I have this time supported your business, but please ensure that your employee use gloves at all times. Dealing with cash and licking fingers to separate plastic bags and then serve biltong without gloves is a definite no no. Hope to see your company again in Malton. Baie dankie

Great authentic South African food

Best biltong I can find in the UK... and I have tried a lot. Made by a proper South African who knows how SA food should taste. Lekker Lekker!

I was passing through Hartlepool and stopped at their market stall. Friendly man, 10/10 biltong. The Chili flavour is some of the best I have had out with SA. Garlic to the same standard but the chili took it home for me. Will be ordering some online.

Not even 2 hours after purchasing and my partner and I have scoffed the whole bag of chili sticks! As a pregnant woman with many food aversions and cravings I must say this hit the spot! Lovely customer service and we're ready to order some more online ❤️

Tried some biltong and snap sticks at a fair in Sheffield. And have to say they're absolutely delicious! My only regret iss I didn't buy more, if you're a fan of biltong you definitely have to give these guys a try.

I ordered biltong and droewors from them and this is what they sent. It is so full of fat I had to throw it away as it was not edible. When I reached out to them I was told this is how their clients like it and the ratio is 25% fat. Looks more like 60% fat. Will never buy from them again.

Tried the peri peri steak sandwich at Hartlepool tall ships, absolutely full of flavour, steak cooked to perfection & assembled perfectly. Also purchased the garlic biltong & chilli biltong which is absolutely amazing completely natural protein snack with no additives, a product I 100% trust and would recommend to anybody!! The chef & server were also really warm friendly people 🙏🙂

Tried their biltong & droewors........excellent! Also bought some old South African family favourites - Rusks, Romany Creams, Simba chips, all well received by the family. Would heartily recommend!

First tried safari shack at a local market and loved their biltong. I came the the cafe a couple of days ago to buy some more biltong, I got the garlic flavour and chilli flavour both taste great and quite often I found myself eating a full bag in one sitting. The cream soda is really good also, tastes very different to the uk stuff we get but in a good way, it tasted almost like cream soda mixed with iron bru. We got a chilli boerewors and me and my partner loved it. The ghost pops went down a treat they were a lovely tangy tomato flavour and had to stop ourselves eating the full bag in one go. I will definitely be returning again can’t recommend these guys enough, very friendly, always up for a little chat when you visit.
