Shisha was on time. Forgot to catch the name of the guy serving us, he went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Of course we will be coming in again.

Always good vibes, good staff and good food

I had lunch here with colleagues and I think everyone was happy enough with the food. The squid and prawn starters were very good and my grilled sea bream was nicely cooked. The restaurant itself was very empty and rather chilly. Maybe it is livelier in the evening.

Overall good except that the bartender guy needs customer service training. He does not know how to speak to customers.

Food was delicious, but the portions size were small. I have been to Lebanese restaurants before, but the quantity of hummus we paid for was way too much than what we got. Staff were nice, they asked about allergies before serving food. Halal food. But they do serve alcohol in the menu. We ordered the special platter which comes with 4 sides(chips/rice/salad) for 85 pounds, which we shared between 4 adults.

I ordred on Uber eats one Lamb Shank Bamia Tagine and it came with no meat whasoever just okra and tomato souce for 20 pounds plus delivery It seems a bad deal, in the picture it shows a piece of meat too

I can’t say enough good things about the excellent, attentive service and wonderful food. The staff treated us like royalty and we had soup, squash and dates on the house ( to break our fasts ). Delicious dishes. This restaurant stands out. One of us had mobility issues but the staff bent over backwards to help.

Three of us went for mother's day lunch. We were the only ones there so not much atmosphere. Nice resto though. Food and mocktails were good. Friendly staff. Very limited parking at the back.

Had dinner last night. The food is really good, very generous portion sizes which is always good the food is fresh so there is always plenty of leftovers for the next day. All the staff are very friendly Parking is a tight squeeze but there is a another place to park which is about a 3 min walk Would visit again.

You can never go wrong here!! From the food to the shisha to the staff and even the decor all 10/10 Mixed crowd and great for everyone

It's a really nice Shesha Bar at the rear. The staff were polite and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, and there was no rowdiness or buffonary there (which you find at lesser venues). There was security staff at the entrance who were very nice and took some really good pics of my group when I asked them. We enjoyed the sheesha and staff were always on hand to refreshen the coals or bring us anything we needed. We tried some drinks and some food. Everything was great and we enjoyed our evening there.

Took my order wrong on the phone had to wait an extra 30mins for the correct order to be prepared! Didn’t get an apology! The chips were awful, cold and must’ve been reheated…they didn’t taste fresh! Customer service is very poor! Such a shame cz sometimes they are excellent but other times they are truly bad! Consistency is definitely an issue and poor customer service is very apparent.. prices are way too high for the quality and service provided.

I ordered yesterday 2 chicken shawarmas or kebabs or what they are calling it but i am sorry to say i think they gave me a kids shawarma. Sahara restaurant from uxbridge need to check and rethink portioning, greedy people what they are. I think if it would be after some people they wouldn't give you food anymore just take your money. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Thank you for accommodating for the dietary requirements too (gluten free and child friendly food)! Absolutely loved the music and additional sparklers on the birthday cake it made the cake cutting element of the party fantastic!! Excellent food with big portions and friendly service. The atmosphere is vibrant and cozy. There are lots of people smoking hookah so if you are particularly sensitive to smoke I would recommend to ask to be seated somewhere isolated.

Heard about this place from a friend of mine and been there with my wife .Their starter are really good especially chicken on hummus. Their all mezzes are amazing . They also do very nice shishas aswell. It is worth mentioning that at least one visit will be good to decide about next. Overall, it was a reasonable experience. Parking is available.

Had a very large dinner with my friends for my girlfriends 22nd birthday. The staff were very accommodating , everyone was fast and attentive and fully supported us in all aspects. Would recommend for big dinners as they are very good.

It was only my Uber eats discount of 20 % that prevented me from spending £32 on these third filled tubs of meat and rice and the poorest salad I’ve ever encountered no sign of the char grilled skewer mentioned in the description. . I can only assume they’re passing recent renovation costs onto the customers. I would imagine it’s called Sahara city because of the food deprivation you feel once you’ve encountered it . This place used to be amazing.!! If you’re hungry I can’t recommend this place . I’m still starving!!

A hidden gem - offering tasty food and top quality shisha with great service provided. Having experienced several shisha lounges across the country, Sahara City is certainly up there as one of the best. All the staff I’ve encountered with have been super friendly and attentive. Parking is available at the rear of the premise.

