Love the atmosphere in here. Staff are always polite and as helpful as can be though sometimes as expected English Language barrier. Cappuccino is spot on here. Always tastes good. Looks like a REAL CAPPUCCINO. I can't rate the food never tried or eaten from the menu. Never hungry when going in. Very clean and hygienic in public communial bareas. Would recommend checking out. Shame it closes early. Very Cultured (Latin, Brazil) this adds the extra touch. Shame I don't come here more often.

I don't recommend it at all to anyone shopping there for the simple fact that the food takes over an hour for the food to arrive, I ordered a picanha on the grill for someone with mayonnaise and fries through Uber Eats, I ordered it around 10 :00pm and my order only arrived at 11:40 pm for me and it arrived cold and that wasn't even the driver's fault as I live less than 15 minutes from the restaurant and as soon as I saw that the food had already been ready, a driver took my order that only happened at 11:30 pm people, for the love of God, I was a customer at Flavors and I've had some problems with the service too. I recommend that you please improve your service with training or in some other way. My order arrived completely cold and in the situation shown in the photo and what's more, I ordered fries and I got fried bananas. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. When ordering, you can see that I ordered chips and not fried bananas.

Food isn't better :) it came cold and our table wasn't ready, I ordered a portion before the main course and the main course arrived, and after they told me “we don't have that so it won't arrive” 🤣🤣 when are you going to order to remove the service charge. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. We ordered a starter and main course. The main course arrived before the starter, the food arrived cold and with no seasoning on the meat. The food arrived and we didn't even have cutlery available to eat or pick up the food. We asked for the bill and removed the service charge because we didn't have a good experience with our first time at the restaurant. The waiter simply said: “That's not my problem, the money isn't going to me anyway”. He also said that we should complain to the kitchen because the food arrived cold. Terrible!

Solicitei a picanha mal passada e veio praticamente queimada e não era totalmente picanha. A tal dupla Vitória e Rodolfo iam cantar as 4pm e 17:45 nada de música sendo que me senti envergonhada pois chamei pessoas para irem lá justamente para o suposto “show” que não aconteceu. Nunca escutei eles cantando e não quero certamente depois disso, afinal como diz o ditado” antes de ajudar o coitado procure saber pq ele é coitado”. O que salvou foram as atendentes que estavam totalmente dispostas a atender da melhor forma possível.

Beyond embarrassing service. I was having lunch with my friend on a Tuesday early afternoon, the only table in the restaurant. I’ve asked the bearded guy who served us for picanha. Picanha came with rice and on top of the rice there was a tiny chilli pepper, delicious. So I asked the guy if I could have one more and he say that he couldn’t give because that is only for decoration. He told us that the only way to have it was to order one more portion of rice which he charged 7.50£ He did not only lose the tips that I could have left, but I also asked to remove service charge for his pride. I literally asked for a single chilli pepper and he made us order one more portion of rice. Embarrassing at any level. Food I must say is quite good, I like the vibe, and I’m a local so I would want to go back to the place, but I would never want to come across such as inept waiter in my life. This is not just a review but a report to the owners of what kind of employee represents their place. That is far from hospitality

I went to have dinner with my wife and kids and at first all was good. But then the draft beer they brought was clearly gone. When we raised the issue with the waitress, she tried to dispute. The WORST happened when they brought the main plate. My wife found a fried BUG in the food. Appealing. And they still made me pay the bill. NEVER AGAIN

I have done takeaway several times before but yesterday have been in person. Food as usual very good, staff was very friendly and efficient. PS: menu here is old by about 10 years, refer to the menu in uber eats in case you want to check prices out. They also do live music, I will definitely go back for that! 🇧🇷🖖

I was attended by the manager who did not want to change a drink that was made very badly. She replied me very upset telling me 'YOU NEED TO PAY FOR YOUR DRINK' It was in the afternoon Saturday 25 November 2025.

I had been to this restaurant before, but today, my visit was memorable! The waitress Bruna was very attentive and helpful, the food was fresh and tasty, in addition to the welcoming atmosphere and good ambient music. I have definitely become a loyal customer, and I recommend this place to everyone. ❤️

We were for lunch yesterday and was An extremely unpleasant experience, we waited 2 hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, only one order came and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of the food, as the order was placed all together, and when we questioned the attendant she She was arrogant and mocking, saying that there were people in front of us, and that was fine but we weren't just waiting 40 minutes, we waited 2 hours. We Drove 1:30 to eat a Brazilian food and was absolutely disappointed. terrible service. Ultimately,terrible service at all, we won't be back.

I love Sabores, the only problem is the waiting time. Last time we’ve been waiting for over 30 min to have our meals. But overall is such a lovely place, with an amazing menu.

