This is clearly a popular option, and you'd be advised to reserve a table. Deservedly so, too. This is an organisation that helps young people with additional learning needs learn the skills to work. The staff are a mixture of the young people, with adults to guide them. So service is lovely, as you watch a young person learn how to do it. But it's not slow - we ate in in our hour long lunch break and took takeaway back for other colleagues. Food is prepared with love: oven-baked jacket potatoes, home made quiches, breakfasts, sandwiches, a range of specials, and probably other things I've forgotten. Did I mention the cakes? I had to restrain myself but they looked delicious! Decent prices, decent selection of vegetarian options. Highly recommended. Update: have a cake. They're marvellous!

We have been visiting this charming little café for a couple of years now, including during the Covid restrictions when they could only serve takeaway. The staff are always very welcoming and the breakfasts are both delicious and excellent value. Added to this is the fact that it all benefits a great community cause.

What a lovely and friendly place The staff were very knowledgeable about What fat the cakes were made with. I was very lucky that the carrott cake was made from butter like the rest of there other cakes. My husband and I enjoyed our cuppocinos Because they were just that. Lovely people and great community support network. Didn't have the opportunity to eat, but having read through the menu, we certainly will do next time. We worth a visit.

Expensive. Best part of 6 quid for a sandwich, crisps and can of pop. Bread wasn't the freshest either. Could of got the exact same from supermarket for 3.50, but it was OK.

One of the few place you can get a properly made cappuccino with the foamed milk scooped on to the top of the coffee. Cakes made on site so it is known what all the ingredients are if you have an allergy.

Finally after several recommendations I visited this lovely community cafe for lunch, I had the bacon/cheese/onion tart (quiche) which was served with a lovely salad and new potatoes. It was gorgeous the pastry so light plenty of filling in tart and one of the best I have tasted. The staff were all lovely and helpful I love the fact that most of the staff are special needs but their can do attitude made my day. I will certainly be visiting again.

Sat and had a small breakfast (which is served until 11:30am - longer than Macdonald's 😋) on a Saturday morning with the hubby. Lovely little cafe in the heart of Kimberley and such a lovely feel to it. Loved that we could find a seat and a waiter/ess come over to to take your order (nice touch) not to mention the breakfast and latte was delicious and an inexpensive treat. Everything about the service was superb and very accommodating staff, such a wonderful giving charity that I wish I'd tried way before now (and I've lived here for nearly 14yrs!) What a rare and wonderful gem for Kimberley to have. Don't delay try it out for yourself 👍

We visited Rumbletums for the first time today and will definitely go back . It is a delightful cafe with a really positive energy that is so evident all around . The menu is extensive and the food freshly prepared and really flavoursome . My husband is a bit of an Aussie coffee snob so when he admitted that rumbletums espresso was one of the best he had tasted in UK I knew it must be good . Well done to the team and congratulations on raising the funds to continue this wonderful haven .

Only popped in for a quick coffee and a slice of cake, but it's an experience we'll be repeating! Staff were lovely and friendly, quick to take our order and brought it over to the table. My cappuccino was perfection, as was the generous slice of carrot cake! My kids had caramel cake, hot chocolate and a banana milkshake. All went down well. We'll visit next week and try out the breakfast!

Excellent Saturday lunch for our family of seven. Quick service from the friendly waitress who looked after the children really well. Reasonable prices. And it’s all for a good cause helping the local community. My home made soup was very tasty and the poached eggs good too. A very pleasant experience.

Visited with my baby and had a lovely coffee and quiche with salad. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They were happy to get me water for my babies bottle. The Easter chocolate cheesecake I took out was wonderful. Will be back again!

I am sat here for the first time and I love this little place already. My daughter and I have had a slice of their homemade cake each and a hot drink. It is great value for money and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Wheelchair access us available. They do gluten free too. I will definitely be back again. With them being a charity too it is nice to help the community rather than a large ungrateful coffee company.

Tried the new menu and had a delicious Fruit/Granola breakfast, served by a wonderful young trainee with learning difficulties. This cafe is well worth a visit, not only to try the fantastic home made food but also watch the caring staff gently support the trainees to achieve their potential. Just brilliant .

Rumbletums is a charity. Its objective is to provide a first step work experience for children on the autistic spectrum. This unique homely cafe' is a pleasure to visit. Drinks, homemade cakes, and snacks or a simple tasty meal all await you, served by children on the autistic spectrum. It's a heartwarming, delightful place. Do visit.

Visited soon after their morning opening to find the place a hive of activity. Excellent for tea and coffee but expect to be tempted by the selection of home made cakes. Have yet to sample their full meals but will be back soon.
