Rudy’s Pizza – Top Notch! Rudy’s gets everything right great staff, spot-on service, and pizza that’s the real deal. The dough is light and airy, the toppings fresh, and the flavours bang on. And the tiramisu? Absolute perfection. Creamy, rich, and the ideal way to finish off a cracking meal. Easily one of the best pizza spots around!

When we arrived they immediately stuck us on a side counter although there were lots of other open tables. Then we waited for ten minutes without anyone coming to see us yet they walked past us multiple times. Finally had to flag someone down to ask for service and they acted like we were being unreasonable. Ordered food and a drink. When the pizza came part of it was burnt. Again had to wait forever to get the bill (and the place was only half full). It really felt like we were just pieces in a poorly organized assembly line. No warmth or hospitality whatsoever. If you want terrible service and burnt pizza in a great location, this is the place to go.

This was recommended to me by a friend. I went to Liverpool with colleagues for a conference and booked a table for about 20 people. I had the Portobello pizza and a glass of wine for just £18, which is great value. The staff were polite and attentive. Some of the tables were for 4 people and there was one long table for 12 or more people. So whatever size the party there is a one for you. If I visit Liverpool again I will come here for another great time.

We love Rudy's pizza but this was not a good experience. We were crammed on a table with people overly close we had to move the tables to get out. We have a table next to us with their backs to us they were so close every time the girl moved her hair it was on my food. It was very busy and not much service to talk about. I'd recommend the castle street location as there is plenty of space

We placed an order for delivery at 8:40 p.m., we paid for it and it had to arrive at 9:05 p.m. At 9:55 p.m. we received a notification from the bank informing us that the payment had been returned and a few minutes later the order to cancel the establishment. I can understand that they closed at 9 p.m. and that's why they did it, but I think it's not serious and that they should prevent placing orders at certain times.

food is great. olives are amazing. service is fast. it is always crowded. specially on weekends. pizza is really big and tasty. tiramisu is not bad. they have variety of food and drinks. vine is nice with good music for a date.

Went for a friend’s birthday the other day. I don’t usually like to give negative reviews, however I must warn people with dietary restrictions that it seems that staff aren’t properly trained/don’t care. Pre-ordered a vegan pizza, was told it wasn’t available so I chose another - this was fine, I understand - but specified for it to be vegan. Waitress confirmed it would be, put the order through. When the pizza came, I asked the waitress bringing it - is it vegan? She said yes, so I ate it, however the cheese on the pizza felt off to me. Later that night I had horrible stomach pain, and wish I’d confirmed again that it wasn’t vegan, as it was definitely dairy cheese. I was made to feel like a nuisance (eye rolls, sighing) so I didn’t feel like I could stand up for myself. Luckily I don’t have an allergy, just an intolerance, however dietary choices MUST be catered for with respect.

It had been a while since we'd visited here and we'd forgotten what we were missing! We had a fabulous time and it was great fun sitting at the pizza making bar. We had a shared starter board which was excellent and our pizzas were as good as ever. Thanks must go to Abi and Sal for making our meal extra special with their excellent customer service - nothing was too much trouble and we had a fantastic experience.

Went to Rudy's for a pre-cinema pizza. Booking online was super easy. We were late and rang them and they were very friendly and said that there was no problem at all. Once we got there they were so welcoming and explained the pizza options. The pizzas were the best we had in Liverpool, and the prices are very good. Artmosphere was great and service really good. Highly recommended

Simple food but everything made with the finest ingredients. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. We were a group of 7 and all the food came out in good time and exactly as ordered. Mine was the best pizza I tasted in the UK. Well seasoned, superb olives and all other toppings. Staff were very welcoming and highly efficient. We had vegan, veggie and meat eating guests - all well-catered for.

If I could give this restaurant 0 out of 5 I would. NEVER order pizza for delivery from this restaurant. Just go elsewhere . Over 2 and a half hour wait so we call restaurant who assures us they are cooking the pizza then closes without sending pizza.

Best pizza I've had since going to Naples

Always busy but worth it. Amazing vibes and amazing people. The pizza is a tue Italian taste and they even made a drink nonalcoholic for me because I really wanted it but I don’t drink. In the end they gave it to me free of charge and we were really happy. Loved it 10/10 👌

Extremely soggy crust and hardly any toppings on both pizzas. Tiramisu was basically a small glass of aerated cream which collapsed as soon as you put the spoon in it, no sponge whatsoever. Also no check back on either the pizzas or tiramisu, very poor service with staff too busy standing around chatting to each other. Far better pizza restaurants in Liverpool than this

Went with my daughter and 2 friends ( incl one from Atlanta on 5/12) We all enjoyed our pizzas and drinks from the extensive menu. . Service was fantastic. Salvatore was so lovely took our photo brought bags for remaining pizza without being asked. Great atmosphere.

