You gave me the wrong order somehow, I ordered a flakeutella cookie dough and a bueno cookie dough instead you gave me a brownie with either sauce on top and a biscoff blondie. I demand a refund

I mean what can I say! Service tremendous. The girl at the front serving was 11/10. Was just coming to grab some quick dessert but stopped for a small chat as the girl at the front was too nice. She gave a couple extra items free of charge making me and my family feel so welcome on our first visit to the store. Highly recommend it. Waffles were delicious with the ice cream and cake. If she sees this then please do get her to contact by message, it would be nice to give her a thank you after having the food. First time getting dessert in Liverpool and for sure will come back to this specific store whenever in this city in the future. Came on Wednesday 21st August to the 304 Park Road store. (P.S Update the phone number, the line doesn't work when trying to ring)

Pretty certain a waffle from here has given me food poisoning. Serious food poisoning too as I'm still having diahorrea, stomach cramps and unable to go to work almost a week later! Food hygiene is only 2/5!!

Honestly disappointed with my order today, I only gave it to stars due to the girl who works there is absolutely lovely everytime i go in! However, Today i decided to order of uber eats and i know this isnt safis fault but the delivery driver decided to sit in his car for 10 minutes outside my house and tried to make me come to his car to grab it, I had a baby in the house i was not leaving. That by the time i got my food the waffles was cold, and the ice cream tub tasted sour so i dont really know what happened there. But you also need to keep an eye on your milk as half the time i get a milkshake from there i always end up sick due to it being off. Service in there is always lovely however food wise. not as great PS. Please sort your bin out your rubbish is getting all over my street.

Worst service ever. We order one milkshake took 45min to get our order. The worker was quite rude and slow. He was treating local people different and international people different. felt quite racially treated and upsetting. I won't visit again.

Ordered a takeaway with my girlfriend and chose an item that said it had no nuts as she has an allergy, we then also put in the notes ‘NO NUTS - allergy’ to make sure they understood. The food arrived and after a few bites my girlfriend realised it had NUTELLA and became ill and was throwing up all night! They then don’t have the decency or respect to respond to my girlfriend’s messages, 100% DON’T RECOMMEND!

Ordered through ubereats and only received half of order. Disgusting, £13 for 2 ice creams. Last time I order from here. Tried to phone to complain but the telephone number doesn't work. Deserve to go out of business.

We ordered from here and after 40 minutes they cancelled without any explanation. My children were excited waiting and then I had to let them down. This has happend twice now so disappointing won’t be ordering from here again.

Rated this place 1 as they change their pricing virtually every day, they put offers on Uber eats and inflate original price, for example last year I got 2 cookie dough on buy one get one free for £6.42. The same desert is currently showing priced over £9 for one. Just a joke. Set your price and keep the price rather than trying to rip off customers hence why people are using down the road for deserts instead

I love the desserts from safis. I am slightly addicted to the ice-cream. I order on Uber eats and it always arrives quickly.

We got cookie dough but it was stale we got a waffle but it was hard and very nasty we got a white chocolate milkshake but it was oreo and it was very disgusting

To make matters worse, they opt for cheap flour while charging a high price so not Golden Malted Wafflequality. The quality of the waffles was deeply disappointing. Avoid being ripped off and steer clear of this place!"

I ordered three Nutella waffles and it was so bad and wasn’t cooked well the dough inside it was raw and the chocolate didn’t taste good at all didn’t feel like Nutella. Worst waffle I’ve had.

Don’t be fooled by the rating! Spent over £40, £11 of which was on a cookie dough that came in a tiny foil container accompanied by cheap tasting ice cream. Quick delivery but a rip off entirely. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

While the cookie dough is nice it is NOT worth the price plus the delivery and service fee. I ended up paying £8 for a TINY tray the same width as a teaspoon. I could buy two Ben and Jerry tubs for around the same price. Avoid the cookie dough!

Dont even bother ordering from here Been waiting for over 2 and a half hours for delivery. Still saying waiting for driver. Went to collect and they had not even cooked order because they could not find a driver. So stop taking orders..When we went to the shop to collect waited over 20 minutes, still no order cooked. Staff arrogant and rude and would not give us our money back. Avoid st all costs

Probably the best desserts ive ever tasted in Liverpool. As well as the best milkshakes. There are too many options to choose from.

Awful delivery service! We ordered at 9:20, delivery was estimated for 10. It then took three phone calls in order for the order to turn up at 10:55. Cold, soggy and un-wanted. Really wouldn't order again and wouldn't reccomend. If sweet and cheese could get in contact and resolve this issue then I would be more than happy. I don't like to leave such reviews.