One of the worst services I ever had! We went for lunch yesterday around 2pm, the restaurant had just 2 tables which they were finishing eating. It took a while to get the attention of the waitress so we waited at the door, she didn’t welcome us, just sit us. After it took a while to get the order done…. After, instead of giving us the drinks, she kept talking to other people out loud and cleaning the tables, it took a while to get our drinks. The food was good, but it was very annoying to eat in a place where staff talk so loud. The mains came wrong, when we asked to change, she didn’t say anything and made a rude face, when we ordered second drinks again, no response, just walk away. When we got the bill, she didn’t even put the bill on the table, just charged straight away on the card machine. Completely unfriendly and rude. I don’t come back and I don’t recommend to anyone.

Last Sunday we had dinner at this place arrived without a reservation still they got us a table getting in looking at the tables people seemed happy, all empty tables were reserved so they gave us a table at the back, didn’t bothered me at all as we just wanted to eat, it was Divine will be coming back for sure also thank you for the service you guys were great 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered a couple of pastéis, and then we waited for about 40 minutes just to be informed that our order wasn't even noted down. When it finally came, it was too wet with oil, and it had black spots on it, indicating that it was fried in old burnt oil. The service is dismal, the staff doesn't seem very friendly. If you come here, be prepared for the looong wait.

Visitei o Sabores está tarde com família e amigos, enquanto a atmosfera estava agradável, achei que o prato que pedi estava b abaixo da qualidade esperado. O prato era bife a parmigiana que não exige muita esperteza para preparar e servir se o chefe é professional. Nesta ocasião, além de uma longa demora, o prato estava completamente incomestível!

Unidade Watford - Pior atendimento que eu já tive!!! Não recomendo!!! A atendente foi extremamente sem educação, ao chegarmos ela estava discutindo com outro funcionário, até aí tudo bem, depois cada pedido que eu fazia ela praticamente jogava as coisas na lateral da mesa, encerrou a cozinha sem avisar, nos respondia alto de dentro do balcão (mesmo se estivéssemos falando entre nos), pedimos para guardar o bolo e na hora do parabéns ela trouxe com a caixa para a mesa (todos restaurantes abrem e colocam as velas, não é?). Foi horrível!

My husband and came all the way from Portsmouth to visit this place. They told us there would be live Samba music, which we were looking forward to. However, that never happened. Just a couple of musicians singing a few Brazilian and English songs. The steak was tough and portions tiny. The order took over an hour to be served and customers who came in after us were served before. The wine was rank...it was even sweet. We won't be going back.

This is for the Bushey branch seeing as you don’t have a trip advisor for it !! Absolutely horrible steak. The chef was outside of the kitchen more than inside. The waitress could only make the 2 cocktails out of all the cocktails on the menu. We were not impressed at all. We go to Brazil frequently and this nothing like the cuisine there ! Not even close We are shocked that this restaurant is even running

I moved to London in Nov 2022 and, by accident, I've found this place. Surprisingly, the atmosphere caught me out and became a regular customer. Specially, during the weekend where I enjoyed live-music, I love that. Unfortunately, I had to move to the center London and now, I visit this place from time to time. Being a Spanish speaker, perhaps the Portuguese language made their work. Well, if you're still waiting for my feedback about the dishes, let me tell you that was the strawberry on top of the cake...enjoy your time in Sabores.

We ordered some main course and the chicken is over cooked and when we asked if they can change it they can’t do it. And told us we eat it or not we need to pay for that dish. The chef was so rude and can’t cook. Not a good place to have a first experience of Brazilian cuisine. Not recommended. It’s a worst place ever! It’s really embarrassing. Lasagna is very strange as well. The soup is really tasteless. Never gonna come again in this place!!!!

A lovely restaurant. A bit different from the other Brazilian restaurants, it makes me feel like some home made food. Cozy environment, friendly and passionate service. Just a bit expensive but acceptable. They said live Brazilian music perform every Saturday night. Gonna dine in there again and I'm sure it would be another joyful dinner for the family.

I was expecting more based on the photos they share. The service was below average, we had to wait 50 mins for our food to arrive even though there were only 4 tables occupied. The waitress were not checking on us (there were 4) and just to order drinks we had to wait 10 mins for just a couple of fantas!! The food was definitely not worth the wait. Overpriced and nothing special about it. When we finished our dinner, I ordered a coffee which I never had because the wait was way to long so I decided to go to the counter and pay for the dinner instead. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT! Over the past 3 months I’ve been here at least once a week, usually on a Saturday or Sunday. The staff are all really friendly, the drinks are SUPER CHILLED (the glasses are kept in the fridge as well 🥶 🍺 ) and the food is DELICIOUS. I always go for the picanha, but as I don’t go alone, I’m usually ordering the picanha (rare) for 2 which comes out sizzling on a hot plate. IT IS PERFECT, and an easy order if you are going with a friend as you get 4 different sides. The portions are huge and there is usually a little bit of space to fit a HUGE BRIGADEIRO 🤤 The toilets are always really clean, the restaurant is clean and well decorated, there is always Brazilian music playing in the background, and on Saturday nights they also have live music. Thanks to the staff at Sabores for always taking good care of us 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Looking forward to going there again this weekend 🤣🤣🤣 LOVE IT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fui visitar o restaurante pela primeira vez depois de muito tempo pedindo comida através de aplicativos, fui recebido muito bem pela garçonete que estava ao bar o qual me me levou até a mesa fazendo nos sentir bem e em casa, e fomos atendidos pela Stephanie que nos proporcionou um atendimento excepcional, pedi um pastel que além de ser super saboroso recheado era enorme e para beber uma piña colada que estava deliciosa e cremosa, um sabor tão intenso que dá vontade de pegar o metro e ir pedir outra super recomendo, o local é próximo a metro e parada de ônibus muito bom para quem disfruta de meios de transporte público.

