Orderd king prawns here few weeks ago and they was not king prawns, tried telling me their prawns are different from Pakistan?.. meal was replaced.. Orderd again last night 2 currys with 2 kema nann and got 2 nanns soaked in honey ? Phoned up to complain and they said we dont sell honey nanns but its on their menu ? Started laughing at us on the phone with the other staff over it like its funny these people are arrogant and useless.. and this matter isnt over..

Ask for tajj aloo mix, I did not get this, like peopleare not going to know, was really not good, watery couldn't taste spices. I binned it. what a wasit of £9.50.

Went here for the first time after driving past it many times. Parking is difficult but you can park on the garage car park as it is owned by the same family. Staff were very nice, welcoming and happy, food was really nice, probably the best we have had in the area. Will definitely go back and looking forward to eating in this time.

Ordered a lamb curry, but the meat looked like chicken and didnt take like lamb at all, not quite sure on the quality of the meat going in the currys. The curry itself was lovely

Never again just retuned kids running up an down on scooters staff not interested in clients coming in lack of interest to weather you have finished starters or not paying bill not interested pass you a box of pound land mints food not great yes hot but tasted like cheap gravy granules wouldn’t return

Spent £40 on food only to receive a frozen fish which I already had in the freezer, I was expecting a fresh cod piece with kore time housemade seasoning , very disappointed especially after fasting all day being hungry then spending money only to get frozen cheap item

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. 10 adults, 4 children & 1 baby. We had a booking at another location but unfortunately due to issues we were left without anywhere to eat for our dad's 60th but Rumana's got us in no problem and from start to finish the entire experience was fabulous! Will most definitely be returning😁

Jalfrezi tasted like a a cup of sugar had been added. Absolutely gross. Tikka chicken in the curry wasn’t fully cooked either, couldn’t even be cut through pressing down hard with a fork. Inedible. I used to love rumana’s a few years back. Won’t be ordering again.

The food was absolutely disgusting butter chicken was so oily and horrible sag aloo no flavour onion bargee oily and disgusting mint dip horrible had to throw it all in the bin I'm not a fussy eater but just couldn't eat it will definitely not order from there again

Staff are really lovely and always a great experience when we go - a mistake was made with my naan they offered to change it immediately when they knew I said it was absolutely fine and not to worry about it, So they didn't charge me for the one I had (which i didn't know till I got the bill)

Terrible placed aorder 2hours at least before I wanted delivery took payment but no delivery unacceptable to then have to wait 5 days for payment back

Any good reviews on here are either false or from in house customers, this review is from neither. We ordered food to our house that was extremely poor. A dish described as medium spicey, was watery, bland, completely devoid of flavour and the chicken was dry. The Paneer tasted out of date, the naan breads were half cooked and even the poppadoms were stale. Avoid this restaurant if you value good food

Visited the family fave place again this evening after promising the family all week Yes again beautiful food stunning service good times great vibes. Hashu was again so friendly kind chatty and caring as was his wonderful sister. The whole family are amazing chatting with the customers and making the time to put us at ease. Nothing was to much trouble and us as a family we had the best evening. Our belly’s are full the kids are happy. We even got to celebrate with the boss for his birthday Thank you again rumanas for having us can’t wait to see you all again Beautiful family restaurant you HAVE to try ❤️ this place it’s stunning food is beautifully cooked so clean and the restaurant itself is fantastic you will have the best night here.

Ordered two chicken malayan curries, 3 naan breads which cost £26. The curries were watery, luke warm & bland. The naan breads were greasy, half cooked, tasteless & cold. WE ONLY CHOSE RUMANA'S BECAUSE IT HAD JUST RECEIVED A 5 * RATING FROM BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL IN APRIL 2023. WE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.

Lovely food . Best takeaway we've had for a long time .

Before & after "our unfortunate lock down" always enjoyed a takeaway meal. Never questioned but a "regular take out came in round 1100ml "dishes' top draw. Still to date excellent food & service provided, keep it up!

Delicious food with a great selection (very hard to decide what to order!), lovely service. Had the Chicken Jaipuri which was excellently cooked, very flavourful. Its a small thing, but also one of the best pickle trays I've had! Can't speak highly enough

I visited here with a friend on Friday night with her young baby and we had a lovely time. We was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable even when baby started to make a little fuss a lovely lady called Nadia (so sorry if I have the wrong name) offered to hold baby whilst my friend got her meal hot and in peace we was so so appreciative!! The food was delicious as always, so fresh and tasty cooked just to our taste. Will definitely be visiting again soon!!

The food was average at best. The samosa was overcooked and heavily spiced. The Balti was watery and mild.

Been here a few times now and had a great experience every time. It's always clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, and the food is excellent (the chicken biryani I had on my last visit was delicious!). Highly recommended.

I paid extra for tandori chicken rogan josh but received the cheaper plain chicken. The sauce seemed watery and bland. I have ordered from here many times and have always been happy, so this was a disappointment.
