Lovely food had from here a few times had no issues, really tasty food curry lovely burgers and kids meals great

Ordered through website it took 2 payments and it came up Venus fish bar asked dor refund on 1 of the payments they refused as they say website is ok and the payment title isnt them it wasnt them total jokes AVOID

Ordered said it was open then messaged to say would be delivered the next day??? Food rated 1 as service was terrible and did not end up having No thanks

Calzone pizza - dough wasn't cooked properly 🤢

Haven't tried it yet but my brother and other friends have tried it and said it has improved as the original owner is back. So will give it a 3 star review on their say so, till I use it.

I ordered a really terrible curry tonight 50/50 grease missing 2 poperdoms also the nan bread had the smallest amount of keama in plus wet not happy at all i better get a refund I have put the food in my fridge

A massive thank you. They gave us a lot of discount on pizzas and chips for all the ambulance staff working over this festive period. The food was amazing. Everybody enjoyed it and left none once again. Thank you for your kind gesture.

This has to be the most Hygeinic place in Stoke! Had pretty much everything off the menu eventually and all very nice. Portions are a little short at times but with ordering over the phone, you cant ask for a top up. Still, Highly Recommended and they even recognise our number and regular order now which is a good sign of intelligent staff cor sure!!! Thank you again. Ordering tonight I think. Number 20!!! haha

Not happy with this take away 2 yrs they keep sending me txt messages, i ave asked to be removed from mailing and phone calls but they still kept coming i ave never giving permission to use my detail nore ave i signed up i live 2hrs away from the store in a different district so why would i need to be contacted, the owner has said he will ave me removed never has, everytime i ring shop they give me abuse and laugh, my phone company as adviced me to contact ofcom due to them using my details illegally with out my permission, i am guessing others have had the same, until owner removes my details from his spamming list i will be getting friends and family to keep posting bad feedback on his page and on here, now in 2022 4yrs on and still getting them

Absolutely shocking service. Orders food at 7pm it's 9:30pm and still no food. Called them over half hour again and was told had just left with the driver. When called back they rang driver who stated it had apparently gone cold from Stoke to Fenton.

Ordered tonight the food was cold. This is the 1st time. Very disappointed.

Used to be incredible but recently whenever I've ordered I've had the worst stomach for multiple days in a row afterwards more than likely food poisoning would avoid ordering again

Pizza wasnt bad, dont get the chicken cus its manky and the portion size of the donnar meat is limited and its mostly filled out with chips that i would describe with the word 'eh'.Pretty cheap though if there is a few of you...maybe worth a try, up to you really.

Poor we orderd the curry meal deal, 2 wich was supposed to contain two curry's pilau rice two poppadoms chutney & samosa starter n plain nan bread we got the curry's did not get rice or poppadoms n we received mint sauce we also orded onion bhaji wich we received the meal came to 18.00 n the driver only gave my partner 70p off I tryed to complain n got told I orded pizzas this is a meal deal f two people n they sed they will sort this out next time I order well we won't be ordering with rupeyal stoke ever again n I surgest if anyone else does be carful n check ur order at your door this is poor service well we are going to bed tonight very hungry fuming is not the word!!!!!!

We ordered through food hub for 2 curry deal and a 4 piece value box for delivery with 10% off , you'd think a £25 would come with £2.50 off but it only had a pound off but I was hungry so I ordered and didn't quibble , I wish I had quibbled now and gone elsewhere , to say the curry was not very nice is an understatement I've had the cheapest worse microwave meals for 1 that have tasted better than this , it smells better coming out than it did going in and I wouldn't be surprised if it tasted better as well .Needless to say I shall never use rupeyals again not even if it was free with cashback and a family members life depended on it (sorry family but it's true)

Avoid. When I've been in the shop the food has been ok. But get it delivered it's terrible. The chips have clearly been refried several times. It's so bad. Save your money . I won't use again .

About 5 years ago I worshipped this place and would of rollocked someone for giving it less than 5 stars! Delivery times got longer so much so that I once waited 4 hours for my food. The consistency and quality over time changed as well, I genuinely am sad to write this but I would not recommend to anyone!

Order wrong! Ordered a Pathia?!! Came as korma with spice!!??? Was 2 hrs late?!!! Oh wait here’s a bottle of Pepsi so its ok! Service shocking! Never witnessed a takeaway like it. Will not order from these ever again check other reviews exsactly same. Place needs closing down. WASTE!!! Of time!!! And prices don’t reflect website SEE YA!!

Foods crap had delivery which was cold wrong order and very late didn't answer the fone blocked my calls.

El mes pasado fui aquí y yo no vamos de nuevo! Pedí una pizza de queso y tomate, creo que era de 12 pulgadas. Nos tomó unos 15 minutos, que para una pizza es muy rápido. Yo tenía mi perro esperando fuera, así que estaba en una prisa. Me dieron la pizza y nos dirigimos a casa. Cuando llegué a casa me abrió la caja para encontrar el queso pegado en la caja (una en la cebada) y pizza había sólo la mitad de la pizza. Es una vergüenza que no volveremos. Absolutely disgusted.. Ordered takeaway for delivery got my order wrong. Had no salad or sauce on chicken donor chips and cheese and no cheese on my cheeseburger and chips. Walked back up and they warmed it in microwave and added salad and sauce. Tasted like t was food from yesterday

Unless you want to wait 1.5hours for a takeaway don't bother