Can you please at least acknowledge your delivery drivers behind the doors its winter you could at least tell them how long till order is ready instead just ignoring them and talking with eachother

Thoroughly enjoyed pizza at Rudy's today with my mother made all the better by the very attentive and friendly waiter who served us. I failed to get his name but he was half-italian and we parted with a hug and "Buon Natale".

Lovely little restaurant at the top of bold street by the bombed out church. The layout is really night with the lights and you can sit and watch the staff make your pizza. Staff are lovely and friendly. The pizzas are huge and they fill you up. Really nice place to go. We had a voucher too which saved us some money. Great place highly recommended 👏

This is one of my favorite pizza spots around here! The pizza is generously sized, but it’s so good that I can easily finish it on my own. The iced coffee is fine as well. The staff and chef are incredibly friendly, which adds to the great atmosphere. I have a feeling I’ll be a regular here (Update: I’m already a regular, visiting at least once a week to enjoy their amazing pizza!) My favorite so far is the Triple Pepperoni. It’s a dream for meat lovers like me—three types of pepperoni perfectly blended with mozzarella and Rudy’s signature dough. If you’re not sure what to order, I highly recommend starting with this one! Another highlight is their seasonal menu, which rotates every week or month. It’s a great chance to try some unique pizzas. If something catches your eye, don’t hesitate, because it might not be around for long! (I missed the lasagna pizza, and I’m not making that mistake again.)

Can't overly comment on the atmosphere. The boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to the Rudy's for 2 deal, consisting of 2 pizzas, a starter, 2 dips and 2 drinks. This was £35 which I thought was great value for money. Ordered through uber eats as it was baltic outside and we wanted a cosy night in for our anniversary. We had hyped Rudy's up for a solid year so decided to give it a go. Currently writing this a day later, sick as. WE both have bad stomachs and major food poisoning I presume. Pizzas were meh. Tasted so artificial. The garlic bread came so so oily, like to put into context the box was soaked! I never thought I would say this but Dominos would have been a better option!

Best of the best, awesome pizza, craft beer and reasonable prices, highly recommend !

I had the pleasure of visiting Rudy’s Pizza in Liverpool yesterday, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, with a modern yet cozy vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The pizza itself was exceptional. I went for the classic Margherita, and it did not disappoint! The crust was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The tomato sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella cheese was rich and melted to perfection. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. Service was fast and efficient, and the staff were professional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food, and the whole experience left me wanting to come back for more.

Visited the Rudy's Bold Street for the first time (tried the Castle Street one earlier), and decided go for the Lucania - this month's special! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the base - thin and soft (authentic Italian delicacy!), along with fresh toppings (roasted sweet potato was my favorite). I was well greeted and taken care of by my servers. One of them also politely accepted my request to change the seating. Much appreciated! I would surely come back to try other items in the future!!

Had the loveliest waiter and such great food - really recommend the cherry morello spritz. Super nice chill vibe and decently priced pizza especially for the size.

I liked the atmosphere when we walked in.The tables were fully booked so we sat at the counter which was ok.The waitress was nice and friendly and we ordered the meal.The pizza was soggy in the middle and the crust on the outside was a bit overdone.Even though it was very busy they should have been more careful with the way it was baked.

Love Rudy's. Service is usually quick, and pizza is always amazing. I love the caesar salad as well! They also have great options for people with dietary restrictions. Rudy's is a crowd pleaser.

I was really looking forward to coming here for the first time as I was expecting Italian style pizza. Much to my surprise my pizza had a very soft base - so soft the only way I could hold a slice in my hand was to fold it. I've never been to Naples but I've had a lot of pizza in other parts of Italy and I've never had a soft pizza base over there. According to the internet, a soft dough is typical of Neapolitan pizza so I can't really complain, but it reminds me too much of English pizza and I can't say it did much for me. Toppings were good though. I also had their homemade lemon drink which was delicious but too small to quench my thirst. For 4.50 I expected a bit more drink and a bit less ice.

Delicious, large, well-seasoned pizza with quality ingredients. Fast service and very friendly staff. The pizza chefs are great, especially Claudio. Highly recommended. Wonderful dinner

I would have rated this 3.5 stars out of 5. Service was exemplary. Cannot fault it. However some issues with the food. The pizza was stretched out too thin which meant the toppings slid off it. The taste was great! The other issue we had was with the tomato salad. I would recommend the restaurant checks them first to see if they are ripe as the beef tomatoes were not and were watery and not flavourful. We have had this before at the Albert dock restaurant and it was perfect. Only other critism was where they seated us. As we had a pram they put us on a table which was right next to where they openly store their soft drinks which means we were interrupted a few times by members of staff getting drinks. We were also here for a birthday which meant the photos were sort of ruined with these being in the background. Can't fault the staff, they were brilliant. Personally I wouldn't say it's pushchair or wheelchair friendly.

