My friend wanted to try the orange tango slush but he says yours never have it even though you advertise it. I got a Ferrero Rocher cake and so disappointed waste of my money you can’t call it a Ferrero rocher just because you sprinkle some in the filling . You should have done glazed the chocolate sponge with hazelnut syrup, nutteller filling and the frosting should be covered in hazelnuts !

Constantly closes early. Can’t do hot drinks after 7.30. Useless and the staff act constantly suprised that anyone would go into the cafe for hot drinks or cake.

Very delicious and tasty. We were served by Emran who was decent and very helpful. The only downside is that dine in is not an option after 19:30! Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Service very rude. Food is served with plastic cutlery. Flies fly around, the tables are dirty. That was the last time I visited this institution.

Me and my cousins decided to have some dessert so we came to Safis but we were surprised to find that we had to take out. Which completely changed our plan*, later when we ordered, we were meant to get 4 half Nutella waffles and 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream. When we get our food, we had only got 2 halfs and 2 ice creams. When we called them, they wouldn't answer. And it was clear that is was embarrassing for my aunt to tell us that there wasn't food. And to top this ruckus all off, she had to pay the full price and didn't get even a pence for inconvenience or the wrong order. She had been robbed basically paying double and not getting what she wanted. **And because our plan changed and she had to come home late due to the questioning if our order was correct(WHICH WERE ASSURED THAT WE HAD GOT THE RIGHT ORDER(WHICH WE HADN'T!!)), our 2 scoops of ice cream melted too. Just an embarrassment and a disaster. Kids were sad and hungry because of this. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WANTING TO HAVE A NICE MEAL AND A NICE TIME WITH FAMILY(NOT STRESSFUL).

Not happy at all. I ordered 2 full nutella waffles. Got only 2 half waffles. Kids Got really bored as they had to share a quarter among 4 of them. Paid for the full waffles tho. Not happy today with the service

service was great, we had a lovely boy called sam serving us today. would really recommended!! we ordered the cookie dough and it was delicious although it was a teeny weeny bit over done. NOT SAMS FAULT THOUGH!! he was busy today so we will let it go. the caramel milkshake was lovely, credit to sam the maker and his coffee art skills (they are exemplary)

We visited today at 1 O'clock. What a wonderful experience at Safi's ! A lovely clean and friendly place to chill and enjoy delicious desserts and good coffee. Great personal service at reasonable and realistic prices for genuine freshly prepared sweet indulgences. Thank you. We shall definitely come again when we are next in this part of Liverpool.

Partner ordered from here for delivery. Milkshakes and Ice cream. Absolutely all dairy on the order was sour and had obviously gone off. We had a friend taste it as well just to clarify and they confirmed it did taste off. Everything on the order was inedible and potentially dangerous. I would suggest this establishment checks their fridge/freezer temps and stock dates urgently. We will be attempting to get a refund via the delivery provider. Vile honestly.

I went to this desert shop thinking quit low standers let’s just say my son who is 13 said to me how old do you have to be to work here if you’d like to answer that because I don’t know I would appreciate it ps grate ice cream

Disgusting service! Went in 10 mins before advertised closing time to get a slush to take out! Machine was on, told by staff (two young guys) that they closed at 3.45 (says 4pm online) and would not accommodate pouring a slush to take out for a 5 year old!! Disgraceful, shame I was unable to give no stars, will not return and have instead gone to a competitor in hunts cross

Ordered from Uber Eats and never arrived - tried to get hold of driver and no response awful experience

We ordered 1 waffle which they got wrong four times . The girl who ordered the waffle is allergic to nuts but they still put nuttella on it 4 times after we explained to them each time until they finally got it right on the 5th time.

I ordered a full white chocolate waffle with strawberries and on the first time I received a HALF nuttella waffle so I explained that it was the wrong order and I couldn’t have nuttella as I am allergic to nuts so they brought out an new waffle this time it was a FULL NUTTELLA waffle after a repeat of the last explanation why I couldn’t eat this they then proceeded to bring out a NUTTELA and white chocolate waffle with strawberries. At this point I was fed up so I went to the order stand and explained I couldn’t have this and they tried to correct me on what I said whilst putting words and lies in my mouth. Eventually on the fourth time they got it right but it shouldn’t take that long. And because of the surroundings of nuts I have now a rash all on my arms and legs as my allergy is very serious. I will never be coming back to this establishment Ever again and I advise you all not to aswell.

First time at Safi’s yesterday, ordered 2 iced coffees advertised at £2 each in the window and a strawberry milkshake. Was charged £10.80! Questioned the price, told the coffees were £2.65 each,explained it said £2 in the window, he argued where can you get iced coffee for £2? In your window, to which he replied that was the incorrect price and still didn’t honour the £2. The milkshake was a normal size milkshake with cream on top. I will never go here again, no price lists on the table so you can’t check the price before ordering.

I went in today for some cheesecake and they have closed. It was very kind to still be served after they closed. Even given me a free ice cream. I must say that i am pregnant and i would have thought of that cheesecake all day and the ice cream was so lovely. Thank you so much. They do the best cakes at Safi’s and staff is lovely. 🙏🏻❤️

Excellent cake and ice cream! We have been here twice now, on both occasions found the ice cream to be excellent and the first time in particular, the service to be very good. To be fair on our latest visit we were there shortly before closing and the server looked like he'd had a long day! The previous time we visited was a Sunday afternoon and the server couldn't do enough for us, and was friendly, smiley and chatty. The place was clean, bright and pleasant to sit in for our ice creams. Prices are not over the top either. We'll definitely be coming here more regularly now we've discovered it!

This has become a weekly tradition. We have been coming for 7 months everyweek and always served with a smile, warm welcome and a fast service right to the table. We should be banned but its so good.

I’ve been shopping in this Asda for years and it’s needed a place like this for ages!! Been here a few times with the family and the staff are great with kids and very helpful, coffee nice and strong too😊

Took my nieces to Safis, Wow! From beginning to end it was fab experience. Staff took time with my nieces allowing them to have tasters and discussing what they might like to try ect. Our group had ice cream , milkshake and waffle. The presentation was wonderful and everything tasted fantastic. We will definitely be making Safis one of our regular treats .

Good ice cream, coffee and macaroons. Although forgot to bring the macaroons which I can easily forgive. Good range of alternative milks for coffees Friendly staff and very helpful with my kids.

Wow. Got a Uber delivery from here and was nice and fresh. Cookie dough is nice and thick - could split between 2. Nice proportion of ice cream. Good deal as well with the ice creams. Pay full price for one and £1 for another on Uber eats. Would come back here !