Very bad first impression of this place. When we arrived nobody greeted us and it was almost as if the staff were avoiding eye contact with us. This is very different for the big welcome we get at other Brazilian restaurants. We waited over an hour for our main course which was pretty average when it arrived finally. The starters were lovely though so I can’t score this 1/5. During our hugely long wait we became so cold from the draft of the front door. It’s not insulated at all and you can feel a cold breeze on your hands and legs. This led to the majority of customers sitting with our winter coats on. The waiter did apologise for the long waiting times at the end for which I told him it’s not his fault. I wonder if this place is suffering from staff off with covid as it seemed the kitchen was overrun and there was a lack of a senior manager present to give the level of customer service we expect. Wouldn’t go back in a hurry, much better options for Brazilian food in NW London alone.

Since 2018 I have not been to this restaurant as I live quite far. I decided to go last night, a Friday. We arrived around 6:15pm, there was only one table occupied and then another couple arrived shortly after. We ordered something to drink and the food. Upon receiving my order I could see that the quality was much lower than the other Brazilian restaurant that I usually visit and that has the same menu. But the worst was to come… it was when I spotted a mouse running under a table! How disgusting! I had to leave my food ( I had just starting eating) and to be polite I still paid for what we drank, the waiters were embarrassed and not knowing how to handle the situation. Another customer said I shouldn't pay anything. All I can say is that I will not go back there.

Ja estive na cozinha deles, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Vale a pena conferir, Super recomendo ✌🏽

No último sábado fui conhecer um dos restaurantes mais falados de Londres quando se trata de colunaria brasileira. Pude comprovar com meus olhos e meu paladar o porque de todo mundo indicar esse restaurante, vou citar o que mais achei de relevante: 1- Um lugar que me fez sentir que estava no meu país, ambiente espaçoso, e assento super confortável. 2- Música, som ambiente que não atrapalhou nada em nossa conversa. 3- Atendimento, isso é um caso a parte desde o momento em que cheguei até o momento que deixei o estabelecimento, todos os atendentes sempre muito atentos e com sorriso no rosto. 4- Comida, despensa comentário todos os alimentos pude notar que são fresco e de uma qualidade indiscutível, pedimos a picanha todas as guarnições estava bem servidas e a picanha muito gostosa e no ponto que eu pedi. Por fim super indico esse restaurante e já ganhou um pedacinho especial do meu coração.

Decidimos ir no restaurante para comemorar o aniversário da minha mãe, pior escolha que fizemos a comida demorou mais de 2 horas, estávamos com 3 crianças, e quando chegou a comida estava extremamente fria e dura, impossível de comer gastamos em torno de £200, apenas duas funcionária pra dar conta de tudo, o restaurante não tem um Gerente para poder fazer a reclamação, péssima escolha!

Well… I don’t know from where I should start. Firstly yesterday was my mum’s birthday, what was to be a happy night became really stressful night I had a table booked for 8pm yesterday, as soon as I arrived at the restaurant there was no one to welcome us at the entrance, but I already had my name on the table so I sat down. A waitress came to right my starter, like in any other restaurant after the starter I would order the main course, about 1 hour later after we complained a lot, the waitress said the food was on its way, so we thought, good if the starter it took this long let's order the main so when the starters arrives they will be preparing the main and it won't take so long Well… I was completely wrong The starters takes 1hour and 15 min to be served And the food was really cold , it not just that The main course took 1 hour and 20 min to be served. The food was terrible cold not good at all. I have complained to the staffs which said that they were running out of staffs And there was only one chef in the kitchen We paid in total £189.00 to be served cold food, to get stressed and to wait for more than 2hours to be served I don’t recommend this restaurant at all The restaurant is nice designed has a good music but terrible management!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT If you want to pay a lot of money to be served cold food and to get stress this is your place otherwise If you want quality run away from this place I will never go back there and I wouldn’t recommend no one to go to this place Specially if is an especial occasion. It has definitely ruined our night!!!

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I got to say the service is always fantastic and they keep the place well organized consistently. Rates are affordable and they serve generous portions.