They were looking for somewhere to stop and have lunch and this one caught our attention because of the aesthetics of the place from the outside. Seeing the menu we decided to have lunch and we were delighted. One of the best pizzas we've tried and we recommend going there to anyone passing through Liverpool

I came here with my girlfriend and dog on the 28th of September around 2-3pm I think and I just want to commend your staff for the incredible service we received. As someone with a dairy allergy it’s quite awkward eating out but the staff here made sure I was looked after. There was a miscommunication about one of the pizzas and they took it off the bill and didn’t make a big deal out of it. I really enjoyed the pizza and the food and I’d definitely come back here again. Even coming to pay I insisted to pay for the pizza as I really loved it but the waiter wouldn’t let me. I made sure to leave a tip that covered the cost of the pizza and a bit extra. I’d love it if Rudys management could find who was on that afternoon and pass them my personal thanks for just being absolutely incredible. Good pizza and good people 👍

First time here and definitely won't be the last! My friends had spoken so highly about Rudy's and I was NOT disappointed, everything was beyond fantastic! The service, the drinks, the atmosphere and of course the food were awesome. Genuinely one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten and the vegan strawberry gelato was amazing, so much so the non-vegan with me kept stealing spoonfulls of it! Would definitely recommend!

Pizza was a 3.5 out of 5. Sat down at 9:30. Pizza was rushed was with us in 5 minutes. The pizza doh wasn’t up to expectation maybe because kitchen closed in the next 15. However my partners pizza was good. Nice atmosphere. Good location. Really good service.

Note that this review is of an experience from a while back, around February this year. We came here to eat a half and half pizza, so half of the pizza having a set of toppings and then the other half having a different set of toppings. However when we sat down, the chef refused to make such a pizza - so instead the server gave us a pizza on the house. It was very kind and lovely gesture from him, and he was a very friendly person and made us feel welcome throughout. I cannot thank him enough, and would return for this reason alone.

Having visited Rudy's Manchester a number of times, my son asked if we could try the Liverpool branch. We arrived for a late lunch (after the rush) on a Saturday and the staff welcomed us, got us seated and took our order quickly. As always the pizza was freshly prepared and was every bit as good as the Manchester branch. Overall a great visit.

I first visited Rudy’s Bold Street in February 2022 during my second year of living in Liverpool, a great way to break the ice with new housemates! Since then, it’s been a regular spot for me; I have visited Rudy’s 5 times this past year! Including their Castle Street location to get to know my new work colleagues and many other occasions with family and friends! Both the food and environment provide a comfort that makes it the perfect location for any and every scenario. An added bonus of the bold street location is a wonderful view of the bombed out church! From my first bite, I knew this wasn’t just any pizza. Rudy’s encapsulates Neapolitan pizza through its fluffy dough base and fresh ingredients, my Italian friend even said it’s the most authentic Italian pizza he has had in the U.K.! I love Rudy’s so much, I ordered their Bake at Home delivery service for my family as a Christmas present as they don’t have a location near by, they also loved it and were impressed by the abundance of ingredients! The delivery was also insanely impressive: you could select the date you wanted the pizzas to arrive, it was trackable through DPD, and they arrived in a refrigerated box! Whenever I can’t decide where to go out to eat or want to know I’ll have a good meal or just want something comforting, I know I can count on Rudy’s! 🧸🍕

The truth is, the pizza is delicious but we had a very grumpy waiter, we asked him to change something in the order only if it was not ready, he told us there was no problem and then he brought everything... terrible service

Came here with friends, we all got a pizza and had a few beers. Service was good however I didn't enjoy the pizza I ordered (triple pepperoni) had nicer pizzas from the supermarket. Not sure why you have to slice the pizza yourself.

Fastest service I’ve ever seen! Even though the restaurant was full, our food was ready 5 minutes after we ordered it. We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and one salad. They were delicious and hot!😋🍕 Would totally recommend!

My wife and I found this place by accident, and we initially went to Cot'e in Liverpool first, only to be met by an extremely rude chap at the door, We left Cot'e and then found Rudy's by chane. All I can say about this place is, if you're in two minds about going here, just go. The staff are very friendly, the service is great and the food is excellent. Don't pass this place up. You'll regret it. C
