I went there with some friends, the food is amazing and cooked fresh. The staff are really lovely and inviting. I would recommend to anyone looking for a takeout. The portions are extremely generous.

On holiday, and we checked out rumbles, £11.20 medium cod and chips , huge portions, chips and fish delicious 😋. Will return if we're holiday in the area again.

Large portions of chips, my local chip shop can’t “grumble” it’s fab the food is great, outstanding really oooOhh and try the spicy potato’s yum! Boss man is really nice too

Had cod and chips on Thursday evening and they were terrible. The chips were swimming in oil and had to dab them with kitchen roll before I could eat them. The fish was cooked ok but had a strange taste, almost like they are cooking the southern fried chicken in the oil. They used to be first class fish and chips but won’t be going back. Such a shame.

We've been having a takeaway from Rumbles for ages. But no more!! The chips are hard and are inedible. What's gone wrong??

It's a really great bar, you can tell from the taste of the food that they use very high quality products, they are really good about hygiene, I recommend it to everyone.

Really wasn't the best. Very greasy.thought is was quite expensive for the quality of the food. There are better around.

Absolutely rediculous prices ...milking the price increases badly ..11 pound to 13 pound for fish and chips dearer than Wroxham.. everything in shop is expensive ..much better service and quality and price at mendlesham

Not a regular visitor but well worth a slight diversion for friendly service and excellent food. Also the prices are noticeably lower compared to similar outlets in the towns.

All tho food has always been ok when we have had it... it would be nice if the correct order went in bag and also not forgetting parts of order as its inconvenient to do the 15 minute journey back

Unfortunately rather greasy chicken and even after confirming one of the orders for a second time, still packed up the wrong items.

Not the most modern inside. Food was average however there aren't really any other options close by.