Just had the best service from Abdul. He was super patient and polite. He also kept an eye on myself and Brother who I introduced to Sahara City. The food as always tasty and fresh. All the staff are helpful , no arrogance in them unlike other Shisha lounges. Once again Big up Abdul X love you bro.

Hello I being living in Uxbridge all my life I always remember the Prince of Wales pub. I just realised today it’s a Shisha lounge as well absolutely wow my brother brought me here today as it’s my birthday to treat me. Absolutely amazing Customer service mr Abdul the headwaiter is fantastic, Customer service he brought us to the table and gave us the drinks menu after a few minutes come over and ask us what we like to drink my brother, ordered a Shisha few cokes and we looked at the menu. The menu has a excellent range of middle eastern food. Definitely a friendly atmosphere here today I have seen families and couples I must go to place to relax local area. Car parking facilities. Wow!!! What can I say, amazing food, ambience and staff. I come here on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a relaxing night with good food and shisha you need to try this place. Parking facilities are great which is a rare bonus. I would highly recommend this place. They have make a lot of improvements recently and I can only see this place going up.

We tried Long Island cocktail, it was delicious. Along with that ordered prawn and chicken starters, it wasn’t bad but in the past had much tasty food. Service is very good, plenty of seating area, quick service.

This place is really good. Many compliments to the staff for the Service which was absolutely fantastic and swift, food was great, atmosphere was really chilled. I haven't had Shisha but my friend had it and said was great. We arrived at 8pm and we didn't even realize how time was passing fast as we were so comfortable eating and chatting. I really enjoyed this place. Highly recommended.

I have ordered from this place multiple times as a takeout , the food used to be fresh and tasty the first couple of times , the last two times I have ordered its disgusting firstly the meat used in mix grill is NOT LAMB . The meat was rock hard dry and old , the salad is a disaster I think maybe made yesterday the crunchy bread inside was gone soft and thin like tissue paper, the tiramisu is frozen each time delivered. This is not good for someone spending 40/50 pounds worth of food to get old tasteless and chewy food . Not ordering again . Im extremely disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻

The shisha is great and the staff are friendly. But the food is just OK. Not bad, but not great either. Though some options on the menu are fantastic.

The most bizarre experience. The inside resturant was completely empty, we then found all the guests in the outside seating area (covered and heated where you can have shiesha), there are several screens to watch sports. Half way through sitting down the music went right up so that you couldn't have a conversation and a belly dancer appeared. It was entertaining but really not what you expect on a Wednesday night, in Uxbridge 😂. Food was okay, we got the lamb targine (bit watery and they got the sides wrong), chicken kebab (2 was ordered and they looked completely different)...service also took ages but staff were polite.

Lamb tagine lovely, turkish coffee too, service very polite. Cons: loud music, sweet chilli sauce should be replaced with something more sophisticated. Overall I would recommend.

Service was not perfect though staff were polite enough. Music was way too loud. You can't hear yourself think. I ordered with a large group of people and was waiting 25 minutes after everyone else received their food. I would not recommend and will be not be a return visitor

Amazing food and great place. Safe with all this Covid stuff as has a big outdoor back bit that’s a covered area. I’m not a smoker and never smell the smoke from sheesha. Staff always respectful of Covid regulations, polite and helpful. Food is fresh and always so tasty!! Will definitely be back soon. Thanks 👍🏻

Tummy upset after eating here!!!! There is no inside, despite being asked on the phone. All seating is outside they have shelter and tables under it and a few tables both side with no shelter. Because the whole restaurant is outside everyone stands around smoking. Despite others trying to eat. Everything is served with salad but keep a look out for the lettuce 🐛bugs. Mocktails no alcohol £7.00 lol for a shot glass amount. Food gave me an upset tummy. Nice decor but that's all....

Visited Sahara City recently when eating outside resumed. I like music but the volume of the garage music being played meant conversation with your table group was impossible. Waited 25 minutes after ordering drinks to receive them. The basic food was served with oven chips and a heap of lettuce. The social distancing was non existent and no customers were asked to sign or zap in. All in all an awful experience. Shame because an earlier visit was very good.

Well after spending over £70.00 on food and having it delivered via Uber. We had to reheat the food as it was cold, stuff was missing and the breads were over cooked. We have sent messages to both parties and the response we got was very poor. No offer of an apology. Such a shame as I've eaten at Sahara City and food was very good.
